I called them Sunday 10/8 after calling around henderson for a quick nose piercing. The guy there was available right away and I walked right in and got 2 nostril piercings withing 5 minutes of entering after doing paper work. I wish I could leave a NO STAR review. Arrived at around 2pm almost 3pm. Hoping we can just do a walk in for my daughter to get a nose piercing. I call the shop seeing how the door was locked and the lights weren't even on. Thier hours state 10am to 10pm on yelp. So I decided to call the shops number. Finally I get in touch with someone to set an appointment. They told me to come back at 4pm. I came back and arrived at 3:50pm. Still the shop was closed and nobody was around. Until 4:05pm is when one of the artist arrived and ask if we were waiting on someone. I told him yes we had a 4pm appointment. But also there was another group waiting for their appointment for 4:30pm. I decided welp I was here early and I waited 5mins past the appointment time. If I were to arrive late and the person who I made the appointment with could easily say they canceled my appointment because I was not there on time. But, in this case I was 10mins early and waited 5mins past. I'm not one to really complain about much but you shouldn't have your customers waiting. Guess you don't like making money is the energy you're projecting with being late. You should be there before your customers as any person who needs to make income. Never coming back here again. As I would advise everyone else to avoid this place as well. read more

Went for a lip piercing with two cousins who had their noses done during the same visit last week. If I had more time to find other piercing shops, I would not have given this place my business based on the piercer alone. Two guys tattooing their customers were friendly enough to chat with us while the actual piercer we were there for seemed like he had somewhere else to be. Tall guy with tattoos on his head (name starts with a J I think) didn't even make eye contact with us, we had to ASK him about aftercare instructions, and he only quit being rude AF when it was time to pay. My cousins and I even tipped this person bec we're supposed to but I hope other people have better experiences than we did. read more

YOU JUST FOUND YOUR NEW TATTOO SHOP!!! I've been looking for the perfect artist to do an underboob tattoo and stumbled upon Gerald at Fools Gold. This guy is AMAZING - super talented and professional. I sent him a picture for inspiration of the tattoo I wanted, and he came up with his own perfect rendition for me. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning and walked in to a clean shop playing chill music. I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait at all since we had made an appointment beforehand. The owner of the shop, Teddy, is super sweet and willing to do whatever it takes to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Everyone was following COVID protocols and sterilizing everything from couches and tables to the tattoo stations. I love the eclectic art throughout the shop and the large fish tank they have too :) While getting fitted for my tattoo, Gerald was super cool about making adjustments that I requested. He was attentive and asked how I was feeling multiple times throughout our 3 hour session. My fiancé sat in the booth with me, and the three of us had great conversation while we were there. Gerald is really knowledgeable about tattoos in general, so it was fun to hear him explain how a lot of things work. He has a really gentle touch compared to other tattoo artists I've been to, which was a bonus. Before wrapping up, Gerald had me hop on and off the table a few times so he could get everything lined up exactly right... I totally appreciate the attention to detail and perfectionism!!! My tattoo turned out PERFECT and I'm so in love with it!!! I also decided to get my septum pierced because why not!! The piercing room is private, kinda small but still very comfortable. They have a legit medical seat in there with stirrups and everything for genital piercings, which I thought was awesome. Overall, I'm really impressed with this shop and will definitely be coming back. All the 5 star reviews are real you guys! Give this place a shot and I promise they won't disappoint. very confused and they seem unprofessional. i called them the night before and asked if they had any openings for the next day. they said "yes come on in our piercer will take care of you, we open at 10." and i told them i will be there near 11 am. i get there at 11:03, the doors are locked, lights off and no one's answering the phone. im sure they're great from the reviews i see but i have had a bad experience with them and i hope you do not have the same. read more

I went to this place right now to switch out my nose stud to a nose ring and it was amazing. Jordan was so nice and friendly. I am very scared when I switch out my piercing but he reassured me. The service was great, along with the cleanliness. He made sure to sanitize my piercing that I brought, used gloves, and made sure to not touch any of my piercings with his hands. The whole process was over in less than 2 minutes, which helped me considering how scared I am when it comes to my piercing.
