Took my siblings here and they had an amazing time! it's perfect for toddlers and up. They have a splash pad, little water park for toddlers and then the actual pool also with water slides! My siblings had so much fun here and they were entertained for hours! we went on a Tuesday and it was super cheap! I want to say it was $8 for us since we aren't a Grapevine residents but if you are then it's cheaper! We did get snacks from here too and they're not expensive at all and give pretty good portions. There's also a really cool park right next door to this place. Fully recommend taking the kids here. read more

Great waterpark with friendly staff and very attentive lifeguards. lots of fun things to do for all ages. There is a young toddler area with interactive water toys, 5 foot chill or swim area, Lilly pad rope course, slides and a diving board. We had fun and lasted about 4 hours in the heat. There are lots of chairs, loungers, and picnic style covered areas. They even have a back area that has a splash pad. This is one of the most affordable places to cool off in this area! We have been coming to Dove Waterpark for a few years now and my kids enjoy it every time. There's so many different things for them to do, despite their age differences (10, 6, and 1). From a splash pad, toddler area, slides, to a diving board, it's easy to spend a few hours here and not get bored. They only allow you to bring water and snacks inside, but they have a concession stand with food, snacks, and drinks that are reasonably priced. But really, the whole place is affordable at just $3 for Grapevine residents and $6 for non residents. I'm kinda bummed out we didn't make it out much this summer, but I was reminded of what a great place this is this past weekend and will definitely make an effort to take my kids more often next summer. read more

Great starter waterpark with littles! Make sure to read all the rules online for what you can bring in as far as food and flotation devices go. They have snack shack with decent lunch options if you don't want to pack your own. Hot dogs, pizza, nachos, chips, drinks, ice cream etc. Curved slide is for 42" and taller. Diving board & straight yellow slide is 6yo and up, but must pass a swim test first if between 6-9yo. Nice covered/shaded splash pad area for the itty bitties. my son had a blast he is 2 he was trying to make friends with the other kids. a kid that looked about 3 maybe 4 smacked my 2 year old in the face. my husband said something too his mom and his mom did nothing about it so please if you take your child here keep all eyes open. read more

Perfect place for a family day out in the sun! Note: If you plan on making a full day of it and have little ones, highly recommend reserving cabana A or B since you can clearly see the kiddy area. A is closest to the bathrooms while from B you can also see the splash pad (located adjacent to the pool, but outside the gate for free). There are still shaded areas available that you don't have to pay for but you'll need to either arrive early or keep a lookout in order to grab one if you want to also be near the pool/shallow end. Bathrooms are super clean! One large, handicap stall and 2 smaller ones. They also have soap as well as hand sanitizer available. That's in addition to 2 rather large family bathrooms available. Aside from the overall cleanliness, previous comments regarding how attentive their guards are is pretty on point. Having been a lifeguard for over 10 years, manager and trainer, my standards are probably higher than most. I've never felt even 90% safe at a pool I was visiting at before but I was pleasantly impressed by this group. There was only one guard who was more into her nails than watching the kids, even so, I didn't have to be in mama hawk mode which made it enjoyable. Another safety plus is that they offer life jackets in an array of sizes including xxs in case you have a tiny tot with you. Initially you might pass on that option since the kid area is so shallow; however, even I didn't realize it at first but you can walk/swim to the deep end as the entire pool is actually connected. So if you have a small one that's quick to get away from you, you may want to go ahead and have them in one. We didn't visit the concession stand which is located behind the entrance/cashier area. Majority of families did bring coolers, including us. They didn't check our contents but they do have a sign posted about what's allowed / not allowed - no glass of course, and no sodas which I thought a bit odd. Homemade "lunchables" accompanied with fruit and/or veggies seemed to be the norm. Lastly, one of my favorite features, although I didn't utilize it, was the area where it's average it about 2 feet deep... they have a platform with chairs for laying out positioned in the water. The water is only a couple inches deep around them but perfect tanning area. It looked very inviting for an afternoon nap. read more

Love this place! It was nice and clean, even the bathrooms were decent for public restrooms. The staff was realllly friendly and lifeguards were very attentive to kids. They only charge $8 for non residents on weekdays, which isn't bad. They also stay open pretty late on weekdays. It's not overly huge to where you can't find your kids, but it's big enough for them to enjoy the whole day there. I have an 8 & 9 year old and we stayed for about 5.5 hours.. which was a long time in 101+ degree weather! They had so much fun, will definitely be making a trip back! read more

Free Splash pad located directly next to the Dove water park. This Splash pad has ample shade for little ones to play while being safe from the sun. This Splash pad has quite a few water features and offer something for everyone. A few water features for infants and some for the older kids as well. If you had a 6 month old as well as a 10 year old they both would enjoy this splash pad. This location is gated so the kids are safe and they also have some tables and chairs to eat lunch or just have a dry place for your stuff. I have been here many times and it never seems overcrowded or dirty. Great splash pad! read more

Great little water park for a cheap price. $3 for residents and $6 for non. There are two water slides, a rock climbing wall, diving board, monkey climb, and a small covered area for younger kids. The splash pad is now combined instead of being separated. There is also a covered eating area and snack bar. Lots of different areas to sit, shaded and sunny. Life guards are young but do a good job. All staff we encountered was friendly. read more

My 4-year-old and I swim a lot, and this is our new favorite spot. The fee is entirely reasonable--$2 for residents, $5 for nonresidents. Once admitted to the pool area, you also have access to the sprayground and can go back and forth as many times as you like. It's a great value for the money. Highly recommend! read more

This pool and splash pad are exactly what I needed this summer. When our HOA closed our pools for the summer, I needed to turn elsewhere for my kids. I'm so thankful the price was right at Dove Park pool. With lots of lounge areas, I don't feel it is difficult at all to social distance. read more

Best Waterpark I have gone to in a long time. It was nice and shady, the staff were friendly and helpful, my daughter was safe at all times in the kid splash pad area and it wasn't overly crowded. Very nice. It was very hard getting my 2year old to agree to leave. read more

If it has water, this summer, we will try it out. I'm glad that we decided to go here, simply bc spray grounds are few and far in between. Good ones anyway. We love the water, but I don't like my boy being submerged in it everyday at his age. Ear infections are the pits, so we have the option of sliding around the corner and just playing in the splash pad instead of using the pool. I love that fact that everything is under a canopy. It's made for you to not be directly in the sun, and I my skin loves the City of Grapevine for that. I think it's $5 for adults and $2 for non residents of Grapevine to enjoy the pool, but the spray grounds are completely free. Combine that with the coolest park EVER, and our days are made! The pool area is inexpensive and good time for whole family. Can get crowded. Then fun little park outside perfect to allow kids to run around and dry off before getting in car. read more

This is now park of the pool. I'm so disappointed. I don't mind having to pay to get in. The disappointing part is that the hours now match the pool hours and they took down the fence separating the splash pad from the pool. I am absolutely thrilled with this small gem of a water park in Grapevine! They offer a smaller version of most of the amenities you would find at Great Wolf Lodge or NRH20 (couple of water slides, splash area, in-water climbing area, etc), but also have a diving board! Who would have guessed that the diving board would be such a novelty for kids? I guess that since most water parks don't feature diving boards, kids are drawn to them when they can find them. The park is small, but I thought that was a great feature. I always knew where my son was, versus how quickly the kids seem to disappear at larger water parks. Even though it was small, there was enough there to keep my son amused for several hours. Another fun feature is that they offer Chick-Fil-A and pizza at the snack bar. read more

We had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here and it was awesome! We rented one of the private cabanas and in total had about 25 people there and it was perfect. We were able to bring in food for the party and everyone had plenty of space to eat and put their belongings. The cabana was right in front of the toddler pool which was perfect for my daughter and the other toddlers we had at the party. The toddler area was also shaded, another huge bonus. Great customer service, affordable pricing! The play area is really nice & different compared to the usual play areas at parks. Love the colorful place. There's not much shade but it's a nice location. The pool is good size, it has a shaded toddler area, two water slides & a diving board. It's not too deep and it has a bench inside the pool, chairs in the water, floating things in the middle of the pool for the kiddos to sit on. Plenty of sitting area & tables. Me and a friend were asked to leave pool because a lifeguard told my friend her swimsuit bottoms were too revealing. We understand this is a family pool but we were dressed like every other woman there. There is nothing posted about a dress code so this was very odd. We are both in high school and the manager who is a grown man told me that "maybe next time I should wear a less revealing swimsuit" which is a very inappropriate statement. Pretty fun little public pool with a cheap entry fee. Large waterslide is doable for kids 42 inches and taller. Cannot ride with the little ones, so it's best not to show them. The large waterslide let's them off very easy at the bottom, so you can be comforted as a parent. The yellow slide though, it dumps off in the deep end of the pool. Make sure your kids are good swimmers before allowing them to go on that. Plenty of shade for the parents to lounge in, and the pool has a really cool in water lounge area for parents. It is an outdoor only facility. read more
