I went to the Dairy Queen on Saturday, October 11th at 5:30 PM and ordered a Blizzard with chocolate ice cream. I was told they were out of chocolate ice cream -- which is ridiculous for a place that specializes in ice cream. When I got to the window to pay, I saw another employee clearly serving chocolate ice cream to someone else. When I pointed this out, the girl at the window suddenly stopped responding and acted like she didn't understand English -- except to tell me how much I owed. Blatantly lying to a customer and then pretending not to understand when called out is unacceptable. I won't be back. I don't support businesses that lie to customers and play games when confronted. read more

New owners, and it's gone downhill. Got a kids chicken finger meal, and instead of giving me a token for a dessert later... they gave me a cone that just melted and the kid couldn't even enjoy it. Also the blizzard was just not great. I will not be back ever. read more

Used the drive thru, I was the only Car so it wasn't terribly busy around 2 pm. They didn't put Bacon on my Flamethrower Burger, nor did they give me the Hot Fudge Sundae with the $7 dollar meal. Ambiance : n/a Food overall tasted fine. Docking 2 STARS for no bacon and no dessert that we ordered. read more

The level of incompetence at this store is staggering. So I go up through the drive through, order a Peanut Buster Parfait and a Pup Cup for my dog. It's been a long pandemic, this really is the first time I've gone out to get anything like this since March. I was looking forward to my treat! The car ahead of me apparently had a week's worth of food to buy because I am stuck behind them for an extended period of time. Maybe the restaurant staff should tell them to pull over to the curb and they could bring their large order out when it's ready? NOPE! Make everybody else wait! By the time I get my "frozen" treat it's melting and spills all over when I take the cap off. Unbelievable! When did they make my "frozen" treat? Before they started the large order before the customer ahead of me? They should have waited to make my order right before I pulled up so it was still frozen when I got it! Frozen treat my ***. I had to drink most of it. Oh, and the Pup Cup? I am attaching a photo of what a Pup Cup SHOULD look like! But what I got instead was a small Blizzard cup packed with ice cream. No dog treat. They couldn't even make that right. Worst DQ experience ever. This store has gone down hill tremendously. A week later, after trying to contact management by social media and through their corporate website, nobody has ever responded to my concern. At the very least they could give me a coupon for a free Peanut Buster Parfait for my next visit. Not even a courtesy apology from the manager. The prior manager who ran this store took care of his employees and cared for his customers. It's clear that manager is long gone, probably retired. Chicken Strip Basket hot fresh best crispy crunchy strips I've ever had just something special about the breading on those love those crispy corners. Service inside available too. Not the fastest fast food they have to make it feel special for everyone that's hard to do. They did a great job. No more load mouths teenagers that act as if they don't have the time of day to serve anyone .. No argument going on in the back management seems to really care now. read more

This store has been redone and much cleaner and nicer looking now. I was very disappointed in the service on 12/26/21 I ordered my 78 yr old moms bday cake on Thursday 12/23/21 for pickup on the 26th. I know they are closed on Christmas so I order early. They did not even make the cake!!! The young man took the order and never put out for the cake maker to do. The girl found my order sheet and nothing had been done on the day I come to pick up! I have guest coming what am I to serve them? I had to pick a cake out the case that did not fit the decor of the party. I make a big deal to always give my mom a cake an party with nothing left over Christmas! She does not like chocolate ice cream the cake was to be vanilla cookie filling vanilla!! Nothing in the case was that! I had to spend more money to get a box of butterscotch dilly bars she does like that. It was not the resolution that was satisfactory for me. The manager never came to speak to me offer anything to make it right. Don't advertise order your cake today if you are going to drop the ball. Cakes are for special occasions it's past now so feeling very happy. We had to make the best of the situation. I could not let this go with out sharing my experience! Then we get to the window and have to wait for about ten minutes for a large dipped cone and a medium chocolate shake. I am 24. I have been going to this Dairy Queen for 24 years. They make the best ice cream cakes for birthday parties and I always, always get the 4 piece chicken strip basket with a Grape Misty Freeze. They used to be employed with the sweetest, old ladies who would hand me my precious treat with a smile. I was super close to giving this Dairy Queen a low rating because for the past few years now, the ghetto-punk, black kids behind the counter refused to make me my Grape Misty Freeze... "Huh? What's a freeze? We've never heard of it. We won't make something we've never heard of..." is what I've become used to hearing for awhile now. But then I wandered in here tonight with my dad, stepped up to the counter, and it was like the ice cream gods whispered "Order it...order your freeze..." I asked the girl if she could make make me a Grape Ice cream of any sort and she said "YES! Of course!" and she handed me my glorious Grape Misty Freeze. All is right with the world now. For being kinda cold out there were alot of people in the drive thru. I was jonesing for an oreo blizzard and decide to forgo the line outside. They had the new twix blizzard which used to be just a seasonal blizzard of the month thing. So happy it's a regular on the menu now. I've had ice cream here before maybe once. My husband recently expressed wanting to try the food and since they've reopened with new renovations we decided to get dinner. I ordered the flame thrower grilled burger and a berry blizzard. We only live 2 miles away but by the time we got home our blizzards were melted. No big deal...we put them in the freezer. The problem came when I went to eat my burger. Almost halfway through I noticed a PIECE OF PLASTIC hanging from my bun. I don't know about you but that is unacceptable on my burger. I like DQ in general. Dilly Bars and twist cones, occasionally a Peanut Buster Parfait with extra, extra nuts. This store is in a good location. The drive thru moved quickly although the set up could cause some conflicts with cars trying to get out of parking spaces. Be mindful when you park. Like all DQ's, pup cups are offered for fur babies at no charge. My boys love this! One rant about this store and a lot of DQ's, think about how you hand out orders. I decided to eat in. The women were friendly and appeared to be doing most of the work. The fellas seemed nonchalant with not a care in the world. When the food came out...they gave us one order and it was cold. The person just tossed the food on the table. Did not give us a tray or anything. He gave one of our orders to another man. They gave the man by himself all this food but gave the table with two people one meal. The issue was fixed but it may be awhile before we visit again. read more
