Guac n Roll, Best of Cluck
    Abi M.

As much as I love food, I have to be mindful to aim for healthy choices from time to time, and this place seemed like it would be a good opportunity to do so. I opted for the pick two toasts, and went with the Guac n Roll and Best of Cluck. The Best of Luck was fine - the hummus is the dominant flavor, the plant based chicken doesn't have any strange texture or flavor that some plant based proteins can have, and the sauce added a lil extra pop of flavor. The guac and roll stole the show - the cream cheese addition is a creamy game changer for avocado toast, and the bagel seasoning adds a welcome salty and umami kick. Perfection would be thicker/bigger slices of bread so that the two are more of a meal than a heavy snack. Overall a good experience - bonus for cute aesthetics and presentation!

Açaí yes please! Nothing like a fresh bowl of fruity and goodness to cleanse. The workers were really nice here and the service was fast. I love that Grain & Berry has several açaí bases to choose from- pitaya is always my go-to.

Great ambiance, cute trendy spot to grab a smoothie, açaí bowl, juice or quick healthy bites! The staff was nice. I tried the berry smoothie and it was refreshing.

I found Grain and Berry after a hike in Oviedo while searching for a smoothie spot. I didn't want the usual Tropical Smoothie or Planet Smoothie, so I did a quick search and came across this place. I ordered the Just Peachy smoothie (peach, banana, yogurt, orange juice, and vanilla protein powder). It was tasty and refreshing, but definitely on the pricier side. The menu includes smoothie bowls, juices, and other healthy food options. The shop has a few tables for seating and is decorated with cute neon signs that give it a fun vibe. Overall, I liked the smoothie, but it's not something I can treat myself to regularly because of the price.

I love Grain and Berry and have gone to this Maitland location a few times. The bowls are a great size and they have a ton of options. My go-to is the classic Grain & Berry bowl without coconut flakes and with gluten free granola. This location has lots of seating and staff is friendly!

One sentence to describe Grain & Berry: Too yummy not to post this update :-) ...................

Great presentation! However, I did not enjoy the açaí.

The presentation is 10 out of 10, the service is friendly. However, I did not like the açaí. I've tried a lot of açaí bowls, and this has been my least favorite it had an odd taste. I did not enjoy my bowl. I'm giving 3 stars only for the friendly staff and presentation.

This is a great spot for healthy eats with fresh and clean ingredient, great staff and very cute and spotless clean!!! It also has perfect decor inside.I ordered an açaí bowl and it was frozen on the bottom however if you eat these at home it's a similar process to wait for it to thaw ...in their defense I arrived right when it opened ...staff is so helpful and friendly ..bowl was full of delicious fresh perfect fruit variety cut up with chia, balanced flavor with granola...perfect portion size ..will return to try more my next Orlando visit!

Really yummy açaí bowls. They have a lot of premade options and you're also able to build your own bowl. I went with a premade option because I was slightly overwhelmed by all the choices. I wish I'd tried this place sooner because the price and portions are great.

Service was fast, & friendly by the owner and the mgr Paul was very helpful, the ambiance is always warm & inviting and the store is always clean! The food is always fresh, tasty and the juices are always refreshing, they have a rewards program too, definitely sign up and you get rewarded as well!

Food: I had an açaí bowl that was made so beautifully! I gotta say, I love the presentation on these açaí bowls. I did the build your own and got to make a lot of customizations. All of the fruit tasted super fresh and ripe and I loved the addition of Nutella on top! Service: great service! The cashier explained everything, was very informative, even gave some facts about the ingredients and health benefits. All smiles as well, which was very welcoming :) Ambiance: fast casual, clean, tables available inside, chill, it did smell a bit like mop water though so that did throw me off at first but it was also around the end of the night so whatever I'm sure they were just cleaning up I am just stating it for constructive criticism!

Located in the storefronts on the bottom of an apartment building in Maitland. Plenty of parking out front. Many options of smoothies, food, and bowls. Ordered an acai bowl topped with peanut butter. So yummy and fresh tasting! It was a great start to my weekend plans.

Wish there was a grain and berry close to downtown Orlando or by the Millenia mall, we need healthier options closer to the city. Great selection of healthy food and drinks, will be visiting regularly after church on Sunday's. I only gave a 4 star because it seemed as though only 1 person on their staff knew what they were doing the rest looked new and messed up my order and their blenders weren't working so I couldn't order a smoothie like I wanted.

The interior kinda has a hipster-rustic vibe but with more comfortable chairs. Prices seemed reasonable. Service seemed a bit overwheled but again, I think the massive event letting out had something to do with that. I got a cheese board, truffled fries, fried chicken caviar, and a deviled affogato for dessert. My date for the creste di gallo and the olive oil citrus cake. Everything was was very good, with the standout being the fries; I know that truffle essence flavor isn't for everyone but it worked really well for me in the fry sauce. My dates pasta was also very good, the pesto sauce was zesty and complimented it well. And I really like the olive oil cake with mascarpone, super light and perfectly sweet. The very minor issues were that the fried chicken was pretty deeply fried and way harder than expected, which I don't mind but may not be your thing. Devil's food cake at the bottom of the affogato was also not as sweet as I would have liked. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

I'd heard about…read moreBricks & Bowls before (as well as the Ghost Kitchen concept), so we decided to give it a try. I was immediately drawn to the Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich. I noticed they offered a Boxed Lunch combo that included a half-brick focaccia sandwich, a choice of side, chips, and a cookie. Under the Soups & Sides section of the menu, I saw soups, salads, fruit, chips, and bread listed, so I asked if I could get the Kale Caesar Salad as my side. I was told it wasn't considered a side. That struck me as a little odd since it was listed under "Soups & Sides," but I didn't press the issue and instead ordered the sandwich and salad separately. I do wish there had been a sandwich-and-salad combo option, especially since it's Florida and 100 degrees outside--hot soup wasn't exactly calling my name that day! The Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich was a bit dry, and I didn't notice much Swiss cheese or enough ghost pepper bang sauce to add much heat or moisture. On the plus side, the focaccia bread was fantastic, and the sandwich was piled high with sliced chicken. Even the half-brick size was plenty filling. The Kale Caesar Salad was much smaller than expected and, ironically, seemed like it would have fit perfectly as a combo side. It also contained more romaine than kale, with just a sprinkling of baby kale on top. The Caesar dressing, however, was excellent--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. At $6 for a small bowl, I was hoping for a little more substance. I also treated myself to the Belgian Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookie that would have come with the Boxed Lunch combo, and it was outstanding. Soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. Bricks & Bowls has a pleasant outdoor seating area in a courtyard setting, with tables shaded by large umbrellas. Just keep in mind that there is no indoor seating, and even with the shade, it can be pretty warm during a Florida summer. Overall, it was a decent first experience with some highlights and a few disappointments. The food had some strong points, particularly the focaccia bread, dressing, and cookie, but at around $20 for a quick-service lunch, I left feeling that the value didn't quite match the price.

They have only four carb bases and four veggie bases to choose from so it's really hard to be indecisive about what you want. There are pre selected menu options or you can just make your own salad as I chose today. My mix; brown rice, spinach, cucumbers, carrots, pickled onion, and purple cabbage with blacked chicken, thai and jalapeño dressing with wonton crisps. You can also see my drink they have what's basically "Aguas Frescas" options. I got the pomegranate lemon mixed with rishi black tea. But if you don't like tart and sour like me they had two other options on the sweeter side. Perks: Drinks are self serve, you can sample the dressings, and there's no cheat menu options that make you feel guilty for trying to be healthy. Con: The only con is that like any salad place it isn't a load of chicken but it is a still a good amount of protein. If you're looking for cheap protein stick to Chipotle.

We stopped here since it was one of the closest spots to the golf course, but I was pretty disappointed. The biggest issue is that it is not actually a bowl, it is served in a cup. It makes it really difficult to enjoy all the toppings together since you can only eat one layer at a time, which defeats the purpose. The granola portion was also lacking, and you do not get to choose the amount. The ingredients themselves tasted good, but the execution made the whole experience underwhelming. On top of that, there was only one employee running everything during a busy Sunday around noon. I felt bad for her, but it did slow things down a lot. We had to wait while she made multiple orders before even being able to place ours, with a line forming behind us. I understand if it was a slower weekday, but during a peak time it just did not seem set up for success. I honestly wish I had not brought our cousins here for their first acai experience.

The design inside is minimalist and is definitely a place you could easily sit and relax in. We got the Tiger bowl which is an acai bowl with granola, double strawberry, peanut butter and protein and decided to add bananas which in theory sounds delicious. It comes in a smoothie cup for some reason which makes the amount of toppings you get much less than when you get bowls in other stores and it's filled to the top which also sounds great but awful considering the "bowl" comes layered so if you want to try the layers together it gets messy quite quickly. Once we got to the protein layer, we quickly found out it was raw protein powder. Just a layer of protein powder in the middle of the "bowl" is insane and takes up quite a bit of the space so you're getting less of everything else for something that could easily have just been mixed in from the beginning. After getting to the protein powder layer, it quickly ruins the rest of the layers as the powder doesn't mix well and clumps up everything and makes it gritty and close to inedible. And all in all, the "bowl" came out to around $23 before tip. Whilst normally I'm understanding of places having bad days, open to trying other things even after having a poor experience once and some menu items just not being for me, I would personally never want to return.
