The person who takes care of making sure your amounts are correct doesn't seem capable of doing this well. I received a huge bill months later letting me know that I owed this amount because my insurance maxed out. Mind you, this was all supposed to be taken care of before having my procedure done. She stated that I had to have gone to my primary dentist in the meantime, which I did not do. Clearly, she didn't do her job and I am supposed to take care of this now. I now have to go back and do her job to get this bill paid. I would not suggest going to this doctor due to this problematic issue.
