I ordered delivery from here recently. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and French fries. The order arrived fairly quickly and was in a styrofoam container placed in a plastic bag. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and fries were separated by brown paper. There was some napkins but no condiments. The Philly Cheesesteak was on a slightly toasted bun and had mozzarella cheese, onions and mushrooms on it. It was a decent sized sandwich and was pretty good. The fries were plentiful but slightly greasy. Overall, I give this establishment three stars. The food isn't bad but it's also nothing out of the ordinary. I may go again. There are other menu items that I might like to try. read more

We've tried this place twice. The first time our server was told they had something by the kitchen staff, which was a deciding factor in what a guest had ordered. They did not have said item once the meal was delivered. The meal did not get eaten. Our waiter was extremely apologetic, the manager seemed to not care. I understand a long wait for food when you're busy, especially when it's worth it. This place, unfortunately was not worth it, nor was it busy enough for the wait we had. Three guests this last time. We ordered a Philly with fries, burger with fries, salad, (do not recommend the house salad) and fried zucchini. They all came out at separate times and no silverware. Both times a guests ordered something that did not get eaten. We did not ask for items to be removed or discounted, I've worked in restaurants, I do not do that to servers, so I don't know how management handles that. Total time from sitting, ordering, receiving meals and check was an hour and a half the 2nd time. We watched children go to the soda fountain's to refill their drinks, proceed to drink some of the foam off the top and then stick the remaining foam up to the nozzle with the nozzle inside the foam/drink they had just drank out of. Our servers were nice both times. The burgers are good. The place had a good vibe. Probably great for drinks at the bar with burgers. Place was large and open. Was there for a work event. Got a drink with an open tab. Didn't really interact with the staff outside of ordering the drink which was good. However, when it came time to close out the tab, it took about 15 minutes of standing at the bar while employee after employee looked my way and kept walking by. This restaurant has great hand patties burgers and the service has always been very good! They have a great patio for nice days. If you're into baseball cards they have an amazing selection of cards and have a vending machine with cards in packs to purchase. Very cool laid back ambiance. Highly recommend! read more

We waited a bit to try this place because there are bound to be a few kinks for a brand new business. We stopped in around 3 pm on a Saturday to get a late lunch before seeing a movie next door. We walked in to a wide open seating area and were super confused. There was a host stand but no one there. Do we seat ourselves? Do we wait? There was no indication and the bartender didn't notice we were there I guess. We walked in and had a seat. It was then that I saw a man that worked there and asked what to do. He said that we could sit AT the bar and get full service or order at the empty host stand, take a number, then choose a seat and the food would be dropped at the table. Aha! Now we are getting somewhere! We grabbed menus from the wall, chose our food and ordered. If you want an alcoholic beverage you have to order that separately at the bar. We ordered tater kegs, an Italian sub, and a chicken parm sub. Then you pay and get the option of leaving a generous tip. For dropping my food off? So far I'm having to do all the work? Do I get tipped? But I digress.... We opted to tip 20% on our $50+ bill and chose a seat. The tater kegs arrived quickly and were arranged on a nice plate of salad. I don't know if the salad was for decorating or for eating but the tater kegs themselves were delicious. They were topped with pulled pork and bbq sauce. Yum! Then the food came out and was in red plastic baskets. It looked like it belonged in them though. The chicken parm sub was literally two frozen chicken breast Patty's with a smear of marina sauce and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese. It didn't taste bad but it was very disappointing to be eating what was basically school cafeteria food. Hubby said that his Italian sub was fine and Hecate all of it. The fries were also frozen plastic bag fries but they were at least the seasoned kind so they were good. The man did come over and check on us so I felt better about the tipping situation. I really wanted to love this place because I prefer local great spots but the only word to describe it is "meh" unfortunately if they don't make some changes I don't see it lasting long when you can go up the street and get great subs and more variety. It's awesome to see someone local move in to Austin Landing. That was the original plan of the development. The first thing in noticed was the nice big bar with an amazing bourbon selection. They also have a full bar with beer and wine too. The menu has some great options. Plenty of sandwich options, burgers, pizza, and appetizers. I got an order of the Kaboom Chicken Fingers. They were really good, HUGE, and you get four of them with a pile of fries. I hope the area supports it. I will definitely be coming back. read more

We went to this place on Friday night for the first time. Had a good crowd but not packed. Has a nice big bar down one side. After standing there for a few minutes we figured out it's kind of a fast-casual place. We had to go to the cash register on the right side and order and pay for food. The menu is mostly bar food: apps, pizzas, sandwiches. You pay there and tip. They give you a table number and you find your own seating. Then apparently you have to go to the bar and order drinks. There were people bringing some drinks to tables, but I don't know why as no one came to our table. So I went up and ordered an Irish Ale and margarita. When she brought the beer it was very light in color. I clarified it was the Irish ale and she said yes as she went to make the drink. I tasted the beer and it was an IPA. So when she came back I told her. She said let her go in the back and check the lines. So she did and when she came back she said they had changed it to Midwest IPA. So they only had lagers and IPAs on the list. She offered to get me something else but there was really nothing to switch to. She didn't offer it for free since it was wrong. Eventually someone brought our food. When I looked at the burger before eating, it was the wrong burger. Not what I ordered. Since we had no server, there was no one to tell. So I just started eating it. About halfway through our meal someone did stop by and ask if everything was ok. I told her the burger was wrong. She said they had a new cook in the back and sorry about that. No offer to get another one or take it off the bill or fix it in anyway. I can say the burger was overcooked but did taste ok. So wrong beer and wrong burger for me. While I do hope they get this figured out, but with the combo of wrong beer, wrong burger, and no one "responsible" for our table, we don't need to go back again. read more

I mentioned Park, which neither of us had been to, as it faced east so I knew it'd be shady. I had no idea how lazy the wait staff would be. There was literally nobody in the restaurant - only a few sitting at the bar. We sat outside, and nobody came to the table to check on us. At all. Wanted to order takeout for our son. Nobody. Went inside to the bar, she told me 'we have a different model of food delivery people; scan the app on your table.' I did. Error error error. You want business? Take care of people that come in. I should've known by the empty place when I showed up two weeks after their grand opening. You walk in, no one greets you. They're on their phones. You sit at a table, only the bar tender is working this whole restaurant (during the start of a bengals game). Had to get my own menu: They never ask what food I want: The worst part is the bathrooms. THEY SMELL SO BAD. That don't have running water to flush the urine down. Ever. There system is flush free. Upon first visit I wasn't super impressed with this place. It's a confusing set-up in which there's a hostess-type area with menus but you basically seat yourself and then you have to go to the bar to order any food or drink. The bartender was not familiar with the menu at all. The decor and couches etc looked great and it would be a good place for a drink before a movie at Austin Landing. The food was just OK. The "bowl" of chili was quite small and they had no crackers available. The BBQ chicken Mac and cheese was not super flavorful but it was pretty good and tasted better as leftovers. For a place that doesn't have enough staff for taking orders at the table, we were checked on probably 5 times by several different people. read more

My son and I decided to check this place out after hearing it recently opened. This used to be Bar145 which I used to love. Their burgers, bourbon and atmosphere was always awesome. Upon walking into Park Grill there was a stand like a Dennys where a dude was standing that didn't appear to want to be there and asked if we had been there before. I said no - he said take a menu and sit down - you can order here or with the bartender and shooed us off. I will say these guys absolutely ruined the inside of this place - it used to be awesome inside and these guys moved the bar to the back wall which feels really weird. They also have a card shop upstairs that we didn't check out. We decided to try the fried pepperonis and fried onion rings as apps. I hate when other fried food gets tossed in by accident - we had a fried pickle - I HATE pickles! I couldn't believe how many pepperonis were in the basket - check the pic! For $7.99 it was a great deal. In the end my son and I decided to leave and go somewhere else for dinner because the place just felt strange. This was a cool spot! The second floor was entirely made up of a unique sports cards display. Though we didn't eat, we had a great experience drinking our favorite craft beers while sitting at the bar. The bartender was friendly and attentive and she anticipated our needs.
