I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time as a birthday gift. We were planning on going to Jungle zone, where it's 68 dollars including the earrings and tax, but I couldn't find her birth certificate to prove age. We went to the Piercing shop as a kind of spur of the moment walk-in basis to see if they had availability. I thought pricing would be similar or maybe a bit more...maybe $100 bucks tops with earrings. We chose the least expensive earrings they had, nothing fancy (kind of cheap looking) and the total came to $140 even. I normally tip for all services, but at this price I figured they must have somehow included it, or maybe even over charged. Prices aren't listed anywhere so I suppose they could quote anything they wanted to depending on what they feel you'll pay...not trying to make an accusation, but I am seriously speculating. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about this). I have no complaints about the care my daughter received in our roughly 10 minute experience. So far the earrings seem fine and they don't bother her ears, so I hope they are good quality...just be aware that this place may be one of the more expensive places to go. When you have options...ya know...maybe give it some thought. read more

DO NOT GO TO ANGELA HERE!! Went in to get a septum piercing, hear good graces about this place so came in to check it out. First the piercer did the wrong size in my septum so we had to do it a second time with the correct size. Both hurting extremely bad, I was still so excited to see my piercing, got up and the piercing was crooked, one side much further forward than the other. The only remedy was to either remove it and pierce my septum a THIRD time in 10 minutes so she could fix her mistake, or take it out and tell us to leave. $70+ tip to leave unhappy with my dream piercing, and absolutely no resolution from the staff other than "wait months for this crooked one to heal so we can take it out and redo it straight" do you research, ask the piercers and make sure they make your piercing right before committing to something like this. read more

Was staying in town with my son and wanted to go get a few piercings done. Did a bit of research and found "The Piercing shop" and very happy I did. They are one of the few strictly piercing studios in the area. Which shows that they are dedicated to their art and the evolution of it. They are not an old Vegas tattoo shop with a dirty piercing corner by any means. Shop was clean and well kept all staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to talk about the ideas choose quality jewelry and check anatomy to make sure the piercing would be safe heal well and look proper once done. Amazing overall experience I would highly recommend this studio if in the Vegas area and wanting a piercing. read more

I've gotten quite a few piercings from this shop since the beginning of this year that have all been performed by Rosa who has been super kind, gentle and informative. All my piercings have healed beautifully and I have had no complications. I've gotten both nostrils, my septum, both eyebrows, my vertical labret and recently my nipples all done by Rosa. This is by far the best piercing shop in the area...maybe in all of Las Vegas. The shop itself is clean, beautiful and artistic. The aesthetic is fairy-like and witchy. I stopped by for a new nose ring. I already had a piercing from a few months ago. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They really cared about my interests in a new ring. They sized my nose and helped me feel comfortable with the service. My piercing was narrow because it's newer so the staff member had to take care during the process of having it sized. read more

This was my first time going to a real shop for a piercing I usually did mine all by myself (not smart) but it was a good experience it was quick and the eyebrow piercing was on point. The guy up front was nice and so was my piercer. Everyone there has a cool and unique look to them too so it was nice walking into a shop like that. My piercer was bubbly and nice and made the whole experience good. It was fairly cheap for the piercing 65 bucks without tip. read more

I've been going to this piercing shop for several years now and it's the only shop I'll go to at this point. They've pierced my philtrum, tragus, helix, and daith and now they're helping me stretch my lobes. I've seen multiple piercers and recommend all of them. I was traumatized after I had visited another popular piercing shop where they had incorrectly pierced my belly button, with the tiniest jewelry, and given me misinformation altogether about the piercing. I took out the piercing next day because it was terrible. I really wanted my belly button pierced though, so about a month after the mishap at the other shop, I came here and got it re-pierced by Rosa. I called mid afternoon to inquire about a piercing removal (I got the piercing elsewhere) the person who answered the phone was super nice and told me the pricing and let me know that I could come in as a walk-in. It seemed like they were pretty busy when I got there however, everybody was taken care of quickly. The shop looked pretty average but, most importantly very clean. I was taking care of by Rosa. Very cheerful, super nice and made me feel comfortable instantly. The best thing about my visit is how informative she was although she didn't do the piercing she answered all of my questions. She removed my daith and also a really old dermal that I have had for many years. I would say it took her all of 60 seconds. During my visit, I also got my new tragus piercing replaced with new jewelry. The prices are reasonable, and the service was impeccable. Thx Rosa! I would 1000% come back here for piercings with Rosa. I wish that I had came here in the first place. read more

The BEST piercing shop ever!!!! No joke & you will agree if you get pierced here. I found Rosa on Instagram a couple years ago, & I went in to have some piercings removed by her. I later came back to get my septum done, and I just got some super sick arm dermals done by her yesterday & I'm obsessed!!! i really hate to make this review because everyone is so nice but i've gotten three piercing from this shop and everytime it has gone super badly. both my eyebrows had rejected and my belly button piercing as well. i have other surface piercing from different places and those have been fine. my friend also got a double helix when he was in town and when he went to get it changed and downsized they said the piercing was done wrong and it was irritated. i clean my piercings really good and i take care of them. i just seem to have a problem with this place. i would recommend other places. read more

So happy we found this shop. It's women owned and the two women that were working were SO kind. Very attentive and knowledgeable. My husband got his ear pierced and she let him know when she was going and exactly what to expect. She cleaned it up and made sure he was 100% satisfied before paying. They are walk in only and they operate fast. So the wait is not long at all. read more

This place was such a vibe to walk into!! My cousin wanted to get his ear pierced and we lucked out and found this gem!! (We had already gone to two other locations that pierced, but you either needed an appointment or they were not open The process was super simple. They greeted us immediately upon entering the shop. The lovely gentleman gave us some options to choose from and the piercer Rosa was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and walked us through the process. Pain free and my cousin and I were in shock on how quickly she pierced his ear that it made me want to get my nose pierced...and I did!! The waiver was a breeze. Simple scan the QR code that's in the shop, fill out the questions and upload a photo of your Id and your set!! The shop also had some lovely crystals and jewelry to purchase! I would definitely come back for any new piercing I may want!! They also style your ear as well if you're looking to upgrade your ear style!! Such an amazing find!! 10/10 would highly recommend!! Oh and they are on the second floor of the building, my cousin and I missed the location for the first 5 minutes of arriving in the parking lot Wish I had pics but I was too excited read more

I walked in and out within 15 minutes! I went around 1:00 PM. I got my third lobe piercings done. Rosamaria was so good to work with. She was patient and let me erase the markings she made until I was satisfied with the placement. This is the only piercing shop I'd go to, maybe.... Thank you!! They're the best :) read more

The customer service was nonexistent. I was greeted by rolling eyes before I even walked in the door. I walk in and say hello to the front desk (looks like he wants to be in a tribe and truly just hates his awful life and job) and get no response. Not a very good person to have as your greeter representing your business. To top it all off, the selection of jewelry looked like they just picked it up from a swap meet or straight from china. No quality people or jewelry at this place. read more

The proper downsize time for a nostril is typically 8 weeks. This allows your piercer to place a more proper fitting piece of jewelry once inflammation has subsided and will aid in a more comfortable second stage of healing for your new piercing!

You don't need numbing cream it literally takes 30 secs or less

So when I needed to have a stone reset in a ring I had bought, I had done some research on Yelp and after reading some great reviews of D&R Diamonds, I made an appointment! They are located in the business tower in downtown Summerlin. I made my appointment at 10am when they open, an appointment is necessary. I was greeted and shown to the office of Cesar, the very talented jewelry designer. He looked first at the emerald ring that needed the stone reset. He inspected it and provided me with a quote for the repair. I had reviewed several sites for a similar repair and the quoted price was right in the ball park. After that project was scheduled for repair, I brought out a ring I had brought with me. It was too small to wear on my hand and the setting was really out dated so I was hoping Cesar could make a few suggestions that might bring it up to date. He opened up his computer and flipped a few programs opened and while talking to me about life, family and other friendly subjects he was able to gather enough of my likes and dislikes to begin drawing out on scratch paper a possible design or two. The ring had a trio of pearls surrounded by rubies. As a ring setting it had a bulkiness to it that would make wearing it impossible for me not to bang it on any and everything. I liked the idea of splitting it into earrings and a pendant. So with some simple sketches, Cesar came up with some beautiful settings for earrings and with matching pendant. He then began working some of the ideas into the design programs he had opened up and with some approval by me he was able to make some gorgeous pieces. I loved the end results. I also loved how easy the process was to go from an outdated piece to something very beautiful and with a reasonable price. Cesar kept me up to date while the process was on going , It took a couple of weeks which seemed to fly by. When Cesar called to tell me the pieces were available for pick up, again making an appointment, i went right at opening time. If you've shopped at Downtown Summerlin then you know parking on the street can be a challenge even at an early morning time. I inspected the designed pieces and the setting on the emerald ring. Everything was very sparkly, shiny and beautiful, they looked like new pieces. I was very happy with the finished results. If you want jewelry repair or jewelry design I would recommend D&R House of Diamonds. They are terrific with both. Prices are reasonable because they have an office instead of a showroom, overhead is lower thus allowing them to have great prices.

I've come into The Piercing Shop several times now, and "my" piercer Shane has always been fantastic! Softspoken, but very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Here I've had him pierce my navel and labret, and each time he made me feel comfortable and at ease, and the pain was very minimal, the piercing quick and smooth. I have 5 piercings now (not including my lobes), yet I still get nervous every time. Shane has a very calm demeanor (don't perceive as too "laxe") so it eases the mind ALOT. He's very educated and is ALWAYS willing to answer questions, no matter how silly you feel asking, so don't hesitate- that's what he's there for! I found that The Piercing Shop only carries high quality, internally threaded jewelry (not the externally threaded junk from your local Diversity that tears up your skin!) made of implant grade surgical stainless steel or titanium. And they had a TON of gorgeous glass, wood, and stone jewelry for those of you with stretched ears and other body parts! (Tip: They place custom orders too! So if you're looking for something special or one of a kind, hit them up! There are a TON of fantastic companies they order from! They can also anodize Titanium jewelry for you in an assortment of colors) Though the prices are a little higher than the average shop, or your low brow, low-qual $10 piercings, etc., I saw why when I came into the shop the first time. Every time me or my friends call this shop the female that answers is extremely rude. Also, she never knows anything about the jewelry, or the stock or anything at all, so why does she even work at a piercing shop if she isn't knowledgeable of the product you sell. I came in a few weeks ago and there were dogs running around the shop? Isn't that a health code violation? The health department will be contacted immediately about this because I am extremely allergic to dogs/cats or fury animals. Also to top it off there was this taller heavy set female who works there who was extremely rude also, she was sitting on a computer and texting at the same time and didn't even acknowledge my presence? She had to have a gentleman yell at her from some where in the back and pretty much to had tell at her to help us. Why does she even work there? I will be reporting you guys to better business bureau! Your service sucks your piercer also seemed very sickly looking and wasn't in a pleasant mood. What kind of employees do you have running your shop? I will make sure to tell every single friend of mine to not to go to your shop and also leave terrible reviews on this page. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this piercing shop! Let me start by saying that I've had a dermal piercing on my stomach since 2015, and it has always been super cute. However, today I encountered a little mishap when the top unexpectedly fell off, and the anchor ended up hidden in my stomach. Thankfully, the piercer Rosa was incredible! She swiftly assessed the situation, identified the exact gauge needed, and skillfully replaced the top. What impressed me even more was the shop itself. It was impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. Moreover, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Had my nose pierced here. It was very painful, yes I understand it would hurt. This guy was not gentle. They pierced me with a push pin like stud, it had to be pulled apart with a special tool to have it removed . I tried myself to remove about 5-6 months after it was done, it and it was very sore and I could not do it. I went back last night to see if they could remove it, as I was told by a friend that the shop has a special tool to do so. We showed up at 9pm and there was a note that they were gone to dinner and every time I have sent someone there they are always out of the shop. They gave vague instructions on care as well. I then had to go across the street to Illuminati tattoo to have it removed and correct stud put in that was bent with no back on it. Kelly at illuminati removed my piercing and placed the new one in with no pain, and will definitely be going back. Needless to say I will not be returning to the piercing shop read more

This place rocks! My wife has wanted to get her nipples pierced for a while and we decided to get it done while in Las Vegas for for her Birthday. Found the Piercing Shop on the internet and the reviews convinced us to go there. We where not disapointed. Very good atmosphere,great people,no attitudes at all..They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Very proffesional. Was looking to get an Industrial piercing done, looked around, did some research and found this place. Danna, who did the piercing, was awesome!! I was a little nervous about getting it done but she answered all my questions and was very patient. Even after getting it done, it was so comforting to know that if I had any question while it was healing I could call her anytime and if i needed to have the bar changed, they would take care of it! I am visiting Las Vegas from out of town, and I decided to come here since the piercing places from back home are super sketchy and this place had such good reviews. I got my nipples pierced and Nick was incredibly friendly and very professional. These were my 5th and 6th piercings, and while I've been to some very nice piercing businesses, this was probably my overall favorite experience. Once we chose them we signed our waivers, which had the price of the piercing listed. While you do this they create their sterile field but sterilizing everything including the earring(s) that you chose at the beginning. They even let you visualize the jewelry with a transparent sample stick on the area you are choosing to get pierced at. Edna pierced my ear and she is amazing. She made this experience great for me and I told her I was a bit nervous since I haven't gotten a piercing in years. We talked about the anatomy of my ear and she assured me that the pain would not be too bad (she was right! Lol) She helped me choose the spot on my ear and then vocalized what she was doing from start to finish and at the end of the day I felt like the process was easier than I made it out to be. They have a one time $25 fee + the fee for the piercing + jewelry you chose. Prices seem reasonable to me! They have promotions as well if you keep coming back. All in all, pleased with my experience and would come here again! Super cute too because they let you choose a sticker at the end and the one I chose made my day.

Update after owner reply:…read more We asked about multiple piercings, and when Wes explained that he did not perform dermals, we completely respected that and had no issue with it. At no point were we told that dermals were "prohibited." There is a significant difference between a service simply not being offered and being told that something is prohibited. It was also very clear from the interaction that there was a lack of willingness to assist. As for the implication that I was trying to "shield" photos, that makes absolutely no sense. These are pictures I intentionally posted publicly on social media. There was nothing to hide. Regarding the jewelry, you did not "upgrade" my jewelry. You initially forgot to charge me for having it made gold. I was the one who reminded you of the charge. Because you did not want to process another transaction, you ultimately told me it was fine. Those are two very different things. What is most concerning is the response to even semi-negative reviews. Rather than acknowledging legitimate feedback, the tone comes across as dismissive and unwilling to accept any constructive criticism. A business should be able to hear feedback, even when it isn't flattering, without becoming defensive. We will happily be finding a new piercing home, one that welcomes and respects all walks of life and can accept constructive feedback professionally! My sister and I decided to have a girls' day and ended up visiting this piercing and tattoo shop downtown. There is quite a bit of construction in the area, which made getting to the parking lot a little difficult, but as locals, we completely understand that this is sometimes unavoidable and it wasn't an issue for us. Unfortunately, our experience inside the shop was less positive. When we first walked in, we received very little acknowledgment and did not feel particularly welcomed. I recognized the owner from social media and noticed her sitting on a couch in the studio working on a project. A male employee eventually asked how he could assist us, but his overall demeanor came across as noticeably unwelcoming. I was interested in getting a Medusa piercing and had a few reasonable questions about how it might work with my anatomy. I also asked if I could see the specific jewelry I would be pierced with because I wanted to make sure the size and style would be appropriate for my face. I had to ask several times before he brought the jewelry out for me to see. Once he did, I was actually very happy with the piece and appreciated being able to see it beforehand. My questions, however, seemed to be met with visible frustration, which made me feel uncomfortable asking for clarification about a permanent modification to my face. While he was retrieving the jewelry, my sister and I tried making conversation with the owner. We asked whether she had any suggestions for my sister, who already has several facial piercings, and what she personally thought might look cute or be popular right now. We were simply looking for her professional or personal opinion and were not asking her to create anything custom. I ultimately decided to get my piercing, and I am happy with the jewelry and the piercing itself. My sister, however, was so uncomfortable with the overall customer service that she decided not to get anything done. I also feel it is important to mention that we are both African-American women. I cannot say what anyone's intentions were, and I do not want to make an accusation that I cannot substantiate. However, throughout our visit, we both had the uncomfortable feeling that we were not particularly welcomed or that we didn't quite belong in the space. That feeling is difficult to ignore when you are spending money at a business and simply trying to feel comfortable and respected as a customer. The shop itself is very cute, hip, whimsical, and fun, and I genuinely wanted to have a great experience there. I simply wish the customer service had felt more welcoming and inclusive. A little patience, warmth, and willingness to answer questions would have made a significant difference in our experience.

Just kidding but there were two guys and one had kind of friendly midwestern dad vibes and the other one the piercer seemed like he was experiencing the worst person he'd ever met when I showed up and who knows maybe I was the worse person he'd ever met. anyway he was as nice as he could muster and extremely professional and prompt and very very good at his job and I would go back for a ton of real piercings absolutely 10/10 also it's near a great bookstore, also they do have a little "no crybabies" sign so bear that in mind if you're a crybaby.

I had to remove my simple stud and ring jewelry, I'd had them for 40+ years since the punk rock days, prior to a surgery. After not reinstalling my jewelry for 6+ weeks due to lack of anyone to assist me the holes covered over (slightly) with new skin. Kala said to just come in, no appointment necessary. I went in and he was VERY nice and professional. Kala told me my jewelry was "costume" and that I should replace them with professional titanium versions. I didn't mind paying for new jewelry, I was tired of how hard it was to remove and reinstall the old ones. He fixed me up in no time, for a very low price, for jewelry and service. I cannot recommend a better shop in Las Vegas.

Everywhere I go people are like "dude that tattoo is sick!" I've also heard, at least five times, "who did your line work?
