They finished the work in 3 hours, even though I was told 2. But I was happy to have it done. To clean out a clogged pipe in a kitchen sink and fix the pressure in a shower head, the cost was $600. Overall I'm happy with the work done. But I was not happy with the employees. They need to introduce themselves and tell what company they are with, especially if they are going to dress like any person walking down the street, before they just walk right in to someone's house.

When my wife asked for next steps he RAISED HIS VOICE and yelled "what the hell do you want me to do?!" This company came into our home spouting buzzwords like "honesty, integrity, trustworthiness" only to push for upsells and couldn't even follow the timeline they quoted nor provide any semblance of quality work. My wife was made to feel dismissed and disrespected in her own home simply for asking questions. When master plumber was called by tech I asked to speak to them and inquired how they would make this right. He proceeded to tell the tech to get in his truck and drive away as there was no way he could make us happy. We were left with fixtures that are in worse shape than before they attempted work, and a blockage that we will have to get another plumber to fix. Main issues = integrity, honesty, timely communication, follow through and the fact that a representative of this company rose his voice in a hostile manner to a woman on her own property when asking clarifying questions. I had a 20 year old air conditioner, and I was having major problems with it. Like once, I had a…read moreflood. I called my home warranty company, and they sent out some guys who said I had a bunch of major problems that they didn't fix and the warranty didn't cover. Told me to call someone else. I called Terry at the suggestion of my dad, and he came out and told me none of that stuff the first company said was right, and he literally fixed the whole unit by propping the pan up with a stick. He was so honest and didn't try to scam me or make me buy expensive parts I didn't need. I thought--this is the guy I want taking care of my unit for life. A few months later, the unit stopped cooling altogether. He came out and immediately knew the problem was a busted motor on the fan in the outdoor condenser unit. He put a rescue fan on it until a new part could be ordered and installed. He never pushed me to buy a new unit, but when I asked him if I should, he didn't say yes or no--he just laid out the numbers and the facts for me so I could make my own decision. It didn't make financial sense to me to throw hundreds of dollars at parts on a 20 year old unit, so I asked for pricing for a new unit. He blew me away with what he quoted me--it was MUCH less than I was expecting. I asked him to install it and he did--and now I have a brand new unit that actually cools the upstairs of my house and not just the downstairs (like the old unit did.) I couldn't be more thrilled!
