We then got a call saying that they'd need to reschedule to Monday or Tuesday because the technician wasn't prepared. This doesn't work for us and we already communicated to the previous technician that Monday/Tuesday didn't work for us because we work full time. And regardless at this point, this business has proved itself to be inefficient and unreliable. I called the business to communicate again that Monday/Tuesday didn't work. I was told that I'd get called by a supervisor and they'd try to get someone out today. That was hours ago and there has been no communication since. Seems like the supervisors must not have a stand up character. The least they could do is call and apologize for the inconvenience. So in summary, Roto-Rooter is unprofessional and unreliable.
