The two technicians assigned to do the installation, Felix and Larry, were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. They knew what they were doing and it showed in the quality of their work. What I was particularly impressed with was their ability to come up with creative solutions for the wiring of both the intercom and the elevator keypad. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation. He said the city had been wanting them out because the shop was built w/o permits. Yet, that shop was built over 25 years ago and took them that long to figure it out? Well, in any event, they can still make keys and provide other important services you may need. I needed a mail box key and Luis wasted no time and made one for me. BTW, my wife (Josie) has been using NOHOLOCKSMITH for at least 6 years now and always received courtesy, fast service and never have they made a key that didn't work. Need a key?
