The nice thing is that I can ask her any and all questions about my eye situation and discuss any concerns, and she takes the time to educate me and reassure me about my eye health. At age 70, I take my eye health very seriously and appreciate the information she imparts, and also the knowledge that she would alert me to any serious problems and initiate an immediate referral to a specialist if need be. I came away with an updated eyeglass prescription. They have the glasses on-site, but one can also take that prescription to any other place.

The staff is awesome and take their time making sure you are happy with your choice. Today I picked up a pair of prescription sunglasses. I also took an older pair of frames and put my updated prescription lenses in which was a smooth process for me. Shout out to Gabby for her help today making adjustments to the way the glasses fit on my face. She adjusted (3) pairs for me today and took her time to make sure I was happy with the placement and how the frames curve around my ears. If any place on Yelp deserves 5-stars its this place.

I've been a loyal customer to this specific Optometry Office for decades. I would remember my mom taking my sister and I during the elementary and middle school days. At the time, my mom would give us limitations in terms of what frames we wanted to get (i.e., the cheaper options that were fully covered by insurance). Fast forward in time, I stopped coming to this office since I moved out of Pomona for college and would get my eyes checked near my college. Now, I am back in Pomona and decided to stick to this office. Very clean interiors and staff are always friendly. Excellent customer service and the staff's level of patience is tremendously the best. I usually meet with Dr. Le but on Friday I met with a different doctor (I'm assuming Dr. Liu?). Dr. Le's office is truly like a museum! Full of Bruce Lee action figures, Star Wars figures, and so much more! In terms of glasses frames, this place has it all, from affordable frames fully covered by insurance to the more expensive and lavish-branded ones (Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Prada, Tory Burch, MK, etc.). From all ends of the spectrum truly, and staff members will help you out and consult with you to make sure you are getting what you want and need. The Tiffany glasses I got 2 years ago was my most expensive frames purchase. On Friday, I spoiled myself and got Gucci. Before the appointment, I called the office to explain the situation and ask about rescheduling. I was informed that rescheduling at that time would result in a $50 fee. To avoid the fee, I brought my child to the appointment as scheduled. After we arrived, the doctor stated they were not comfortable seeing her because of her recent illness, and the office canceled the appointment. The most concerning aspect was that the office had already been informed of my child's condition before the visit. Despite this, I was told a cancellation fee would apply if I rescheduled, yet the appointment was ultimately canceled by the office upon our arrival. As a result, we made an unnecessary trip while managing a child's recent hospitalization. While I understand the need to protect patients and staff, I believe the situation warranted greater flexibility and consideration. This experience reflected poor communication and customer service and left me with concerns about the office's approach to patient care.

Meagan helped me fall in love with what I see--because for the first time, I could actually see! I'm serious. I saw Dr. Ishi, who I seriously cannot recommend enough -- she's truly amazing. She helped me figure out that my previous experience at Costco Optical has, in fact, been totally useless and wholly inaccurate--my prescription has been off for like...10 years??? No wonder I can't see at night! Ha ha! Turns out, my bizarre and highly astigmatismed eyeballs happen to be both nearsighted and farsighted on each respective side..and thus require a certain amount of due diligence and attention--all of which I have never experienced at any other optometrist prior to coming to this place. Literally, one side of my contact prescription was off by 1.5 points or whatever they use to measure it--i mean, what?? Should I contact my car insurance to dispute any claim against any minor car accidents that I may or may not have been involved in over the past DECADE since I LITERALLY COULDN'T SEE!!!?? Dr. Ishi is incredible. Megan is a sweetheart who helped me pick glasses that not only fit, but ~*flattered*~ my large and in charge face. Because of this wonderful team, I can FINALLY see for the first time in my life. Can't recommend this place enough! 10/10. Ps; and not to be super creepy or anything...as I still don't know that deep and mysterious voice I heard but I think I'm low key in love. I seriously can't wait to go back!! These ladies including the optometrist are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They all did a fantastic job helping me. The process was very smooth and took less than an hour. The visit was a pleasant experience and I wish I had come here for glasses earlier. I can't wait to have my new pair of glasses from Spectrum Eyecare. I was told it's going to take around 3 weeks. It's the holiday season now so it's understandable that it's taking longer than usual.
