My husband and I decided to spend a day at Awana Spa while we were in Vegas to get a little break from the kids, and overall we had a really relaxing experience. We purchased the Fountain of Youth experience, which gives you access to the spa amenities without having to book a massage. When we arrived, we checked in and were asked to wait in the lounge until someone came to give us a tour. A female attendant took me while a male attendant showed my husband around. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything felt clean, modern, and luxurious. I loved that you're given a plush robe, slippers, and a locker that's accessed with a wristband key. It made moving around the spa super easy without worrying about carrying anything. We tried all of the different amenities. The salt room was probably our least favorite. Maybe I just don't understand the benefits, but it felt like we were just sitting in a room and I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to be experiencing. The saunas were nice, although the lights randomly turned off while we were inside. We weren't sure if that was intentional or if they were motion activated. Our favorite part was definitely the hot tubs and the cold plunge. Going back and forth between them was so relaxing, and we probably spent the most time there. The complimentary snacks were also a pleasant surprise. We tried the homemade chips and what I think was a salmon sandwich, and everything was delicious. My only suggestion would be to label the food. We kept guessing what everything was, and it would have been nice to know exactly what we were eating, especially for anyone with dietary restrictions. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing day and would absolutely come back if we're in Las Vegas again. Highly recommended. Top rated in the city. Scheduled 2 massages on Tuesday, locals day. I called outside of 24 hours to inquire what the locals cost would be. The attendant informed me that a $65 service charge is added to the price of the massage, that's divided several different ways among the team. That the masseuse would receive a portion and an additional could be given but not required. I wasn't comfortable about the 20% being a fee that I didn't understand. I cancelled. I called today to confirm cancellation for later today. Asked for call log, sent to the requested email, and yet the card on file was charged before a follow up call was returned. This was not the expected outcome, when I did all the things. I called back because I wanted to confirm both massages were cancelled when the charge came through. Fortunately I used a hold card to make the reservation not the paying card. Fortunately the amount was declined. This is not the level of customer service I expect. So now a few things that I did t expect. Decided to book a facial at the Awana Spa since I was staying at the Conrad at Resorts World. They offer a variety of different facials and it was difficult to pick which one was suitable for me. I chose the '"Queen Facial'" and my esthetician, Asia was very accommodating and explained the facial to me in detail before we started the facial. The massage portion of the facial originated from Budapest and it was the first time I had this type of massage on my face. I give Asia and the facial five stars! The spa facility is very nice and spacious, and offers many amenities, however I was not able to spend much time there because I had another event to go to. It was unclear that I could spend the whole there if i chose when i booked the appointment. I called and left a message for the facility the day before to see if I could move up my appointment but was disappointed that no one returned my call. They said a manager would get back to me but never did. So unfortunately for that reason, I will need to lower the ratings to four stars. read more

I was very impressed by this spa! The only thing I would have changed is that I wish people didn't leave their stuff on the chairs in the water room in a way that didn't allow you to sit anywhere when people who put their stuff down were off doing other things. I love how aesthetic the whole place was, it was quite lovely. I liked all the pools at varying temperatures and found that area very relaxing. We participated in the sauna ritual which was quite enjoyable if you can take the heat and was an experience I had never had before. Highly recommend. Check in went okay. Waited for someone to give us a tour and show us our lockers. My mom walks a little slower because of a recent surgery and the girl seemed annoyed about it. The tour was okay but after hearing other tours throughout the day they gave way more info about the facility. I checked my mom in and had to run back down to the genting desk which I almost wasn't able because the girl at the front was shouting at me as I was trying to leave and told me there are no in and out privileges and asked if I was told if I could leave. This is ridiculous to me. All of my stuff was there. I hadn't received my service yet... the whole interaction did not sit well with me. What if I forgot something in my hotel room? Needed to run to my car? Left my car keys next to a slot machine? I need permission to leave for a moment...??? Payment is collected in the beginning so it's not like I could run out on a check. When it was time for our services we sat in the waiting area five minutes prior. I'm gonna go ahead and say we sat there for more than five minutes. Then you get walked back and they sit and talk to you about scents, the typical focus area questions, and then the up sales which I asked to skip. By time all of this is done and the massage started it was 10-15 min past the start time. The masseuse was nice but the massage itself was mediocre. Which in a high end spa like awana I should not be feeling like that. Also feel like mentioning focus points doesn't make a difference. At the end you lay there while they wash their hands, move your robe and sandals, flatten the table, and idk what else was getting fiddled with. I laid there for that, got my robe back on. Walked back out of the massage area into the main spa, waited a minute or two for my mom. Went to the bathroom and went back to my locker and when I saw the time it was when my massage should have just been ending! I paid for 90 minute massages but we probably only got about 70 minutes worth of a massage. The late start and talking beforehand and cleaning up after should not be taken out of my massage time. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this. The facility itself is gorgeous. No complaints there. The steam room was great. Sauna was a little weird. The first 15 minutes I was in there there was no sound and then out of nowhere. The lights shut off and then came back on and there was music playing. Almost like a glitch. But it's a really nice sauna either way. They have nice lounge places, although it did get very crowded and there wasn't really anywhere to sit. It is coed, which is nice if you ever came with a significant other. The snack station was pretty elite. They had all different kinds of sandwiches scones muffins crostinis etc. And they did a great job keeping it restocked. I unfortunately didn't get to have any due to my dietary restrictions but they looked delicious. I will say I am a little disappointed because the only thing they could offer me was fruit, which was there when I did the tour, but when I went to get some after I was checked in, they were out and never refilled it. Same with a small hummus cup. I got one and then went in for my massage and every time I check back afterwards, they never refilled it. There's also a menu that list items that they don't have out there. Like different flavored chips that I could've had but the only chips they served were ranch and due to the dairy, I could not have them. The salt room was a little lackluster. Beautiful room, but nobody stayed in there. Amenities are decent. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Combs and brushes in case you forget yours. Hairspray, hair gel and mousse. Makeup removers and a few basic necessities. The drink stations could be a little better. This is the only spa that seems to not have a hot tea station. And there's only one infused water area, which I think they refill the water, but not the fruit because it did not taste infused whatsoever. I would possibly come back to use the facilities. I would not come back and spend this kind of money on a mediocre and shorted massage from here though. Did not have that ahh relaxed feeling afterwards that I expected from Awana Spa which is why I came here. This was a late Mother's Day celebration. Wish it was a little better. Resorts world is my most frequently visited hotel on the strip and I was hoping to love the spa and come back, but I think we will try some other spots instead. This week I spent the entire day at Awana for my birthday, it was one of the best days of my life! The spa is absolutely stunning! The staff is super hospitable & incredibly professional! They were super helpful when I was booking my reservation & just took so much time to talk to me and answer all of my questions & I'm super appreciative of that since this was my first real spa experience. As of May 2026, they have 20% off for locals & free parking! If you book a 60 minute service, you can spend the entire day at the spa. You are not allowed to be on your phone in the spa, which was absolutely amazing to just disconnect from technology! You get a special bracelet that you can lock & unlock your locker with so your stuff is secure. They provide the most comfortable robes ever & sandals. In the women's locker room they have: private changing rooms, dental kit, brushes, combs, makeup wipes, mouthwash, body lotion, hair styling products from Moroccan Argan oil, hair straightener, blow dryer, etc. bathing suit dryer, long walk-in showers with eucalyptus spray, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in this amazing scent called Mojave Ghost also used for the lotion & hand soap. Also in the woman's area: large jacuzzi, wet sauna that smells like eucalyptus (be careful getting in, very hard to see) tea, a touch-less machine that gives you an option for hot, cold, sparkling, or ambient water, select fruits mini apples & oranges, tons of space, vanity areas, step in rain showers where you have two settings: Arctic & tropical aka freezing cold water with blue light or hot water with red light rain down on you, also available in the co-ed area. In the co-ed space: Fountain of Youth, very comfortable seats, heated lounge chairs, four different Jacuzzis one that's basically like an ice plunge, a little less cold, lukewarm, & then hot. The hot & less cold you have these two seats with spouts over head that you press a button & water will start shooting out, helps to massage your neck & back. Salt room, slightly warm, not a sauna. The dry sauna, super freaking hot & has really cool lights & music. It will switch from like black light to colors, It's massive with plenty of space. They also offer ice cold towels outside of the saunas. In the waiting area for where you get picked up for your appointment, that is also where the complementary snacks are, they have tons of options throughout the day, & are constantly refilling, including mini pastries, mini cups of tiramisu overnight oats, yogurt with granola & strawberries, hummus with veggies, chips, fruit skewers, asian snack mix, mini sandwiches during lunch time, & more! Foot spa room: comfy recliner chairs, menu to order food & drinks (not complementary), darker lighting, TVs, only complaint is that it is a bit cold in there. For my service, I did the 60 minute Himalayan salt scrub massage with Mia. I told her it was my first time ever getting a real professional massage, she really walked me through the process, really informative, explained everything to me as a newbie. The massage table is like a floating cloud. When you are getting ready for your massage, you place everything on a heated towel rack, pick an essential oils blend for the vibe of my experience. Light scrub with discs of heated Himalayan salt. She did an amazing job releasing tension from my body. I highly recommend Mia!! I've left that session feeling so light & happy!! I was completely relaxed! It is definitely an experience that I would recommend. The morning at the spa wasn't super busy. It did start to get busy around 12:30/1 o'clock & this was on a Wednesday (but also it was right before EDC & during some events that we're going on in town) but the spa is so big that even when it was starting to get busier, you had plenty of space & nothing was overcrowded because there's just so many options. They do have different pricing depending on when you go, earlier in the week is cheaper than going later in the week/weekends. I also really love that as of May 2026 locals have free parking at Resorts World, which was also another incentive to going to AWANA. I really appreciate that in 2026 where it feels like the hotels have kind of stopped caring about locals that Resorts World has stepped in & gave locals a reason to come to the strip. I have to update my review for Resorts World Las Vegas because after going back again today, we had another really great experience. I had one of the BEST facials I've had in a long time. It was incredibly relaxing, and although I forgot the esthetician's name, she did such an amazing job and made the entire experience feel calming and luxurious. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. The funniest part is they officially "broke" my husband into the spa life This was his very first real spa experience, and he ended up getting an amazing massage. Apparently he was carrying way more tension and stress than he realized because afterward he looked like a completely different person. After our first frustrating experience, I really appreciate that things turned around for us. This spa in Las Vegas is absolutely incredible. I didn't even get a treatment -- I just spent the day enjoying the facilities, and it was honestly one of the best spa experiences I've had. They have a cold plunge, a medium-temperature pool, a hot tub, a salt room, a steam room, and a sauna. Everything is impeccably clean and so well-maintained. One thing to note: you're only allowed to order two glasses of champagne max, which feels a little silly if you're planning to relax there all day. Other than that, everything was perfect. What a beautiful gorgeous spa! My husband treated us to a spa day for our belated Valentine's staycation. I really enjoyed Awana Spa because their co-ed space was large (that's where the famous "Fountain of Youth" area is at). We arrived two hours prior to our appointments so we can enjoy the space they have to offer. This is located on the second level if you're taking the guest hotel elevators. It's right next to the gym as well. The women's locker area was clean, smelled good and well stocked with towels, water and amenities like feminine products, hair spray/mousse and other hair tools. They use Mojave Ghost shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion here. If you're not too keen on heading over to the co-ed area, there's a good sized hot tub in the women's area for you. There's also a few steam rooms, hot/cold rain shower stalls and seating area for you to enjoy while you wait for your appointment. The snacks are in the co-ed area though. When I was there this past weekend, they had chocolate scones as well as small cups of mixed nuts and a delicious savory flavored pretzel bites. But like all scones, it was a bit dry...def need to choke it down with some water to follow lol. So I got a standard 60 min massage while my husband got a facial. We both enjoyed our services. Such a blissful one hour or pure silence and relaxation. My masseuse listened and focused on the areas I told her I need more TLC on. Prices are def not cheap but the rates ARE cheaper on the weekday versus weekend. As of this review, you get a 20% discount if you're a hotel guest. Locals get a discount too but it's only valid on the weekday (Mon-Thurs) and unfortunately the discount is not as good as the 20% hotel guests gets. Overall I had a good spa experience at Awana Spa located within Resort World. It is modern, clean, and spacious with great amenities including a dry and steam sauna, several jacuzzis, a laconium (crystal) room, lounge area to watch tv, great complementary snacks (pretzels, scones, nuts, and fruits) and a limited menu for purchase, water and sparkling water stations, and high quality products in the shower and locker rooms. I appreciate it wasn't overly crowded to maintain the spa vibe. I was happy about the customer service from our initial greeting at check in to all the staff helping out when you needed something in the spa. They provide a brief tour before you start your spa experience which was helpful. We were checking out of our hotel and I appreciated they hold your luggage for you at the front desk. When I called the spa, someone usually picked up or the wait time was short which was nice. The treatment room was really great. The massage bed was heavenly and some little touches made a big difference such as the warming towels and your choice of an aroma scent. My massage therapist was strong and provided great pressure but she was moving so fast it was hard to relax during my treatment. The reason I cannot give it 5 stars is they have a "20% service charge" that's mandatory for all services. I wasn't aware of that when I booked and they pointed out it's a small asterisk at the end of the menu. It is NOT the gratuity for your service so you are expected to pay another 20% on top of that. They claim is an extra fee for all the staff but it seems shady not to be clear about it when booking. So be prepared to spend another $45-90 depending on what service you get. read more

Well it looks so pretty but not what I would expect from a high priced place. There was a lot of staff in and out but when needed one I could not find one. They had a nice display of snacks to eat but I watched people pick up sandwiched to look at them and then set it back down, disgusting in my opinion. They like should have vegan options other than the regular options of fruit. Also the spas they claimed to be hot were more like very warm. The salt room was disappointing as it seemed to not be working correctly as I've been to other Salt Rooms , only salt steaming out was right next to pipe in the wall. Sat in there for 45 minutes and felt nothing, not even salt on skin. Now for the massage we paid for 90 minutes and 15 was them asking questions. So our appointment was 145, they came at 1:55 to get up , we were done and back to spa area at 3:15, this was not a 90 minute massage and my therapist has plastic gloves on and it felt like she was ripping parts of my skin off, a few times I had asked her not to rub so hard as I don't want to be sore, and then she was rubbing the part I needed the most done too lite , it was a no win situation. In search of a bit of relaxation during my trip to Las Vegas, I decided to book a facial at the Awana Spa in Resorts World. On the day of my appointment, I arrived early to take advantage of the various amenities. I was told that because I had scheduled an appointment, I would have access to the Fountain of Youth and amenities for the day, however, I could not come and go from the spa. In the women's locker room, they have a hot tub and steam room, showers with eucalyptus spray, hair brushes, compostable toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, a swimsuit dryer, etc. The Fountain of Youth area, which is coed, features 4 pools of various temperatures - A cold plunge pool, a tepid pool, a warm pool, and a hot pool. Surrounding this area are a sauna, laconium room, tepidarium chairs, a rain walk area, and a lounge room with multiple tvs where you can relax and watch a television show or sports game. In the lounge area, you can also order bento boxes for an additional price. Awana is more of a social spa than your traditional more quiet spa. While I did enjoy the amenities, I noticed a person taking pictures and talking on her phone in the laconium room which is inappropriate spa etiquette in my opinion, especially in a coed spa. In addition, people had placed their towels on the heated lounge chairs in order to reserve them while they were in the pools. There should really be a policy against this in order to give all clients the equal opportunity to enjoy the chairs. When it was time for my facial, I went to the waiting area. I was taken to my facial room. The room had a heated rack to hang my spa robe and swimsuit. I had a Diamond Glow facial, which I enjoyed. My skin was radiant for several days after my facial. When I finally left to spa to check out, there was a 20% service charge. This was separate from the gratuity I left for my facial therapist, another 20%. Not cool. Almost didn't make it to this place. I read a lot of the reviews online and compared with a couple different other spas and chose this one. Finding you was a little bit difficult, but asking the few knowledgeable staff members on hand inside resort world worked out. The staff here is incredible.They are accommodating friendly, knowledgeable and fully intend to make wednesday memorable and relaxing. Sergio, in particular, was very, very helpful and checked in on us consistently to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The spa contains a Colette area that has a cold dip. Pool 3 warm pools, a wet sauna, a dry sauna, waterfall showers. And relaxing heat chairs. Inside the gender specific areas are also a whirlpool and steamrooms, including showers and locker areas. The massages here were wonderful as Each technician. Check caring consideration in their work. Just foot massage as with some of the others.I've had didn't even wanting to do it again.However it may just be me. Overall, the time that we spent here was the best that we had during our timing in las vegas.This trip around. Amazing spa! We had an incredible spa day at Awana to celebrate my husband's birthday. We each got a 60 min massage service then spent hours after enjoying all of the amenities. I chose the Himalayan stone massage which I wouldn't do again. It was rough stones used to exfoliate the skin but I would have preferred more actual massage work. That being said my masseuse was very friendly, explained everything and was able to cater to my needs. Checking in was slow and they didn't have the time to give us a tour before our massages so I asked for one after and I'm glad I did because it is necessary for someone to explain all of the rooms, pools and showers. My favorite was the salt room. I'm not sure what voodoo magic comes from the giant stone but I've never felt so relaxed in my life. Everyone in that room would pass out. I tried out the cold plunge pool for 2 seconds. How anyone does that is beyond me but I'm glad I got to experience it. They even have a saunater, who is a woman that does a ceremony in the sauna, not sure the meaning of that but it looks cool. The spa is a phone free area except for the tv room which is a room full of recliners and multiple tvs. You can order lite bites in here and get a foot massage service. I'm a guest of the hotel casino & I called the spa, around 3:45pm on a Saturday asking them can I walk in to do the 3 hour $180 spa, they said you have to book a slot in advance and they are booked up and the only way is to order a $280 massage at 5:30pm and enjoy the spa amenities till my massage time, but after they close at 7pm. Which sucks! I've been to a lot of spas before. This was by far the most expensive one I've ever been to. I paid $282 for my massage with tip. It was ok . For the price I paid. I expected a lot of things that go with Service. For example, there were no towels anywhere to be found throughout the whole time I was there. I had to ask an attendant, which was really hard to find. Once I found out where she was getting them from I just went and got them myself, but other people were asking me where to get them. I hardly saw any attendants walking around. When I went into the bathroom, there was no toilet paper in the stall I went into When I went in to take my shower, I got in and turned on the water and got wet and the shampoo was out. So I checked several other showers and they were missing products too. It's because there's not very many attendants walking around checking these things. For the amount of money you pay for the services here, they should have enough hired help around. Oh, and also, I had to tell somebody that they were out of the water. I would never come back here again for this price. I've been to Burke Williams many times and the service is way better there. They didn't even ask me when I checked out how everything was like Burke Williams always does. I was hoping they would so I could tell them what my review was going to be. The masseuses are so welcoming, and really tailor the massage to your comfort level. I'm not a frequent spa go-er, but this was a treat. Awana Spa is top notch. They have a very clean and relaxing space; there are separate men's and women's locker rooms with steam room and whirlpool. The rest are co-ed: salt room, sauna, 4 different pools of differing temps, some heated loungers, a foot treatment room with extra seating for relaxing or snacking (w/ TVs). The staff is meticulous with their care of the spa and they're all helpful. They didn't get four stars because they didn't control guests leaving their towels and robes on the heated loungers. Some people left their towels and robes on them for two hours and there are a limited amount of loungers for 20+ people to 'share.' I know we are all adults and know the concept of sharing and being respectful, but I don't spend my money at a spa to not relax and stalk loungers or to teach strangers manners. Also, I tried to use a couple of the hair dryers in the locker room and couldn't get them to work. I'm not sure if the power to the outlets shorted out or the dryers were broken, I tried to reset them, but no luck. If you like a relaxing steam room experience, there is an aufguss meister that holds a few aromatherapy sessions each day. The session itself is 15mins long and you're welcome to attend two sessions back to back if you want. Gripes aside, I would return to Awana. this trip was just for the Fountain of Youth pass, but I imagine their treatments are pretty great. read more

Ahhhhh-wana Spa-aaaaahhh...! Since we were staying at Resorts World for the first time, I decided to have a treat yo' self spa day at Awana Spa. Rather than book online or over the phone, we walked right in while exploring the resort. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I booked a 60-minute World of Wellness Massage which is $25 cheaper when booked on a Tues-Wed versus a Thurs-Mon. We also received a 5% discount on my massage since we were staying at the resort. Shoutout to Jin Y. for that helpful tip! I arrived 2 hours early to begin enjoying the amenities. Upon check-in, an attendant gave me a tour of the facilities which I was very grateful for because this spa is a bit of a maze. I was given a locker, a super soft plushy robe, and slippers to use for the day. Then I proceeded to explore the co-ed areas on my own. Foot Spa Lounge Filled with loungers and TVs, this is where I found a menu for bento boxes. I ordered a Vegetarian Bento Box thinking it would be a light snack but it was actually more filling than expected. I ordered it with one modification (no caviar) without realizing that I might need more mods to make it entirely plant-based. So when it arrived and discovered the creamy dressing for the salad, and butter on the avocado toast, the staff was super awesome and supportive in making those adjustments. Though it's quite pricey ($30), I do appreciate the quality and variety of ingredients. In addition to the standard carrots and celery, it also came with endive, watermelon radish, cucumber, and bell pepper to dip into creamy hummus. Complimentary Snacks Available to grab were pretzels, dried papaya, dried pineapple, banana chips, and mixed nuts. There is also still and sparkling water on tap, as well as fruit-infused water. Complimentary tea is available but you have to request it and staff will bring it to you in a tiny 4oz cup. Fountain of Youth A gorgeous setting! Four pools ranging in cool to hot temperatures, heated loungers, and a panoramic image of nature scapes. From this room, you can access the Laconium room which uses activated salt and has a beautifully large quartz in the center. You can also access the Event Sauna which has trippy lights and zen-like music. World of Wellness Massage Perfect! My masseuse did all the right things to make this a relaxing experience. This included essential oils, heated massage table, and the right amount of pressure while finding all the good spots that needed to be worked on. I fell asleep a few times :) Womens Locker Room I really like that the steam room smells like lavender! I also like that there are private changing rooms and a bathing suit spinner. They even provide a plastic bag for your wet suit. The shower has standard amenities and it was unique that they also provide eucalyptus shower mist. There were a good amount of vanity mirror stations with hair brushes, combs, hair dryers, q-tips, cotton balls, and makeup remover. I like this place! I spent a total of 5 hours here leaving very relaxed and refreshed. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Awana Spa. read more

I wasn't going to write a review as I went months ago but now I am and I wish I could give zero stars!!! Horrible experience from the beginning and overly expensive for the service received. The food provided was atrocious and quite frankly I should've walked out then and there. On top of this, I was charged this week when I went MONTHS ago. They took all the money out of my account!! I went with a friend and asked her about it and the same thing happened to her!! Being charged months after service must mean my card has been kept on file when I never consented to that. Now I am having to go through my bank and receive a new card on top of having NO money. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. read more

I wanted to share my booking experience with Awana Spa. It is very difficult to reach the front desk of Awana Spa. I have left multiple voicemails at the end of the calls which supposedly goes to the mailbox of the supervisor or I also opted for call backs but never received a call back. I have called 7 days straight at all different times and could not reach any person at Awana Spa. I just wanted to ask simple questions about my spa appointment. This is definitely my second favorite spa next to Aria spa. Aria is still the best because of the coed outdoor pool and salon services. Nonetheless this spa is huge with a big coed area including several pools and dry sauna. Only downside is no salon which is a bit weird for a luxury spa at a 5 star resort. Hubby and I booked massage and facial services. The experiences were nothing but great! My facial therapist was so professional. I liked it that she didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. She just picked a similar priced facial to suit my needs at the moment. Also an eye treatment add on which I desperately needed from alcohol dehydration and vegas dry climate. I loved my facial and my therapist gave me a hydrating serum to bring home. I'v never heard of that skincare brand from LA, I will have to check it out if that serum works well for me. The coed pool area was so great that hubby and I hung out for a while. Dry sauna had a fantastic show which many ppl enjoyed. I can't do dry sauna cause I can't sweat. I really like steam room because it's very good for skin. They had a coed tv room to relax and watch sports as well. Overall it was a very good spa experience for hubby and I. I was a little bummed that when we called the spa the day of that they didn't have two times available for massages. We opted to do the fountain of youth which is 3 hours of enjoying the spas amenities. It was $144 after service fees. We really tried everything there! All 4 of the pools - cold plunge, tepid, warm & hot. I loved the background changing and it feels so serene. We also enjoyed the salt room - it feels so nice on your lungs and it's so warm/cozy in there. The sauna was hot but not too hot and it was nice to have cool towels right outside of it. Suggestions to the spa: put lotion out for the men in the vanity area because the women's has it & put a TV where the women's jacuzzi is because the men's has that. I think the fountain of youth package is MORE than worth it. Any time I stay in Resorts World - I will absolutely be coming here! read more

Overall a wonderful experience. My masseuse Jaimie Lynne was really wonderful and was a great listener and very accommodating. I love the circular flow of the spa. It took a bit of time to learn where each hallway lead but I kind of liked that because it felt like an exploring adventure. The experience was ethereal with beautiful decor and different temperature rain showers. I really enjoyed the sauna and steam room. I wish there was a cold room and more attendants. The snacks provided could be a little better and I wish there was a tea and refreshment bar. The bathrooms were a little dirty and could have been better attended. I did really enjoy my day there and it was a much needed day of relaxation and rest. read more

Everything was clean and serene except there was a large crowd at the pools so they were loud. One couple was making out, gross. I guess $120 for the day pass is okay. We've stayed at Resort World Hilton, twice already. So the first time we saw the outside of the spa / fitness center, we already knew it was so nice. My boyfriend actually got a free package for massages and the fountain of youth from one of his co-workers, so I was so excited to experience everything! Unfortunately he didn't book the massages on time so everything was booked up all weekend. But we were able to experience the fountain of youth, and let me tell you it did not disappoint! First, we had separate tours of the entire spa, and the staff were so friendly. I loved all the details they shared. We each got our own lockers with slippers and robes (men and women each have their own locations / side). I loved how there was a jacuzzi for each of the sides, steam room, showers. place to get ready with curlers, hair straighteners, blow dryers, combs, station for shaving kit, drying your bathing suits, extra towels, snacks, water. There's 4 different pools with different temperatures. The warmest one was basically the temp of a jacuzzi which I was in and really liked most of all! Some of the chairs are body temp / warm which was nice! The sauna was on the hotter side but it was so spacious. My favorite was the salt room! When I was in there I felt so relaxed. My boyfriend and I made a few friends and everyone who was there just was so friendly and nice! We were sharing a lot of laughs! I would definitely return! I think everything was a 10/10 experience! Came here for a couples massage for my birthday. No photos taken as there are signs that ask you not to. Changing rooms have steam shower and hot tub just for the same sex (male and female). Then there is a co-ed facility that has multiple tubs with different temperatures, salt room, steam room and showers. There is also a TV room. Upon arriving you get a tour of the entire spa, however, the lady who gave me a tour spoke so softly I didn't hear much. Snacks are available but the container to get them is very small. We were told someone would walk around and ask if we wanted food or drinks but the entire 4-5 hours we were there, no one approached us and no one was walking around. We were also told we could add on a service but again, no one asked which was a disappointment because I wanted a facial. The massage was great, however, any "add on" takes away from the designated time and it's truly added to the time. read more

Beautiful spa. Wonderful massage by Natalie. The Fountain of Youth pools, salt room and dry sauna were lovely. The vegetarian bento box and juice flight in the foot massage lounge were delicious. There was a group of six Eastern European men being very loud and one was taking video, and it was appreciated that the staff was quick to warn them about using their phones in the jacuzzi area and also ask them to stop talking during the towel dance performed by the practitioner in the dry sauna. It's a shame some people have no manners. Although the spa was busy, they managed not to overbook, so it wasn't crowded. The staff did a great job. read more

Brandon- men's locker room attendant that showed me around was great! We came here to spend sometime on out anniversary. The good: water, snacks and the sauna was amazing. 11:30 zen/yoga/light-show event in the sauna was nice. The body massage was very good. The foot massage wasn't. It felt like they were making it up as they went. Both people were very friendly. Issues were that the showers - I tried two different ones and both had empty body soap bottles. I ended up using shampoo. The sink locations also lacked mouthwash in the mouthwash bottles at all but one sink and even that one was pretty empty. Come on. Some stations had razors and cotton swabs and others didn't. It didn't feel luxurious and I didn't feel important because these mistakes are avoidable. Marking a container to recycle the robe and slippers would make it clearer as to where you wanted them. Lastly, An employee must have entered my locker without my knowledge. I had two hangers in my locker, one for the robe and one for my dress shirt. When I left, only one hanger remained. Creepy. read more

Awana Spa is located in Resorts World toward the northern side of The Strip. The self-parking situation there is not as convenient as other hotels and casinos in the area, since the garage is in a completely separate building. You have to walk across a street that is uncovered with incoming traffic to get from your car to the hotel casino. There is free local parking, but it's only for 3 hours with no discount available at all if you stay longer than that. Not really a good option for local spa goers. In order to access the spa, you need to go upstairs to the 2nd level where the conference rooms are. There was a big conference going on when I went, so it was pretty crowded. Signage could be improved, as the path to the spa is tucked away in a random corridor. This is the only Vegas spa I've encountered so far that has a 3-hour limit for a day pass. To top that off, there is no local discount, no parking validation, and from what I gathered, no discount for hotel guests. This is all okay, if the spa is something special and well worth it. But honestly, it isn't. The winding, lit hallway entrance is beautiful and definitely inviting. I checked in at the main desk right at opening and didn't wait long for a tour guide. The tour guide for the spa was really thorough and helpful. She didn't mention there being a no-phone policy like guides at other spas, so it's unclear to me whether there is one. The women's area has a hot tub and vaporized steam room, and there are plenty of lockers, sinks, showers, etc. with useful spa items like toiletries and mouthwash. Actually, I had accidentally left my toothbrush in the car, so one of my favorite items they provided was the compostable toothbrush in eco-friendly packaging. From the women's area, you can take a beautiful, short hallway to the bigger co-ed area. The connecting hallway takes you directly to the Fountain of Youth which features a "picturesque" area with a huge LED projection of cinematic scenic landscapes and four pools of different temperatures (a cold plunge pool, a tepid pool, a warm pool, and a hot pool). It is on the brighter side and has a variety of comfortable seating options, including warming reclined loungers. The Crystal laconium salt room and the theatric sauna branch off from The Fountain of Youth, as well as the experiential Rain Walk shower. The experiential shower was mediocre, but the theatric sauna was quite nice if you enjoy intense but calming music in a dark room with thoughtful lighting. Between the Rain Walk, sauna, and Crystal Room, I preferred the later of all three of those. If you wander out of The Fountain of Youth area, you'll find a waiting area where your service provider meets you if you booked a service. There are snacks right in the area too. The snack options were pretty average. There were four options available--hot mustard pretzels, mixed nuts, brittle, and banana chips. They only seemed to offer water and no tea options. I've definitely seen better snack and drink options at other spas that aren't as costly. From the waiting area, you can find a room with TVs and comfortable recliners. I'll be honest with you. This was kind of lame. When I go to a spa, I want to disconnect from tech, not be bombarded with a ton of screens on different channels blaring at me from both ends. I wish they had thought of something more calming and meditative to utilize this space (e.g., a star-gazing dark room and a low-lit water drop projection room are some examples I've found at other spas). The wall of TV's on both ends of the room were just not doing it for me. The showers were nice, but there needs to be somewhere to set items. I bring my own washes, so having a table or other setting space would make the setup easier to use. All-in-all, the things I loved about Awana Spa were the aesthetic design, the thorough tour guide, the eco-friendly dental kits, The Fountain of Youth pools of varying temperatures with scenic LED projection and warming loungers, the theatrical sauna, and the Crystal room. However, the cons unfortunately outweigh the pros. With the 3-hour pass limit, poor parking options (only up to 3 free hours for locals but full price, almost $20, otherwise + disconnected parking building with uncovered walkway), mediocre complimentary snack and beverage options compared to other spas, and no quiet, calming, and relaxing area outside the spa circuit (instead, a room full of TV's--basically the antithesis of calming and meditative), I just can't justify coming here again unless they lower the price and make it at least comparable to other top spas in the area. Or make significant improvements to the spa offerings. The best spas I've been to were less expensive than Awana Spa with no time limit, better parking, better snacks and beverages, and a complete range of offerings that are calming and meditative. It just doesn't make sense to come here when you can pay less for a better spa experience elsewhere. read more

First day spa experience and I don't think it could be topped. My fiancé got use the fountain of youth pass for a Tuesday as a surprise on our trip. The moment we arrived it was straight luxury. You get a Personal tour of the facility and are given the world most comfortable robe and some slippers. The coed spa was amazing from all the pools to the salt room and sauna. The heated loungers were amazing and did lay there for a good 20 minutes about to fall asleep. The steam room in the women sections was great and loved they had an option shower inside the steam room to help cool down. They have so many amenities you can use while you're there. Shaving stuff, showering, hair products for after. I didn't want to leave. They have sparkling water dispensers and snacks. They had sriracha pretzel bites which tasted so good. I only wish the juice you could order was $10 a glass but it is Vegas. I wish I could find something like this back home read more

OBSESSED. Treated myself to a birthday spa day after a weekend of partying and it was the best decision I made that trip!! The spa is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The architecture, indirect lighting, and neutral colors is so pretty and calming. Just being in the space made me happy!! The massage treatment was great and they have all the typical spa amenities like cold to hot pools, sauna, steam, and salt room. I also got a foot massage in the foot spa area that doubles as a lounge and place to order food. I thought it was a bit weird that the foot massage room was the same place as people need to go to eat as I wouldn't want to be eating and looking at peoples feet being rubbed even if they're separated off a bit but that's just me... I ordered a bento and it was huge and so pretty! Also got a green juice. They also have cold still and sparkling water, infused water, and snacks throughout the space.
