I went there to purchase about 100 square feet of pavers with my husband. As soon as we approach the window, the customer service guy shut it down in our face without saying a word or make eye contact so my husband and I we waited patiently for about 10-15 minutes. So we move to the other window and when He was done with the customer he said also close his window and send us back to the previous window of the person who shut it in our face while he decided to help someone who came after us. I truly believe it was either because of our color or their customer service is bad. Train your staffs to better service people of all race. Money has no color. read more

Even after we had discussed the job and realized he could not do it as his truck would not fit through my gates, he still helped me figure out how much dirt I would need and offered several other avenues to try. read more

Had bad luck here. Driver was nice during the few minutes we spoke but drove like a maniac after pulling in/out of my driveway. Staff was short and actually outright rude at times. They have a decent shop but product wasn't great and it just stinks having to deal with them. They weren't the cheapest either. Not a ton of options around me unfortunately but glad my house is complete and I won't have to call them again. Owner should look place over and make a few changes. read more
