Parked in the small free parking lot (limited 2hrs? Per main website of skyline center)…read more It was a little hard to find the front entrance since there are multiple doors. There was a sign stand on the ground. Made a left at the sign and walked a few steps down and made a right when I reached the small tree/bush to the double door entrance. Skyline Cafe is essentially a duplicate of Brooklyn Cafe. Owner was nice and welcoming like my last experience at Brooklyn Cafe. There were small tables in the cafe itself and some chairs with personal tables joined to the chair by the front entrance. There were also a ton more tables around the corner but looked like it was a cafeteria/lunch break area, separate from the cafe. Coffee beans are organic from Hampstead. Wasn't a big fan of the coffee (had a drip) but I enjoyed the Ollie's donut (cake donut made with mashed potatoes) and cheese and jalapeño Kolache (Czech yeast pastry) with sour cream. Flavors of the donut included coconut, vanilla, chocolate, lemon. The donut was perfect to pair with coffee. The kolache was warmed up after ordering and was filling. There was a display case with to-go items such as Chobani Greek strawberry yogurt, coconut overnight oats with strawberry chia seed jam, dragonfruit chia seed pudding with coconut milk, and the Kitchen Sink sandwiches. Bathroom is down the hallway by the health clinic. No changing tables or high chairs.

Okay, by now y'all know that both Kathy and I have loved Herbalife products since we were…read moreintroduced to Breakthrough Nutrition in Wilmington some time ago during a Yelp Elite event. Trying to count the times that we have been to Breakthrough, Midtown, and Rise and Shine Nutrition...well, let's just say that it's close to a bunch and a half. So, how could Lit Nutrition be open for about 18 months and we'd never known about it? Yesterday we had breakfast at another local place and driving home, we happened to pass by Lit Nutrition and thought, what the hey? When we got home I looked them up and, yes sir, they are part of the Herbalife family. So, this morning as soon as we finished watching the video service from Crosswinds Church, we drove over to check it out. It must be something about the folks who open such places (or perhaps they inject some magical substance into anyone who desires to open a Herbalife store which makes them so friendly?); though we were never there before, Manny treated us like family and was as helpful and friendly as Nick, Blair, Sherri, Leslie, and everyone else we've seen behind the counter at a Herbalife store. As expected, many similarities to Breakthrough, Midtown, and Rise & Shine Nutrition, but just as likely, some differences that make each place different, but all so special. While Breakthrough and Midtown Nutrition have the same mix of teas and smoothies (they are both owned by Nick and Blair), Rise and Shine as well as Lit Nutrition have a different name for them (although the shake we had today was reminiscent of one we had (under a different name) at Breakthrough Nutrition. Still, the quality of the teas and smoothies were up to the high standard of Herbalife and delicious. Did I mention that they are lo-calorie and YUMMY? I had the Hot Tamale tea (oh, Pancho!), while Kathy chose the Russian Twist (da, comrade!) and both were so great that I had finished mine and almost finished my smoothie before I remembered to take some photos. We both had the White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup smoothie and they also did not last long. Smooth flavors that demanded another sip, and another, and another...then the cup is empty and my heart was sad. Comfortable seating at the bar as well as some other places within the store; it is just a really party-like place that has lots to offer (especially for regular customers with specials and freebies...did I mention I like freebies?). Good tunes playing (Motown on Pandora) and friendly talk with Manny and others inside made for a really enjoyable time. We will be back (with apologies to the Terminator),

Sell baked goods from Heavenly Years that you can pay direct using QR codes or pay at register with cash. The owner is incredibly nice! She's listening to customers seeking juices or fresh cold pressed drinks. They are looking at adding wheat grass to the menu which is fantastic because there aren't many places like this! I told her it's wonderful to see a business focused on organic fresh pressed juices! She also makes an assortment of lemonades with different flavors either to your liking or based on what their menu has. They are a full service beverage bar promoting healthy lifestyle! They have fresh organic juices, cold press and otherwise, fruit and vegetable smoothies, herbal teas, frozen drinks, nutritional shakes where you can add protein, etc., as well as wellness shots. Has whole almonds in it, and the berries were not blended well- I would get bites of the full, frozen acai berries (seen pictures on top of the banana slice in the photo). Consistency was very off. Also, super expensive for the size. Pretty small bowl and paid $16.50. I could get a larger size for cheaper and better elsewhere. Nice atmosphere, lots of sitting, connected to the coffee shop. I would love to try their lotus energy drinks next time and would go back for those; they seemed great and had lots of options. I just definitely wouldn't get the acai bowl again.
