I asked her who her manager was and she said, "I don't know". I said, "you're the manager and you don't know who your boss is?". She said, "yep". So fill out your surveys because there isn't a customer complain number, you have to do that online. That's why this manager acts the way she does, doesn't care about customer service and freely lies because she easily gets away with it.
