Beware! I had a very disappointing experience with Robert that ended up costing me thousands in repairs. He failed to properly seal the tub overflow, which led to a major issue when the water level got too high. Instead of being safely contained, water drained through the unsealed overflow and leaked into the garage ceiling above the water heater. Now I'm dealing with extensive damage--having to bring in a licensed plumber to remove the water heater, repair drywall on the ceiling, walls, and floor, and remediate black mold. What should have been a simple, properly completed job has turned into a costly and time-consuming repair. In my opinion, this could have been completely avoided with proper workmanship. We had a pipe burst in our garage and had to turn off our main water and called RS plumbing right away. They assured us that there was a plumber in our area who could help us within 2 to 3 hours. We were very clear that we needed it fixed tonight because we have a lot of kids including one with special needs and cannot be without water. They said it would be no problem that there was a technician in our area and they would give us a call in a couple hours. Two hours later a technician called and said that We live too far away and they cannot come until morning. That simply too late and now we have wasted two hours that we could have been calling other plumbers who are now booked for the night. Robert is not only an incredible plumber - but super honest and fair and goes above and beyond. I've lived in Europe, the middle East and all around the US and have never met a plumber this good. I never write reviews because i don't have the energy to go online and do this - but folks like this deserve the recognition. So, here's the brief story - I had two showers that weren't working well.. (no hot water for one and the other had zero pressure) i was given quotes from 3 different plumbers all in the ball park of around $600... Robert gave me a much more reasonable and fair quote - and when he later realized he would require a part that was more costly than he had originally expected - he did not charge me extra, he honored his original quote. He managed to repair the first shower very quickly... and then on the 2nd shower... ran into some serious challenges that most plumbers would have wound up tearing out the wall to repair - not Robert - he worked through a small hole in the wall, very patiently and without giving up... i couldn't believe how hard he worked.. and he finally fixed it! this was a shower that hadn't worked for 4 years.... we were very happy - the price was extremely fair... he is the best plumber on the planet. Had a clog backing up my washing machine and kitchen sink drains. I did my best to try to take of the problem myself with some drain-o and also a plummer's snake my brother had, but nothing doing. I have used RS Plumbing several times in the past few years. We bought a major fixer upper and the owner, Rob, has re-routed lines, repaired slab leaks, moved plumbing and repaired/replaced toilets as we've made home improvements.
