I can't say enough good things about DR CLOG & Chris, the owner. He came out here promptly.. He was on time, professional. I had had another plumber come out prior, whom I won't name. I had a kitchen clog that was a grease clog, probably building up for years. This first company came out and quoted me around $2800. There's no outside outlet, and they said a pan couldn't go under the sink pipes and shelf, because it wouldn't fit and their bucket wouldn't fit. They snaked it fifteen feet, which didn't reach the the clog in the pipe and only moved the clog around, making it worse clogging the sink almost completely. So I went on a site, got neighbors recommendations, and I called Chris, at DR CLOG., who was highly recommended.. Of course he shook his head when I told him about the outrageous over 2K price I was quoted. He ran his line 50 feet, reaching, cleaning out & clearing the clog. For around in the neighborhood of a couple hundred dollars , he did an excellent job. He was nice. He was friendly, very knowledgeable. He's really a nice guy as well. I have found my forever plumber. I found him honest, reasonable and he was very pleasant. Happy to answer any questions for me. On Sunday, we discovered a leak outside of our house coming from who knows where. After sending out a message to everyone on Yelp nearby who might be able to fix the problem, we got back a message from Chris. He looked at one photo and immediately gave us a price quote for his work, which I appreciated, because a huge puddle of water right next to my front door was not something I wanted to wait around for multiple people to come and then tell me it was going to be out of my budget. Chris then came within 24 hours and immediately got to work. He was very thorough and explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. Turns out, he's has 15 years of experience and has only recently gone out on his own. He stayed true to his original quote as well, because I was worried that after he saw it, it would increase, but he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly from seeing what happened how he would need to fix it.
