I've been with this company for 5 years now, and I cannot say more about the quality service. They are reasonably priced. They are prompt, they answer my questions and available for the one-off issues. We are in a new build, so nature is still here. In all the time we have had the service (5 years), we have had 2 spiders and 2 small beetles in the house, and three scorpions in the garage that were well dead. When we reported the scorpions they came out and resprayed in the garage to be sure. One year we had a infestation of crickets in the backyard, well away from the house. They came out and sprinkled some magic pellets and they were gone in 2 days . Can't say anything bad about this company. I'd give worse reviews for my own family (and i like my family). read more

I chose Jason and Henderson Pest Control after reading lots of Yelp reviews. Almost everyone in my neighborhood has had ant problems. Normally just a small infestation and more of an annoyance...it all of a sudden became a huge swarm of small black ants in the kitchen. Spraying would help for one day but then they were back in full force. Reading the reviews: Jason seemed to have a full knowledge of ants and their behaviors and knew how to diagnose and treat them. Pre Visit: Jason requested that we try not spraying so that he could see where they were coming from when he got here. Visit: He came out in less than a day and used a poison that was approved for Kitchen use and use around pets. He placed the poison out of the way so that the ants would find it on the way to our kitchen. He also checked outside and determined that the main nest was outside. He sprayed outside and told me to call him back if they came back. He assured me that the ants would go away or he would come back fix them again. After about 1.5 weeks where we were seeing just a few random ants. Now we see none at all. It seems his targeted poisoning was very effective. This was accomplished with a one time treatment. Billing: He does take credit cards but won't bill you until you say that the ants are gone. Sounds more than fair to me. Yup, Five Stars. read more

Second time using Henderson pest control. I had an ant issue in my kitchen last year (as well as another bug that had gotten into the house that freaked me out) and Jason took care of everything so promptly last Summer I knew I could rely on his company again. This time James came out to take care of us. What a giant ray of sunshine he is!
