When I walked in I felt like I was brought back in a time capsule. The whole decor was super cute and welcoming. They had a wide range of seating between chairs and couches for my friend and I to choose from. I got the iced caramel cocoa latte and love the flavor profile of the saltiness from the caramel as well as the rich chocolate flavor. My friend got a hot vanilla latte and enjoyed that one as well while we split a cinnamon bun that they warmed up. We were really impressed with the cinnamon roll and fought over the last bite. They have a wide range of smoothies and matcha's and other coffee options and I'm excited to go back and try other items off of the menu. read more

COFFEE CRAWL STOP #9 matcha latte w/ oat milk - 4.5/5 wow. i was NOT expecting the matcha here to hit but their matcha quality is really good!!! they also have different matcha "levels" (im assuming different levels of quality) which should've been an indicator of how serious they take their matcha here! thaiger - 4.5/5 WOWWW this was another unexpected hit!!! the espresso cold foam compliments the thai tea and the thai tea itself is not too sweet! i found it to be a pretty perfect balance, but i will say the espresso cold foam could be a little stronger. read more

Ordered a small matcha (no sugar, milk or foam). It tastes awesome. It's not super earthy but just right imo. Love the interior. I came here within the first week of opening and it was a bit quiet on a Friday night. There's an abundance of seating, not just a few tables, but a plethora of couches, chairs, bar seating and tables. There's even a pool table in the back. The vibe is warm, nostalgic, and effortlessly eclectic. It feels lived-in, creative, and welcoming all at once. I love that you can grab a $5 coffee and just sit at the bar like you're in some retro lounge. Dr. Drops Coffee in Orlando has a really cool vibe. It's grunge, artsy, and thoughtfully decorated, which makes it a fun spot to hang out or people-watch. I love that they have plenty of couches and chairs and tables and barstools and artwork and lamps and everything that gives you a welcoming neighborhood coffee place vibe! Never understood the meaning of Dr in the name but love their service and hospitality. Barista was nice and courteous even though she was by herself on a busy Sunday afternoon. Can't imagine that much calm in a chain shop. All the customers were taken cared of and none felt rushed. They also have some baked goods, especially delicious cinnamon rolls. Dr.Drips was a quaint little coffee shop next to this vintage store we went to. I was part of the coffee crawl which has given me the chance to try spots I haven't tried yet. I got a cinnamon chai crunch which was a play on the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. It was yummy. They had different areas you could sit at which included couches, pool table, and an outside patio. This place is amazing. The vibes, abambince, menu and decor are all on point. I'm so happy this place came to our neighborhood. We really need more like it in Orlando. Consistent execution of beverages is what they are lacking. Had two drinks today that were not great. Which was quite different from our first two vists. Today I purchased A large late that taste like it was made with a single shot. And a specialty from the menu. Both drinks were supposed to have vanilla syrup. None could be detected. I know sweetener is a difficult thing 1 persons too much is anothers too little. (How sweet would you like that?) I'm posting this with love in my heart. I want to visit this place many more times, I want to try kava, I want Kool places in my neighborhood, I want the business to be successful Nothing will keep guests away more than inconsitant product and service. read more

I visited Dr. Drips today and was very underwhelmed. The atmosphere and decor were beautiful but the service was subpar. We were told it could be a twenty minute wait for our coffee but it ended up being an hour. They gave us our drinks out of order. And the coffee wasn't even hot by the time we got it. The flavor of the coffee and the food was good but it was a much longer wait than expected. Both bathrooms were inoperative which was extremely inconvenient. I wanted this to be a nice experience but it was not. I could see this becoming a nice place but the staff has a lot of problems to fix first. read more

Lovely spot! The ambiance is what drew me in when I saw it online, and on that front it definitely delivers. The couches are very soft and cozy, with some regular chair options as well. I went at around 2:30 on a Tuesday and it was very busy. Even so, the staff was lovely and even brought me my drink when it was ready. They have free wifi and the employees gave me the password when prompted. It wasn't too loud for comfort and I spent a solid 3 hours doing schoolwork there. On top of everything, I loved the drink I had too. It was definitely a sweet chai latte though, so be wary if you don't like your chai sweet. Will definitely be coming back! read more
