I initially went to him to figure out what I needed to replace my remote key. He said I only needed a key remote case for it. Ok, easy right? Got that and came back, then he says I need a code from the dealership for programming. Got that and returned again. He then finally took the key apart and smiled stupidly at me and said only needed a battery. I got a battery then again went back. At this point he breaks off the part that has the battery attached. He needed to solder it back for it to work. A few months pass anf it seems to work. I go back because the part breaks off again so the battery isn't making contact. He takes 45 minutes to solder the piece. It works then later in the evening it doesn't and to top it off the key falls out, I am forced to go back. He says do I have time to wait 45 minutes -1hour. My friend and I have to drop off the key and pick it up the next day. It still doesn't work and the actual key isn't properly attached to the remote AGAIN! He just stupidly smiles and says well it's not supposed to work forever do you want to wait so I can fix it again? Definitely not! Do not go here ever. He does not care about clients being content with the finished product and has no sense of urgency. Choose someone competent!

This company is the absolute WORST... I had a Liftmaster motor that was failing... Upon install , I realized they installed a Chamberlain motor not a Liftmaster and they insisted that it was the same quality as the Liftmaster due to it being the same manufacturer. So I agreed... Upon the installer leaving I realized that all of my remotes dropped the programing as well as my keypad on the outside of my garage... I tried calling Anthony (the son who works in the office that I spoke to when I first contacted them, I was referred to this company from the Liftmaster app) and texting them with no reply for a week now... I would have hoped that being listed as an authorized dealer in the app that they would have screened them better.... I was WRONG!!! This company SUCKS!!! I called another company to see what they can do to address my issues and they told me that with such a heavy door it was the incorrect motor in the first place and after trying to program the remotes, the service guy told me that it would not hold the programming on my remotes and keypad and to call the manufacturer...
