Saw a small drip leaking at faucet next to door entrance. Got many quotes from plumbers on Yelp but Drain Edge Rooter was first to respond and clarify that it's not a faucet but a Water Pressure Regulator leaking. I felt comfortable that they identified and knew what they were doing. They were professional and responsible. I ended up paying double the initial estimate but the payment is not my concern because I agreed to it but the next day, my sprinklers popped off and the water pressure from the sprinkler line shot into the sky was very high. When we turned off our shower, pressure was stronger in the house. When they came out, they tested the pressure and it was 82 and since there's a small leak they said it's more like 85-90. They changed the whole manifold pipes and adjusted the pressure down to 50ish and everything looked great bc no more drip, but within a day, we still notice same pressure coming from house but it seems the water pressure is even higher. We called to report what happened with the water pressure after they changed the part and they say they are not responsible. They mentioned something about putting a separate pressure regulator on the sprinkler system but if the home has been built since 1990 without a sprinkler regulator and didn't have issues or have a separate regulator, why do they suggest we get one after they came to change our whole water pressure regulator at the front door? Just disappointed. They were quick to respond before we paid them for a job but when an issue related to the job was brought up, they wiped their hands clean and said they're not responsible and suggested getting separate regulator, even though this home never needed one for 40 years until after they worked on our premises. (Shaking our head) Makes no sense at all and they should be able to make more sense. read more

Had a serious issue with pipes at a new old house. No drainage all of a sudden first few days in. No one could bathe or use the toilets. Kids and wife were in a panic. Got in touch with Isaiah afterhours and explained to him what was going on. I figured he would come the next day since it was already dark, but he told me he was already on his way because it was an emergency. Who does that nowadays? He had cameras in my pipes and cleared a bunch of roots out within the hour. I had another incident with an old valve outside of the same house in the next couple of weeks and he was there with his crew as soon as he wrapped up the job he was working on when I called him. It got taken care of in a couple of hours. I'm not a person that writes a lot of reviews but I have to do what I can to let other people know that there are still businesses out there who care about how they do business and treat their customers. I started to notice many small leaks within my home, a hot spot and soon noticed an increase in my water and gas bill. It was confirmed I had a slab leak somewhere in my home! I was given my options and decided to bite the bullet and repipe my entire home. This big project took Drain Edge Rooter 3 1/2 days! In these 3 days, I dealt with a professional and respectful staff! Repiping an entire home is a little overwhelming when seeing open drywall and this group of professionals walked me through it the entire way making it seamless. A couple days later the company they subcontract with to patch up the drywall started at 8am and was out by 3pm! (btw they came from Rialto to Menifee) ...Three days after the move in to our new house we had the unpleasant surprise that we needed major plumbing work. Initially we called our home warranty company to have one of their contractors fix the issue without us having to pay out of pocket but we had a huge issue with their work and their willingness to work with our scheduling. Unfortunately nothing is ever as it seems, after three days of working with another company and getting no real assistance I desperately contacted Drain Edge Rooter and a handful of other plumbers around 12pm. I immediately heard back from Isaiah with Drain Edge who was more than willing to come out that same day by 5pm and create a plan to get us back to using our toilets and showers. Isaiah and his team showed up that same day assessed the problem and determined the issue (a main line pipe under our front yard that has been been busted and blocked by the roots of a large magnolia tree). Isaiah gave us a quote to fix the entire issue and had his team working each chance they had. On day two of digging into the ground --what they believed was going to be a 5ft dig-- they discovered the set up of piping meant that they were actually going to have to dig 10ft deep instead. True to their initial quote for the job, they completed the extra work using the all man power they had to and did not try to charge us ore since we had entered a contract with them. The additional dept, of course, prolonged the time it would take to finish but luckily Drain Edge understood the importance of us being able to use our plumbing as it was intended. They cleared the pipes enough so that we could use our plumbing normally. Drain Edge came back and worked all day till 10pm finishing the job. Isaiah was very clear that the job was not done until the dirt was back in the hole and the yard was as close as it could be to when they started and would not accept payment until our requested permit was signed off and the dirt was put back. While we hated having to go through this experience we really felt like we were in great hands with this team.
