He had to Uber to and from a bank to pay cash. I'm sure they are using some loophole to avoid abiding the law, but what a crappy company. They know they can take advantage of students and they do. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company if you ever needed help. Also, if you are a victim to this company, I would suggest reporting them to the Public Service Commission of West Virginia and the WV Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division for not accepting debit cards.
