Very highly recommend! We had our porcelain tile and marble floors cleaned and our floors look brand new! Before the cleaning our porcelain tile had "haze" which made the tile appear a tad cloudy or spotty. After the "haze-remover" the porcelain tile now has a smooth surface and my grout is clean like new. For the marble floors we had those cleaned, polished, and resealed and wow even the urine stains in kid's bathroom are completely gone (see pic). Lior and his team are very professional, skilled, and courteous with your furniture. If you're like me, very particular with your furniture and belongs you don't have to worry about hiring them. They said they will be here at 10am and they were. They said they will finish at 3 and they did. They promised to restore the marble floor to its (almost) original shine and they did. They said they will take care of the furniture and move it back and forth and they did. They said they will clean the grout and they did. What else could you ask from a cleaning service? Wow. Fast response time but... In speaking with the representative he asked what areas and sq ft. I told him one kitchen and two bathrooms. His response was, "that's all?" I said yes the rest of my 1400sq ft condo is fine. I told him the sq ft (~75-100) and his response was, " I can't do such a small job. It doesn't pay for me to send anyone out". I asked how he could say that with out seeing the job. They are in Ft. Lauderdale and I'm in Pompano Beach, 20min with traffic. I mentioned I live in a 19 floor high rise and he could get additional business. He said no can't do it. Unbelievable. I guess business is so good they can turn down jobs. I called 3 companies and got quotes from 2 of them. The other company could not do it. I would not write a bad review because they said no. Better an honest answer than a poor job. This company goes out of their way. They just don't give you a quote over the phone. They came to my house. Showed me a sample on my floor. How it would look after the job is done. To me it looks great, but the expert Lior said that it is not to his standards. He will use the steamer and the buffer to get all of the old wax sealer out of the ceramic. Very honest man and company. Very informative about the organic and odorless products. They will move and put everything back in its place. Thanks for taking the time to come from Ft. I am amending the post in fairness to the business and with respect to an individual trying to make things right. I received a call from the individual to clarify and correct our exchange, there was potentially differing understandings on access to the house (no one wants to waste their time, I get that) and maybe a misunderstanding on my part on cost differentials. With that said, a family member of mine took the day off to clean another man's house. There was no denying him this generous effort, however, I wanted to save him the time of cleaning the floors. After the service appointment was cancelled, my in-law took it upon himself to clean the floors. Unfortunately, this removed the potential of taking the gentleman up on his offer to make things right as I don't want to waste anyone's time. I am sure your experience will be better than mine. ************************** So I was very disappointed with my recent experience with DPC dry perfect, marketed in "the Home Mag" Miami. Sorry for the below quoting, but feel it was a profoundly unprofessional exchange and need to share. I originally asked to be scheduled for early morning about 3-5 days out, he agreed. When discussing price, he insisted on coming out to do a quote the day prior which was when I was scheduled for my walk through, I agreed. When confirming the time the day of the quote 4 hours in advance, I asked for a few minute potential delay at our scheduled time as to get confirmation on access to the neighborhood as I was meeting with the broker. He decided to cancel the quote visit because "I don't want to waste my if I can't get in, I am not going to drive up to Miami just for you" I said, "I am not saying you can't get access, I just need to confirm how you'll get in, as you may be able to ask for me, but you may need to have security call someone else. However, the quote visit was your idea so don't understand why your canceling." He said "its fine, I'm in marathon and don't want to drive up to Miami just for you, will be there tomorrow in the afternoon after my morning appointment." I didn't say anything about him having already given me the morning appointment and agreed. The day of, I call him about an hour prior to our scheduled time to inform about access and that I had decided on how much cleaning I wanted, "Standard" (previously quoted) at .25 cents a sq ft vs the Deep at .45. I told him I only wanted the standard (a relative who would be there was addressing some areas of concern), but also wanted to confirm anticipated duration so I could make sure to be there to pay him, as well as means of payment, Card, Check, Cash etc. He said in essence, why are you changing your mind, I can't tell you how long its going to take until I see the floor and I don't take card. "If you give me cash, I'll give you good price." He said I do everything for $XXXX... [I know what that means] The offered price was $200 above the original offer of .25 cents a square foot. I said, no, I would like just the standard service we previously discussed. After that, he became FLAT OUT argumentative with me and suggested that I shouldn't waste my money. I said OK, up to you, I'll take my business elsewhere and hung up. read more

I hired this company for ceramic tile flooring. I had a bad feeling but Lior is a fast talker and my job was small so I gave him the work. He showed up on time and finished very quickly, leaving wet puddles throughout. He wanted to leave before putting the furniture back, but I told him he would need to help me with the heavy pieces. He did and I paid him with a check. As the floor and grout dried the tile began to crack. It turned into quite a bad situation. I called Lior and he said...just a coincidence, couldn't be him. I asked what his cleaning solution was, actually several times before he left my house, he refused to tell me, said it was a "secret". I told him not to cash the check the check until the adjuster determined the cause of this situation. Lior gave me his word he would not cash it....he "ran" and cashed it...I guess he felt he should get paid for destroying my flooring. If I could post a picture of the damage to my floors I would. Save yourself the misery, even if he didn't cause the damage ( which he did) he is a lair and deceptive, unprofessional and he told me he does not have insurance coverage for causing this type of damage...do you want this man in your house? read more
