Please read this! This place is hell on earth. Towed my car and I agreed with it I shouldn't of parked there, I understood why I got towed. Then upon arrival some big fat dude walked out and TRIED TO FIGHT MY FRIENDS! and i mean fist fight them. Then another worker came up and said I don't work here I'll f*ck you up. WHAT? He was literally wearing a Doug's towing shirt. This place was full of just drug users and inbreds. They need to be searched by the cops or something. IT BAFFLES ME THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE A BUISNESS. This is literally the worse place I've been too. I was just trying to get my car had the cash and wasn't fighting about it because I understood that where I parked was wrong, but as soon as we get there here comes fat boy billy bob spawned from the double dipped gene pool and cussing and trying to fight my friends who gave me a ride there. This Company, lies, cheats and takes advantage of college students. Clearly, they do not run a successful business since they pay employees to stalk the CVS parking lot and tow PATRONS- if you go into a store or shop next door FIRST and then CVS- you will be towed. CVS does NOT call for a tow, Doug's lies and tells people that CVS calls them to tow at the tune of 167.00 CASH ONLY. I wonder if they report all of this cash to the IRS- guess we will be looking into this. NO business should still be in business operating like this. Talk abut a scam - between CVS Pharmacy on High Street and Doug's Towing - who tows after 2:00 a.m. and then accepts CASH only from a college student. When CVS is called, we are informed that they do not tell Doug's Towing to tow after business hours but when Doug's Towing is called, we are told that they are told to tow after 1:00 AM. So, who is lying? The CVS Pharmacy corporate office will be called and a contract better be produced stating the hours for towing. They have messed with the wrong person today - I guarantee you that CASH only is a way to scam the IRS and receipts aren't written unless requested. I will shut you down Doug's Towing!!!!!!! (this place deserves less than one star..) As I sit here eating my burrito I am terrified at what just happened. I drove down to Doug's fucking towing company and the first thing I see as I pull up is a "think twice because I wont" sign that had a gun pointed at me. Then I had an encounter with a fat warty faced lady who told me to get the fuck out of her shitty ass business and that she wouldn't give me my car back even if I did have this money. She told me that I had to pay in cash (probably to supply her meth addiction) I saw her arms, there is no hiding it... BEWARE! I was in a car accident and I needed to have my vehicle towed. Doug's Towing arrived to the scene of the accident and picked up my car. When I called them in the morning to release my vehicle, I found that they had LOST my car. None of the employees knew where it was at! I had to file a police report and found that the vehicle had been dropped off on the side of the road in ANOTHER STATE! I strongly encourage anyone reading this to avoid Doug's Towing at all costs. This company has a reputation for criminal activity. After speaking with several law enforcement officers, I would not be surprised to find that they were attempting to steal my vehicle. read more

Absolutely horrible service! In Morgantown, DT is well known for there extremely poor service, nobody wants to use them. AAA used to use them, but dropped them in 2024. A a PA tow compony earned the contract. If I had know that Progressive Insurance used DT, I would have never gotten my road side Assistance thru Progressive. DT is well known in town for unethical business practices which I have experienced personally. They had some involement in a murder in town where one tow company in town murdered the owner pf the other tow company in town. Can't remember if DT was the prepetrator or the victim. My car battery died... I called my insurance company who called this clown to come tow my truck to get it looked at. I didn't request for him to come jump the battery becz we knew the battery kept dying. He comes to my house smoking and looking under the hood of my car and jumps the battery anyways. I told him we requested it to get towed for a reason. He started hell let the var run for a few minutes and see what happens.. I went back inside to check on my computer. Went back outside.. I want to give a big thank you to the young man from Doug's Towing that just helped me and my daughter while my daughter was stranded on the side of the road. I didn't get his name but we had a flat and thought we had the right tools. We did not and if it wasn't for him we would have been there for a lot longer and were not from WV. This is the dirtiest business in Morgantown they stock CVS parking lot waiting for you to park your car and walk out so they can tow it they drive around in apartment complex as you can't even go visit somebody it's not safe to park any place in Morgantown for these people they want cash money for the tolls so they don't have to pay taxes on it and there are no paper trail to it this is a dirty business look at the reviews people Doug's towing needs shut down read more

Doug's Towing was dispatched by my insurance company, and their employee, John, ended up towing my SUV twice in one week. He was very pleasant, courteous, and respectful to work with, and he provided great care to my vehicle. I was very pleased with the service he provided, and I would likely ask for him if I ever needed a personal tow. read more

I have had one good experience and one bad one with Doug's towing. One driver was extremely helpful and the other was a complete jerk to me. Sad to say that the second experience made me unwilling to work with Doug's again. Whole staff was rude and unhelpful. I recommend going with Ervin's towing. read more

Doug's Towing was sent by my roadside assistance when I had a flat tire. They were able to tow my vehicle to their garage and fix the flat in a short amount of time. The price was great too! read more
