Since we are going to have a house full, we decided that it would be great if we could. Pam coached us through picking out a carpet, arranged for the installation amidst a large project that her crew was already involved in and an unplanned non work related accident of one of her installers. Due to our work schedules, we were unable to be home when the carpet was installed. When I arrived at home from work, the carpet was in, looked fantastic, and the installer added some touches along the threshold that we had not considered at all. We love being able to support a local business in town that takes pride in the products that they sell and their own workmanship. We would definitely recommend them to others. Happy Thanksgiving!!

She gave me an estimate and said they'd call to make an appointment. After leaving several more messages I spoke w/ a man who said they were waiting for a part for the cleaner - that was a month ago - and that he'd call when they'd fixed the machine. So far, nada. Today I'm having the carpet cleaned by another company from way up in the north of the state. I like to shop locally and give my business to members of my community but this is really ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. I won't be buying anything from this store again or recommending them to anyone.

It smells AWESOME!! The guests we had last night who had the pleasure of camping next to it - big fans. I called to see when it was being picked up. 'Oh, today, for sure today (already one day late). The next day: 'oh, I think they were all picked up (looking out my window, I must disagree) Following day: 'for sure today. We're really busy (clearly not with the rental side of the business) 10 AM Day four: 'it will absolutely be picked up today'. 3PM Day four: (out running errands before guests arrive) 'we have picked it up' 5PM Day four: ummm, so it's still here 'oh, yes. Our truck broke down, we'll get it tomorrow' Day five: arrive home 2PM. You'll never guess. 'We had an emergency and our technician was called out. Crickets.... Any suggestions on removal of an abandoned portapotty are most welcome.

Once he started the work, he put in long hours to get the job done in two days. He took photos and sent them to me so I could see the progress while I was at my job. As part of the roof installment, he put in a skylight, which is working well. Rick also had to work around a chimney and other obstacles on the roof.
