Would highly recommend avoiding this place. As others have said, their staff is extremely rude and rather than try to reschedule an appointment for treating, they canceled the entire service. I was told, "They don't do that" when asking if the service could be moved to a different time and that they were unwilling to make any changes to the service other than cancel it entirely. What kind of business is so inflexible that they can't make a single adjustment to the scheduling and would rather lose a customer than even try to find an alternative? I've never seen a company treat customers with such disregard. Any company in the service business that can't have any amount of flexibility at all and that is as rude to their customers as they are will never get my business and I've told everyone I know to avoid them. read more

This was the 6th pest control company I contacted and had out to my house within the 6 years we've been living there. Every other pest control company before did nothing. Bugs came back days later and it was terrible. That was when I contacted Dr. Death Pest Control. The owner came out and was great. I showed him all the areas of the bugs and told him how we've had numerous other companies out with no end in sight because the bugs would come right back and with a vengeance. He went above and beyond to take care of the massive ant and spider issue we had in our front and backyard. However today, when I spoke with Suzanne to see if I could push back or switch my service time frame, she told me quite rudely "that is not how their company works." They have set days and times for when the owner is in my area to spray and that I don't even need to be home. I proceeded to tell Suzanne that I have to keep my back gate locked due to the area of town we live in, and that I would be home 30 mins after my time frame. Point blank, she said there was nothing they could do except refer to me some other pest control companies they're friends with and that if they tailored to their customers specific days and times, they would have to charge a lot more to make ends meet due to only being able to service a few people a day. I wasn't asking for anything out of control, just to arrive 30 mins later. She was not willing to work with me in any way. Very standoffish and cold and acted as if she was over having this conversation with me. When I started using this company 2 months ago, NONE of this was ever explained to me, on how their return services work and what their policies are. I'm very upset with the way I was treated today by Suzanne and because I had FINALLY found a pest control company that worked!! But now, sadly, she cancelled my services because she refused to work with me about a 30 minute time difference. To say i'm very disappointed is an understatement. read more

Excellent business. Most of the times when I have concerns about a service or company in Las Vegas I get a lot of attitude back for no reason. But this company is different, and reached out personally to make sure they are on their A game. I have had two services with them on a bimonthly basis and so far I am impressed. I called this morning to request an emergency service and the person answering the phone just said, "dr death how can I help you?". So I asked who was I speaking too so I could use their name, he flat out said, "you don't need to know that". I said, ok hang on my name is Lee, I know your name isn't dr death, who am I speaking too. The kid flat out said, "we're not going to be able to help you and hung up." What happened to customer service, or introducing yourself so we know who we're talking too?
