My husband bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse last November, and I just bought my 2015 Chevy Equinox. Both lease turn ins, both were in excellent condition. From doing our own research, both were already offered for a very fair price, but they were still willing to work with us, both with the sticker price and what they were willing to give me on my trade. We met and dealt with Len Ciotti when my husband bought his, and I wouldn't consider dealing with anyone else. He is so pleasant and laid back, no pressure at all, no games-he gives it to you straight what he can and can't do for you. He really made sure we were getting what we were looking for in the cars we bought. It was the easiest experience I ever had buying a car, and yes, my husband was with me, but Len spoke directly to me regarding my purchase...he didn't dismiss me as many in the car profession tend to do to women, he treated me with the utmost respect. So far we have no complaints with anyone at Doyle...even when the finance people offer the extended warranty, they took no for an answer the first time and that was it...no attitude or hard feelings. If I could provide a 10-star rating, I WOULD! Everyone at the dealership was personable and friendly. But my sales representative was the absolute BEST! I was fortunate to have Todd help me through the process of purchasing my vehicle. Before I visited the dealership, I called ahead to ask about a Trailblazer listed on the website. It was a hot day, and when I got there, Todd had the vehicle parked outside the dealership entrance, running, with the air conditioning on for me. It was awesome! I absolutely love the 2016 Ford Fiesta I purchased from Doyle Subaru. It was listed at a great price, in wonderful condition, and I didn't even need to make an appointment to see or test drive it. This is the first "new" car I've purchased, and my salesman Len Ciotti was fantastic! He was low pressure and made me feel at ease during the whole process. One of the electronic keys was damaged and he even arranged for a replacement to be made. Shortly after taking my car home, I had an issue with a sensor in the hood. I called to make an appointment to bring it in and the service has continued to be amazing. They provided me with a beautiful 2018 Cruze as a loaner car, and even arranged for my car to go to a Ford dealership since it was a warranty issue. I have shopped at a much larger Chevy Deal for my past two cars - I felt like in order to get the best deal I had to go to this large dealer. Of course this means I would need to set aside at least two full days and a lot of sitting around waiting. I hate the whole car buying process- I consider it a necessary process every now and then -its nothing I look forward to or enjoy I am rarely even thrilled to have a new car. We have now bought 2 cars in 2 years from Doyle. Both times we worked with Pat Pacini-who is a genuinely nice guy not a "car dealer, nice guy". Sure he did his job selling us a great car, but he really wanted want us to happy.
