It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. The vehicle that showed up didn't have any seat belts, and when I called to inquire they said the other vehicle was being serviced for AC. I would have liked to know earlier only because the seat belt issue was so pivotal and it put people in an uncomfortable spot trying to decide whether to pass on a really fun holiday family time or just take a risk with babies on board. This bus was also dirty from use, visible dust on seats & dust coming out of AC vents. There were several tech issues that made the day-of confusing (Google calendar invites for the ride canceling, then moving from our scheduled time from 6pm to 4pm, a different driver from the original text message, and the driver telling me tip wasn't included though I certainly had paid the 20% up front). Our driver was patient and accommodating (Melvin) to the confusion while I called the company to figure out next steps, and after the ride when I showed him I already pre-paid his tip. All in all the front end of this company was great, the back end was kind of a mess. To their credit, they did offer a full refund to me if I didn't take the ride and were apologetic. I'd go with another company if you need something super specific like seat belts and want better communication up front if things change with your ride.

The photos were clear and showed both the type of luxury vehicle, style, and seating type. For what I was looking for, he offered limo style party buses and front facing-style party buses too. I paid a deposit upon rental of two 30 passenger luxury busses. I followed up before the event and sent him our full day's itinerary, for we needed the vans from noon till almost 11pm. I received all my receipts and invoice without hesitation. Prior to the drivers arriving the day of the event, Jack was in communication with me and he followed up during the day to ensure everything was to our liking. Our group had a blast. You you would think you would turn the air on while waiting, open the door and share how to connect to bluetooth, turn the lights on, but he did not. My dad was really doing the work. He thought the car just needed to get going, so we all got in and departed. The driver mentioned to me, "I don't like this car because the air does not work and it does not turn well." You would think management would have not allowed this car to be rented or resolve the issue prior to letting customers in the car. Turns out, the driver was right and there was lack of working air conditioning in 90 plus degree Dallas weather, AND the limo also had a difficult time turning. Why had management not addressed this issue if it was a KNOWN issue? Why would they NOT have contacted me prior for an alternative option? We got to the first destination and explained the issue to the driver to seek a resolution, to which he responded, "I am just the driver. " My two friends then had to work with the driver and coach him on this to resolve. Ridiculous. They literally went through 7 people, including 1 who mentioned he sold the company over a YEAR ago, also ridiculous. They finally got to a human, who apparently seemed not to care about our experience and just instructed our driver to get another car. You would think that person would have apologized or helped support us proactively in getting a refund for the poor experience but no. We were then somehow able to get a pink limo with functioning air conditioning. I booked this EXTREMELY far in advance and am not sure why I was assigned the limo without air conditioning. Nonetheless, they contacted me the week of to let me know someone else had booked it. Well, I guess the other party got the functioning limo, and we got the non functioning one. The driver let us know that this limo was finishing up it's ride as ours was starting, which is why we got the bad one. Again, RIDICULOUS. Management should have NEVER allowed this nonfunctioning pink limo to be an option in the first place. CLEARLY it was a KNOWN issue. Very poor customer service and experience. Nonetheless, I should have been given the functioning pink limo, given I booked first or contacted with an alternative option. I was way nicer at first, but I have no patience for people that can not respond. It has been a MONTH and no one has contacted me in my request for a refund. I have a wedding coming up and will not be booking them. I would not recommend to anyone else.
