The procedure itself was smooth, comfortable, and far easier than I ever expected. What I thought would be one of my worst dental experiences turned out to be one of my best because of Dr. Gabbay's skill and professionalism. I was told by the Office staff that somebody would call me the day before my appointment to give me all the dental & copay information. They went on to say that it's an out-of-pocket express for the fancy imaging..... if they are a network doctor, wouldn't you think they'd have in networking Imaging ?? Earlier in the week I called about my appointment. Not only were they rude on the phone, they didn't address my concern. The lady on the phone stated that they would call me in basically hung up on me while I was still speaking. I called my insurance company because I was curious about in network and out network dentists. The Insurance told me BEWARE!! Even though the office might be in network, the dentist might not be! People, you need to find out who the dentist is and find out if he or she is in YOUR network. Needless to say the dental office never called me. I decided to call after hours and leave a message that I wanted to cancel my appointment for in the morning. I'm wondering why they didn't call me. Was it because they were not in network? Did they think because once I got in the office, I would say oh just do it anyway? I don't know ‍ I canceled the appointment and now I'm going to research it a little bit more. There's too many other offices out there to play games.
