However, the couches, chairs, and area rug they cleaned were dirtier after the cleaning than before they cleaned them. The area rug was so filthy I had to purchase a new one. When I reached out to Justin he blamed the stains on us, saying we left the cushions in the drying position too long. He told us to leave them for four hours and we left them overnight because they were soaking wet at six hours. Also, this theory doesn't explain the dirty rug or cushions on the back of the furniture because those cushions are not removable. In the past, Justin has come and done the cleaning, and this time we noticed he had an assistant with him (who he claims has worked with him for four years but I have never seen this person and I've used him in the last four years). Rather than cleaning, he sat on the ottoman and watched this person. Clearing they didn't know what they were doing or how to clean white linen furniture. Justin did agree to come reclean the furniture (not the rug) but we had something come up and had to reschedule. When I needed to reschedule he didn't reply to my email or offer to come another day, instead he blamed the issues on us and blocked us on Facebook, which is how we were communicating with him since he never provided a phone number. After googling the cause for this type of staining we learned linen furniture stains when it gets too wet. An experienced upholstery cleaner should know this. I did my best to communicate professionally with Justin only to be told the dirtyness was my fault and then be blocked and ignored. I recommended this company to several people but will ensure none of my family or friends use them. The biggest waste of $265! Terrible job and worse customer service.

In February 2026 I bought 2 microwaves and a propane gas range for different properties. I told Alma, the owner, that I planned to install the range in a cabin we are building and that we would store it until we had the kitchen built. She said no problem. In April, we were ready and we moved the range to the cabin. When we unwrapped it one side of the oven door came detached. We did not know what caused this but we wanted to get it fixed. I called Alma but she almost immediately was hostile and accusatory. She said "my workers" had lifted the range by the handle and that caused the problem. I told her there were no workers other than myself and my husband and we had not lifted it via the handle. She accused me of not listening to her (as she made things up). I told her I just wanted to know what to do to get the one hinge back in so the door could close. She and her husband then sent me a YouTube video on how to take the door off. They also sent me pictures of the range in their shop pre-purchase with the oven door fully attached and open. I was able to use the YouTube video to take the door off. I then took pictures of the hinges showing them in different positions. I asked what to do to reposition the one hinge. Alma did not respond. She would not answer my texts, or my phone calls from cell or home. I had to use another person's phone to reach her. She said she would not help me because I interrupted her during our previous conversation. While I was ghosted by Alma I read Yelp reviews. Other people have expressed the same--Alma becomes hostile before she even knows what the problem is. Her knee jerk response is to blame the customer (or imaginary workers). IMO she would rather lose a customer than be helpful. Like another reviewer "it started good but ended badly." Alma should get someone else to handle customer service. I will not give them any more of my business.

The staff on duty was very pleasant and helpful. I washed bed comforters to give my home washer a break since I had three to wash. One of them didn't wash very well in the $4.75 washer (parts of it was still dry after the wash). I probably should have used a larger machine (the next size up). The others washed just fine; I was able to put two in the $7.75 washer. The dryers didn't give much time (7-8 minutes per quarter) and didn't seem to get very hot. Maybe that's normal, but I wouldn't know. They were almost dry after 2 rounds of 15 minutes on high each, but I decided to finish drying them at home instead of feeding the machine. I would probably go back if the need arises now that I know what to expect. Plus, the staff person on duty was super nice.
