We purchased cookie dough blizzards here and the blizzards we got were vanilla blizzards instead. When kindly asked to give us normal cookie dough blizzards the lady like was gatekeeping the fudge. Idk why but it was an odd and uncomfortable experience. We also had to repurchase fudge separately to manually put in our blizzards. :( read more

This DQ is NOT ADA compliant. There is a ramp, but then the door that the ramp leads up to says "Please use other door." So, I walked to the other door, and that door has three stairs. I get up the stairs, walk to the entrance, and the door was super heavy. I order my family's meals and then sit down. We were catching up (and had ordered a bit of food), so I estimate we were there about an hour or so. Soon, one of the employees comes up to me and says that my dogs can't be in the restaurant if they're not service dogs. I say they are, and she walks away. Both of my dogs were either in their stroller or on my lap. A few seconds later, another employee comes up and asks to see my dogs' "papers" -- proof that they were my service animals. I said I didn't have any on me, my letter from my doctor was at home. He said that we would have to leave. NOT ONCE did anyone ask what service the dogs performed or any of the other questions one expects to be asked and is supposed to answer regarding service animals. I usually wouldn't care to post a negative review, but being asked to leave an establishment illegally after not doing anything illegal really upsets me. read more

Took far too long for a fast food chain. I stood in line for 10 minutes and the cashier kept leaving to help the kitchen staff. Only ordered a small ice cream but it took at least another 10 minutes go make. It wasn't even busy either which would have made the slowness understandable. Dairy Queen has always been something that has distinct cones with the iconic look and you have an expectation as you come for that cold refreshing dessert. This location ruins that, we have came in for dipped cones multiple times. Each time they have messed the flavor requested, then looks wise... It looks like they had a toddler make the cone and sorta dip it into x flavor. All mishaped and size differences each time. Rachael on drive thru was the worst experience I've ever had at DQ makes me not want to ever return. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and she told me she didn't have any. I said it's in the self serve machine inside can you get some from there and when I came up to the window she gave me the killer eyes and said her manager Sara told her to tell me next time I need to come inside and get it my self. Drive thru is so we can be served so I said I'm the customer and it's about the people and service if you don't like your job get another one. DQ has qualities of taking care of their customer. She then told me to park away from the restaurant to wait for my food and refused to give me her name. Sara brought my food to the window before I drove off and then told me her name was Rachel. As I was driving away Sara told her she needed to be nicer to customers. Sara did say she wasn't rude but that's incorrect that's no way to treat a customer. My wife just had a child and was craving a delicious chicken basket. What was suppose to pleasant was horrific. Rachael doesn't have DQ qualities and needs to be removed because she's bad for business. This isn't the first nasty encounter and despicable attitude from her. I came through with my friend. everything was fine until their card machine malfunctioned. they had already handed us the food, and as you know us impatient people began eating the fries. the card was not declined, there is plenty of money on her card. the lady at the window began being very rude and asking for another form of payment. my friend answered and said she had apple pay, they then told her that she couldn't use it because they wanted the apple pay without the fingerprint (for non-iphone users, your fingerprint has to be on the button in order for the apple pay to work). when she explained this to them, they grabbed her card back angrily and tried the card over and over again while my friend kept trying to explain there was money on her card, it was the machine (keep in mind my friend was very nice still at this point), the employee slammed the window in her face while she was still speaking. It was decided that the card machine wasn't going to work, and the lady at the window asked us to give the food back. my friend would've gladly done it had the employee not been so rude going about it. she asked if she was legally allowed to give it back and the lady continued to be rude so she asked to talk to the manager.... well SURPRISE! she was the manager. well, at least she claimed to be. we ended up talking to someone else and basically had the same conversation the other lady was just a lot nicer and a lot more calm. i'm never one to leave a bad review places because of the staff because i get it, people have bad days. but considering this was a store malfunction, the lady was incredibly rude about it, and by giving back the food i'm pretty sure we were violating a health code, i felt it was necessary. read more

I have been into dairy Queen 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Today was the last straw. One visit, the service was rude. 4 times I have ordered the Popcorn Shrimp basket and asked for cocktail sauce (for the shrimp) and ketchup (for the fries) They have responded yes ok, and guess what? No ketchup on all occasions. Who eats fries without ketchup? Not me for sure, so throw those out and move on. Todays visit the shrimp is over cooked! Tasty treat- yeah right. More like trick or treat. I know these are small things but it's my hard earned money. I tried to call the manager and share my frustration and hopefully help them to improve, instead I got the old "please leave a message". One time I came and they got my order wrong in the drive thru, so I came inside to show them my receipt and the employee told me that I was wrong and the shake I didn't want was for me.
