Hef was really rad and responsive when I found the Instagram stories showing that they were doing some quick sale when we were young tattoos which I had been putting off for a couple years. I ended up booking with her unofficially since they were first come first serve and got two with color through her. Both came out really rad and were very fairly priced for the size and color. The price she gave me in terms of rain was about a hundred bucks each but of course I tipped her as the work was great and she made it as painless as possible. I'll definitely go here if they have other flash sales for things that I like as well as it's the first tattoo and shop in Las Vegas that I've used since my previous ones were done in California read more

My piercer Nate was super nice and traveled from another shop to pierce my navel, however I was given a small bar which was an issue apart of my healing process. I am a bigger girl and I also didn't use the right cleaning solution at first but regardless, I had a 11mm bar and I switched mines out myself to a 14mm because the ball started embedding in my skin. It's healed great with the right solution. I wouldn't go again because my navel was $80 and other places I could've gotten it cheaper with better care to my body anatomy. I ended up paying $100 for my piercing for having buying my own things to replace it and the original price in total. I feel if you just need to speak up about the things you want here or it's going to be whatever they want and not what's going to be best to you. read more

Some people were nice but some artists seemed like they did not care at all about the customer or the tattoo. Would not recommend. Go to a more professional place. read more

Decided on a last minute septum piercing on a Saturday afternoon & Illuminati Tattoo came through! We were greeted by Dras who pulled out the paper work & took care of all the piercing info & executed it beautifully! You can tell he knew what he was doing. Dras was experienced & professional! I first came in with my husband when he got his first custom done tattoo by Tee. I was impressed With the way his came out so when I decided to get a tattoo I looked up Tee as well. I sent Tee a variety of ideas to mesh together to customize my foot tattoo. He was honest and advised me rather than just doing what I wanted knowing it would not turn out how I was dreaming it would. The location is easy to get to and is Near Fashion Show Mall. Great experience at Illuminati Tattoo. I came in with 3 other friends and we all got different tattoos, but all on the smaller side. They all treated us well from start to end. A mean a gaggle of middle aged suburban moms came barreling in, in the middle of the days and no one treated us like we were (are) morons. Tyler did all our tattoos. We all gave him ideas and then he drew them out. I liked that he didn't want to just do something someone else has done, as he doesn't want to steal other artists work. So even for our little "mom" tattoos, he still took us seriously and drew cool designs for us. Super awesome experience. Thank you to everyone at Illuminati Tattoo. Dude who was there was extremely rude with his responses. I've never been to a tattoo shop where they wanted you to pay up front before seeing what it's gonna look like I've always had amazing artists who wanted me to be sure I'd like my tattoo and the placement of it. I just wanted 2 words If the shop is closing soon and u don't want to give your Customer service skills 100% (cause you're tryna go home) just say you're closed and not tryna take the extra time to help anyone anymore lol Anyway, the sex shop next door was cool and the customer service was amazing. 2 friends and myself had been talking about matching tattoos for sometime and decided to bite the bullet. Looking for a shop that was still open and took walk ins we came across Illuminate. We were greeted by Cheyenne who was so nice and friendly. After he drew up the tattoo and we picked our sizes he then stated that Brad was going to do two of the three since my friend was also going to get a retouch done on a previous tattoo. Brad took myself and my friend to his station and just seemed uninterested in the whole thing. I get it, 3 girls coming into a tattoo shop for matching friend tattoos at midnight is what dreams are made of, right? We weren't obnoxious, we were just happy that we found somewhere to do them and realize this probably isn't why these guys started doing what they do but hey, we are still paying customers. He finished my friends tattoo quickly and slapped some covering on her and it was my turn. After what seemed like 3 minutes, he got pizza delivered and said he was finished. While we was getting his pizza, I looked at my tattoo and there were parts missing, lines not connected to other lines and it just wasn't finished. When he came back I told him and asked for him to fix it, "oh ya I see what I missed". It's not like it was a large tattoo, and this is something that is permanent so I would have appreciated a little more effort. He spent about the same amount of time "fixing" the tattoo as he did initially doing it. I am now left with blown out and messy lines. My friend also had a huge air bubble in her saniderm and was starting to bleed and it just looked real awful, she asked Brad if he could just switch it out and he refused. On the other hand, my friend drew the lucky straw when Cheyenne tattooed her. He was attentive and made sure to tell her he was taking his time because he wanted it to look great. Her tattoo was A+, chefs kiss, all the things. Even the next day looking at all our tattoos together, you could tell the difference between the artist who cared and the one who just wanted our money. It was super disappointing. I will say that this place was very clean and the artist do take great care in sanitation which was the only silver lining for my experience. Long story short, if you come here ask for Cheyenne because he is a delight and will take care of you. read more

She typically runs on an appointment only schedule leaving short wait times and a clean & sterile environment. Not your typical waiting area of 5-6. During my visit there was only (1) person ahead of me which happened very quick and easy. She even went as far to set me up a month out to track & reevaluate my healing process.

Piercer Jay didn't know what it was so I showed him a TikTok video of exactly what I wanted. He proceeded to say okay. Pierced my ear and put a regular STUD piercing in my helix. I didn't realize until 2 days later. I didn't have time to go back. Now calling on the 5th day and the lady who answered was very dismissive "its standard to put either a stud or a hoop when pierced they usually ask, we would never put flat back piercings when initially pierced for a helix, it's probably infected, we don't give refunds especially since it's already been almost a week" I have many many piercings I would have no problem letting them know if I messed up on my part. With that also being said I know that majority of piercing standard is to put a FLAT BACK SO THE PIERCING HAS SPACE TO SWELL WITHOUT CAUSING HARM TO THE PERSONZ My ear is sooooo swollen it is starting to go over the jewelry. And she still refused to issue a refund. I told her they can discuss it with my bank. WILL NEVER GO BACK. -10/5

I had to remove my simple stud and ring jewelry, I'd had them for 40+ years since the punk rock days, prior to a surgery. After not reinstalling my jewelry for 6+ weeks due to lack of anyone to assist me the holes covered over (slightly) with new skin. Kala said to just come in, no appointment necessary. I went in and he was VERY nice and professional. Kala told me my jewelry was "costume" and that I should replace them with professional titanium versions. I didn't mind paying for new jewelry, I was tired of how hard it was to remove and reinstall the old ones. He fixed me up in no time, for a very low price, for jewelry and service. I cannot recommend a better shop in Las Vegas.

He spent a great deal of time making sure my second nose piercing aligned. Owners place of business is very pristine and sanitary. He uses a hospital grade sterilizing machine to clean the jewelry prior the piercing. He will walk you through each step what he's doing; what he's using; and he even changed out my jewelry to better quality since the one I already had wasn't the best quality. Not to mention he had three people after my friend and I, a rep from AT&T came in and was asking him about his internet service when he was clearly busy and still had grace although he had a "rush" of clientele. That really stood out to me. Thank you for being a kind human being and patient, and thorough. I will be going back for more. YOU ARE AMAZING!
