I have a custom tattoo from my last trip to Vegas that I love, but I wanted something quicker and just fun. Byron was quiet but helpful and professional. I trusted him with exact placement after giving him a general idea. He walked me through the pricing and I felt it was fair for the piece and placement. He got to work quickly and efficiently. After a few minutes I think we both warmed up and he was super nice and easy to talk to. My tattoo is healing perfectly a week later (see pic) and looks great! I'm very happy with the placement - Byron knows what he's doing for sure. It was the perfect experience! I went here to purchase a new nose ring. I asked for my usual purchase, 14 karate gold. The employee kept rejecting the shape I asked for , and then showed me a much smaller one . He then went to the back and returned with it gold . I was unaware, as he did not replace it with a gold piece , but he spray painted it gold . And within hours it had tarnished . The piece looked awful, and fake immediately. So if you go here I would not allow them to go to the back with your jewelry, and let it be altered. read more

One word = JENN!!!! Ok, so Jenn came highly recommended via various FB posts regarding local piercers and so I decided with her. FROM the gate, she is just sooooo kind, so patient and so reassuring. I am someone who freaks out but will go through with it but she calmed my nerves, let me ramble, educated me on how piercings back in the day were a bit savage-like and how things have evolved. I got my conch and I'd say pain was 3-4/10. She talked me through it. I will be back for her to change the jewelry. So then I leave, contemplated some more and then came back 20 mins later and got my 2nd hole in my nose. Same thing, antsy, rambling and she was soooooo patient and gentle with me. Westley was so fun and super patient with our big group/entourage. They have a great protocol for minors and my sister had a great first, non-ear, piercing experience. I was really impressed. I went in for my appointment today to do a cover up. The minute I arrived the vibe was just relaxing no pressure. After being condescendingly told to take my daughter to Claire's by *the* tourist trap shop nearby, this place absolutely saved the day! They took me there on the spot. My 4 year old daughter was nervous but set on getting her ears pierced and as a mom I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my kid. She was SO patient. Explained every step to my daughter. Talked her through it, showed her the tools she uses, etc. She even quickly switched the paper towel so my daughter wouldn't see any blood (and be more scared). I wound up getting 2 more piercings too, at the request of my kid. Shop is clean and welcoming, none of that "too cool" old school vibe. She's clearly extremely talented/knowledgeable.
