I was told to comeback of the part continued to make noise. Which was very confusing because why are you taking my money and sending me home with my car after 7 days of alleged maintenance...only for me to still hear the loud noise coming from my defective axle which is attached to the differential. Had a fender bender with my 2014 BMW X3; my mind was panicking with the time out of work for estimates, getting a hire car etc. however my insurer (Geico) gave me the option to go to D.C. Collision for my damage assessment and (if I chose to) get the work done too. I'm glad I did; the appointment was made promptly, when I got there I was greeted courteously by a representative of the company, a Geico rep and a enterprise rent a car person. Paperwork took ten minutes, they told me approx 1 1/2 weeks, then the Geico guy had me sign a few things and also the enterprise guy gets me back on the road - max 30 minutes!! 1 1/2 weeks later (as they estimated) i get a nice call from D.C. Collision - the car is done! I'm back the next morning, drop off rental, sign some paperwork and a small excess on my insurance policy paid and I'm back in my good-as-new Bimmer! Overall very profession, courteous, prompt and genuinely nice people. If you get referred by Geico to D.C. Collision, don't be put off and think that you need shop around; Geico is very concerned about working with great partners, and they made the good choice with D.C. I actually had to wait a month after my estimate because my son was due in a few weeks. But once I was ready to go they once again took care of everything, getting me a rental car while the work was being done. They cleaned my car so it looked great when I picked it up. They even took care of a couple of scrapes that were there before the main damage! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend DC Collision.
