There's table outside but no umbrellas (I'd like sun, as well as indoor counter space and tables. We ordered a regular coffee and an Americano. They know their magical bean juice. Delicious!!! Can't go wrong. We ordered a nutty açaí bowl (yummy and perfect portion), and a sandwich that I can't remember the name of - maybe the Cove. It's on fresh sourdough bread. Very tasty. It gets super busy and is super expensive. My husband and I went one day and got coffee and açaí bowls and it was like $50. I got the ocean bowl and it was a dark green (instead of the blue spirulina being blue) and was really not good. My husband liked his açaí bowl. All the coffee syrups tasted the exact same. But today, my iced mocha with light ice and almond milk was more like sweet water, I could not taste the coffee or the chocolate much at all. Too much milk not enough coffee or mocha, and all their drinks would benefit from a more substantial ice form that does not melt right away. Also, the Rise and Shine sandwich was ok, but the mustard should come on it, or ask when ordering, because it came plain and was bland. No way to spread the mustard was in the box. The bacon was two very thin, under done flimsy pieces which need to be more substantial, and more on the crispy side in order to add to the taste. I wish I'd taken photos but did not. read more

We stopped by Malama to pick up some iced coffees on the way to the beach. Our barista was friendly, and our drinks came out quickly. We ordered an Iced Strawberry Latte and a Marshmallow Cream Coldie (a seasonal drink). The Strawberry Latte was completely watered down. We could barely taste any espresso, so the drink unfortunately just tasted like sweet water. For the coldie, the cold brew/coffee itself wasn't very good but the marshmallow foam on top was unique and pretty decent.
