I was very impressed by this spa! The only thing I would have changed is that I wish people didn't leave their stuff on the chairs in the water room in a way that didn't allow you to sit anywhere when people who put their stuff down were off doing other things. I love how aesthetic the whole place was, it was quite lovely. I liked all the pools at varying temperatures and found that area very relaxing. We participated in the sauna ritual which was quite enjoyable if you can take the heat and was an experience I had never had before. Highly recommend. My massage was lovely as well and I enjoyed all the little snacks and iced tea they had out. I know there are so many options in Vegas, but I would definitely return again.

    Spa bear excitement. Dude seriously.

I have to update my review for Resorts World Las Vegas because after going back again today, we had another really great experience. I had one of the BEST facials I've had in a long time. It was incredibly relaxing, and although I forgot the esthetician's name, she did such an amazing job and made the entire experience feel calming and luxurious. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. The funniest part is they officially "broke" my husband into the spa life This was his very first real spa experience, and he ended up getting an amazing massage. Apparently he was carrying way more tension and stress than he realized because afterward he looked like a completely different person. After our first frustrating experience, I really appreciate that things turned around for us. Between the massages, facial, and overall atmosphere, it ended up being a really relaxing weekend experience.

Best massage I've had in my life! I've been to a couple of other day spas, most (even in Cali) cost around $200, so for the marginal increase this spa is well worth it for a splurge. And even better if you can spend more time in the facilities enjoying the amenities.

This spa in Las Vegas is absolutely incredible. I didn't even get a treatment -- I just spent the day enjoying the facilities, and it was honestly one of the best spa experiences I've had. They have a cold plunge, a medium-temperature pool, a hot tub, a salt room, a steam room, and a sauna. Everything is impeccably clean and so well-maintained. One thing to note: you're only allowed to order two glasses of champagne max, which feels a little silly if you're planning to relax there all day. Other than that, everything was perfect. There's even a movie-theater-style lounge where you can order food and hang out in your robe for hours. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable experience, and I'll definitely be back.

Well it looks so pretty but not what I would expect from a high priced place. There was a lot of staff in and out but when needed one I could not find one. They had a nice display of snacks to eat but I watched people pick up sandwiched to look at them and then set it back down, disgusting in my opinion. They like should have vegan options other than the regular options of fruit. Also the spas they claimed to be hot were more like very warm. The salt room was disappointing as it seemed to not be working correctly as I've been to other Salt Rooms , only salt steaming out was right next to pipe in the wall. Sat in there for 45 minutes and felt nothing, not even salt on skin. Now for the massage we paid for 90 minutes and 15 was them asking questions. So our appointment was 145, they came at 1:55 to get up , we were done and back to spa area at 3:15, this was not a 90 minute massage and my therapist has plastic gloves on and it felt like she was ripping parts of my skin off, a few times I had asked her not to rub so hard as I don't want to be sore, and then she was rubbing the part I needed the most done too lite , it was a no win situation. It just all felt weird and the establishment fell below my expectations for what the charge. I've been to most of the Strips Spas and this one was below standard

Overall I had a good spa experience at Awana Spa located within Resort World. It is modern, clean, and spacious with great amenities including a dry and steam sauna, several jacuzzis, a laconium (crystal) room, lounge area to watch tv, great complementary snacks (pretzels, scones, nuts, and fruits) and a limited menu for purchase, water and sparkling water stations, and high quality products in the shower and locker rooms. I appreciate it wasn't overly crowded to maintain the spa vibe. I was happy about the customer service from our initial greeting at check in to all the staff helping out when you needed something in the spa. They provide a brief tour before you start your spa experience which was helpful. We were checking out of our hotel and I appreciated they hold your luggage for you at the front desk. When I called the spa, someone usually picked up or the wait time was short which was nice. The treatment room was really great. The massage bed was heavenly and some little touches made a big difference such as the warming towels and your choice of an aroma scent. My massage therapist was strong and provided great pressure but she was moving so fast it was hard to relax during my treatment. The reason I cannot give it 5 stars is they have a "20% service charge" that's mandatory for all services. I wasn't aware of that when I booked and they pointed out it's a small asterisk at the end of the menu. It is NOT the gratuity for your service so you are expected to pay another 20% on top of that. They claim is an extra fee for all the staff but it seems shady not to be clear about it when booking. So be prepared to spend another $45-90 depending on what service you get.

In search of a bit of relaxation during my trip to Las Vegas, I decided to book a facial at the Awana Spa in Resorts World. On the day of my appointment, I arrived early to take advantage of the various amenities. I was told that because I had scheduled an appointment, I would have access to the Fountain of Youth and amenities for the day, however, I could not come and go from the spa. In the women's locker room, they have a hot tub and steam room, showers with eucalyptus spray, hair brushes, compostable toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, a swimsuit dryer, etc. The Fountain of Youth area, which is coed, features 4 pools of various temperatures - A cold plunge pool, a tepid pool, a warm pool, and a hot pool. Surrounding this area are a sauna, laconium room, tepidarium chairs, a rain walk area, and a lounge room with multiple tvs where you can relax and watch a television show or sports game. In the lounge area, you can also order bento boxes for an additional price. Awana is more of a social spa than your traditional more quiet spa. While I did enjoy the amenities, I noticed a person taking pictures and talking on her phone in the laconium room which is inappropriate spa etiquette in my opinion, especially in a coed spa. In addition, people had placed their towels on the heated lounge chairs in order to reserve them while they were in the pools. There should really be a policy against this in order to give all clients the equal opportunity to enjoy the chairs. When it was time for my facial, I went to the waiting area. I was taken to my facial room. The room had a heated rack to hang my spa robe and swimsuit. I had a Diamond Glow facial, which I enjoyed. My skin was radiant for several days after my facial. When I finally left to spa to check out, there was a 20% service charge. This was separate from the gratuity I left for my facial therapist, another 20%. Not cool. Overall, my experience was above average, but it did not meet all my marks because of the additional service charge and poor spa etiquette from some visitors. Would I visit Awana again? Maybe...

Omg omgggggg!!!! This place is amazing! Top tier service! Everyone was nice and accommodating. No camera inside due to nakedness option. There's a mens and womens side. Reservations required. Specials offered. If you stay in the hotel, you can book from your room. They have massages ands facials and couples can get messages. They have week day offerings. I had the wellness massage. Awesome!!! If you need to unwind from a busy life, this is the one!! 60 minutes of ahhhhhh! They offer massages way longer if you are into more than 60 minutes. Amenities: vitality pool, steam room and showers there were other offerings but we couldn't stay. They offer items for purchase. Overall this was impressive and I will be back to enjoy allllll of the other amenities.

Almost didn't make it to this place. I read a lot of the reviews online and compared with a couple different other spas and chose this one. Finding you was a little bit difficult, but asking the few knowledgeable staff members on hand inside resort world worked out. The staff here is incredible. They are accommodating friendly, knowledgeable and fully intend to make wednesday memorable and relaxing. Sergio, in particular, was very, very helpful and checked in on us consistently to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The spa contains a Colette area that has a cold dip. Pool 3 warm pools, a wet sauna, a dry sauna, waterfall showers. And relaxing heat chairs. Inside the gender specific areas are also a whirlpool and steamrooms, including showers and locker areas. The massages here were wonderful as Each technician. Check caring consideration in their work. Just foot massage as with some of the others.I've had didn't even wanting to do it again. However it may just be me. Overall, the time that we spent here was the best that we had during our timing in las vegas. This trip around. I rate this five stars all the way around and would suggest this as the one spot on my last couple trips here that was really worth the price paid.

One of the best spa experience I've ever had. The ultimate place for relaxation and tranquility. They have a designated section for just about everything. The masseuses are so welcoming, and really tailor the massage to your comfort level. I'm not a frequent spa go-er, but this was a treat. I think everyone should experience this kind of luxury at least once.

Ask the Community - Awana Spa

So I have never done a spa day before but I want to plan for my bday and splurge for my group of 8. Can they service us all at once? Last but very important question...do ppl take of all make up for spa day?

Massages are in separate rooms unless you get the "couple side by side" which you would have to pay extra. I think same for facials.…

If we purchase Fountain of Youth (3hr pass), can we go at any time or are there certain 3 hour blocks?

It's highly encouraged to make a reservation. Then you have to show up within your 2-hour window, reserving your 3-hour block in advance.

If i call to book a couples massage do i need to pay right away on the phone or do i pay when i get to the spa at checkin?

They will hold a credit card for any service booked, but you do not pay until you have the service, and you can change methods of payment.

If you buy a treatment (i.e. a massage) is access to the rest of the spa (fountain of youth, etc.) complimentary? Or do you have to pay extra for spa access?

    It's complimentary with any service

Is alcohol served in the spa? Or can you bring alcohol in?

I don't think so. There's snacks and food you can buy. Lots of water. But I didn't see any alcohol. I'd call them to confirm though.

It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! Overall, I highly recommend LOAM for their prenatal massages!

It was hard to reach her at first as a new client but once I was able to make contact, we were in constant communication. Even before meeting her, she already sent me some skincare tips regarding facial yoga. Summer truly embodies her name; she is a bright soul who's passionate about her work. I remember my first session when she introduced herself and told me that from now on, I'm going to be like a daughter to her and she kept her word. She spent a lot of time explaining everything she does and the reasons behind her method, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin type and needs. She has a bubbly personality so it's always a fun time when I see her :) As a new client, you will have to make a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and she takes pictures/videos of your skin to use for comparison after each treatment. My first treatment with her was the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme. In truth, I was hesitant on booking the service because of the hefty price tag but she had a free upgrade promotion from the Poor Man Acne Extreme ($300) to the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme ($500) so I decided to go for it. I never had microdermabrasion or microneedling done before so I was nervous about the pain. However, the microdemabrasion didn't hurt at all while the microneedling pain was very tolerable. Note - you do have to pay extra for the needle which I think it was ~$75. Typically when you get a service done, after care is on you to handle. Well Summer goes above and beyond and provided me a post-treatment kit (beauty water, 2.5 pH water, some other samples) with a detailed step-by-step instruction (text & on paper). Yes, you do have to purchase some of the other after care items on your own but they're not expensive. She also provides recommendations and sent me pictures of the products she used that I enjoyed so I can look them up in my spare time. My second treatment was the Two Day Medium/Deep TCA Chemical Peel ($300) which occurred after my honeymoon. I peeled a lot like Summer said I would around my entire face for about 1-1.5 weeks. I noticed a huge difference after this peel. My skin was soft and less textured. All my skincare products applied beautifully on my face like it was a brand new canvas. You receive a complimentary facial if you share progress photos with Summer too! I got another chemical peel ~ a month later but felt like I didn't peel as much and the results weren't as drastic as the first peel. I also got a 25 mins red light LED therapy to help with the redness because my skin was sensitive and often turned red at every treatment. I got my free JLO Experience facial within a week after my 2nd chemical peel which was very nice. The Jessner peel she used helped reduced my inflammation tremendously. That was my last official treatment but Summer provided me her upkeep recommendations. All in all, my time with Summer spanned over 3 months and it was 100% worth it. She did recommend I see a dermatologist to treat my acne issue. If I did that concurrently while seeing Summer, I know my results would have been much more amazing but with my acne aside, I can't recommend Summer enough!

This not only felt unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about the authenticity of their reviews. After leaving a honest review, I was then contacted by a representative offering money in exchange for taking down my feedback. This approach struck me as unethical and manipulative. I believe that reviews should be a space for genuine, unbiased opinions, and I was taken aback by this attempt to influence my perspective. While I can't speak to the quality of the services provided (as my review was based on my experience), I think potential clients should be aware of the way this business handles feedback. I would advise others to be cautious when considering their services It seems likely that the overwhelmingly positive reviews are a result of paying for negative ones to disappear, rather than genuine customer satisfaction. This is misleading to potential clients and undermines the trust people place in online feedback. As can be seen in other replies, Summer then tries to take things out of context with screenshots.
