Servers here are INCREDIBLY RUDE. All female, all full of attitude and disgust, inconvenienced by having to do their job. Not polite, not friendly, and can't even put a full order together. They handed us a bag of food and left out an entire combo meal despite charging us for it. Acted all put out and irritated when we went inside to get the rest of our food. We love our local DQ! I know a few employees that went to high school with my kids and they are always friendly when we come in. We find that going inside is quicker than the drive thru. Went there last night. The girl in the drive thru was so rude! Wouldn't scan my phone for my rewards. Had an attitude. My shake wasn't made right. She let my money fly out of the window with no help. No thank you. Maybe let's move her so she doesn't have to deal with customers. read more

Edit: The owner contacted me and apologized for the experience. She was very kind, sincere and wanted to resolve the issue. I will go back and support this business because of how the owner handled this. Thank you for listening to me and being willing to resolve the issue! My husband and I came to this location a little before 8pm. We sat in line for a little more then 45 minutes. When we finally got to the spot to order, they informed us the card machine was down and only accepting cash. Of course we didn't have any cash. So after 45 minutes of waiting, we had to wait till the cars in front us went through so total of an hour waiting and wasting time for nothing. I know it can't be helped that the card reader was broken but why wasn't there a sign or even a worker letting people know the card machine wasn't working before they were stuck for an hour in a drive through? When we were told they couldn't help us, there wasn't an apology or really any kindness from the workers. That location always takes forever to get through, the workers know how long people wait yet they dismissed us without a second thought. At the end of the day, it's just ice cream, but no one has an hour of their lives to spend in a drive through for nothing. Very poor customer service. read more

Friendly service, though a bit slow. This is a local staple for Carlisle residents, but we tend to prefer Mr. Frosty in Franklin. They offer a few lunch selections and numerous frozen treats. Their ice cream cakes are incredible and deserve their own food group! A friend ordered her sons birthday ice cream cake from DQ and they did a fantastic job! My daughter loves sprinkles on her ice cream and they are always willing to add as many as they can possibly fit in the bowl. read more

I always go through the drive-thru. The service is always excellent. Recently I have been getting the new Glaze Honey Barbecue box 6-piece. Absolutely one of my favorite fast-food items right now. I do have to say the silverware that I always get is garbage. Besides that the food is amazing. The ice cream is always amazing I usually get the Strawberry cheesecake blizzard. This is my favorite item on the whole Dairy Queen menu. I would recommend it to anyone that has never been to Dairy Queen. I think their burgers are super underrated. If I'm not getting the chicken basket I am getting the double cheeseburger combo. It is incredible. This place does not get enough credit. Keep up the good work. read more

I love this Dairy Queen's ice cream and food I just don't like the way the drive-through is arranged. The staff are friendly and fast but if you're in a pick up truck or a longer SUV it's really hard to make the turn out of the drive-through and it's very easy to hit the curb on either side. If I'm in a small vehicle I will come back but if I'm in a truck I will have to pass or go inside ( I usually don't have time to go inside). read more
