She didn't get back to my agent until I cc'd her whole company on the email. The only emails she answered back to were ones to defend herself as well as to threaten me. After the sale DID NOT close she continued to harass me through email unattaching all supervisors and managers. She gave vague answers if any and her phone doesn't work. The excuse I didn't see a phone call from you was use on everyone at my end which leads me to believe that she has bad service or she needs a new phone. Which also leads me to believe that she never closes sales or she would have money for a new phone. Please take the proper disciplinary actions to help Vanessa better perform as well as a professionalism course on how to handle clients. And please buy that girl a new phone.
