I've been coming here for over 10 years now and this is still my favorite massage place in Chinatown. You usually don't have to wait long if you walk in but they do take reservations as well. You don't get to pick who does your massage but I haven't had a bad one yet. Some of the people working here are better at a harder, more pressured massage. Just tell them upfront if you need someone with a lighter touch or a firmer touch. I opt for the one hour deep tissue combination massage. It's $50 and they do work on tips. While your feet are soaking they start off with a relaxing face, scalp, and shoulder massage. Then they do a foot and leg massage. They finish with a deep tissue back and shoulder massage with hot stones at the end. The rooms are semi private and sometimes you can hear people in the other rooms talking etc. but they have soothing music playing and it's nice and dark inside. It hurt so good! Rose was amazing! I melted and was also in pain but good pain. I have so many knots and she was working them perfectly. She understood English which was great because I communicated to her to be gentle on my wrist since I had surgery on it. They use a micro fiber towel and it feels way better and warmer than the thin bed sheets or rough towels other places use. She gave me a stamp card so the 10th one you get a discount. Had an amazing foot spa experience here. At first, I was worried as they laid us on a "bed" and put our feet in buckets with warm water. The position was not so comfortable for my lower back. After a short while they removed our feet from the warm water/buckets and placed them on a cushion that was the same level as the bed (whew). Then began the magic. Really enjoyed the massage - great pressure, had few moments of almost pain pressure, then it went away. Left feeling great. Only bummer at the end was when they asked for payment and what the tip would be. They sort of pressured us into a higher tip than I thought we should give and I don't like that they charge "extra" for credit card payments - but I guess that is how things are done nowadays. Listen, that vegas strip will have your feet DYING. Was feeling for some kind of foot reflexology situation and found this spot via yelp. It was about a 10 line uber drive from the strip in Chinatown nestled in the corner of a strip center. The area leaves a lot to be desired and the foot spa is small with a few rooms. I called before hand to make sure there was availability for 2 and was given the price of $40 for an hour foot massags. 10000% worth it. The service started with a hot water soak and and then my feet anf legs were workes. It was super relaxing and felt amazing. I was so sad when it was over. read more

So we normally come here for our feet massages whenever we visit Las Vegas, but for this visit we were very disappointed, when they settled us in our massage room, we waited 15 MINUTES before someone came in to massage our feet, then we normally get hour massage and got 55 MINUTES... When we to pay, 1 hour is listed at $45 ea, so $90 for my wife and I, when leaving our 20% tip, they were asking for 33% !!! So I don't think we'll be going back here again! I went to this massage place recently, and honestly, the overall experience was disappointing. The massage itself was pretty mid. Instead of leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed, my whole body ended up sore and in pain afterward. The therapist used a lot of arm and fist pressure during the session despite me telling her not too put too much pressure cause it hurts, which made it more painful than enjoyable for me. What made the experience even worse was the situation at the end. Even though I wasn't fully satisfied, I still wanted to leave a $15, tip as a gesture of appreciation. When I told the therapist the tip was $15, she immediately said "no" and seemed unhappy with the amount. I asked, shocked and annoyed, how much she expected, and she calculated the total and said the tip should be 20%, which came out to about $27 -- then insisted I round it up to $30. At that point, I just paid it and left because I didn't want to argue, but the whole interaction made me extremely uncomfortable. Tips are supposed to be voluntary and based on appreciation for good service, not something customers are pressured into paying. If you decide to go here, just be aware that they strongly expect a percentage-based tip and may pressure you into paying more than you intended. Long story short: I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to friends. read more

I dont really give out bad review but i just feel very disappointed. I traveled and very tired, asking if ok for the time i arrive to make appointment because i dont want rush service. If they cant take late client then they can rejected me. They said ok, i choose the 90 mins, the front desk guy very sweet and he tell me i had to choose the 1hr package since late, understandable. Im ok with that, i added cbd oil but end up no cbd using. They use regular oil for me but still charged extra $10. I heard the lady ask the guy did he used it but he only said the combo ( mean body instead only foot massage) And i dont smell the cbd oil scent as usual. The therapist hes new so he doesnt know what to do, his nails also scratched my back but when i tell him he got offended maybe. Im a girl and he the man but i have to keep asking stronger pressure. In the end he didnt finish me and walk out . I feel very unprofessional. I feel more tired than before i arrive. My back still hurt and tired from a long flight. I hope next time i get a better trained therapist and owner should tell them about nails matter & correct pressure point. Even though im not happy with service im still tip him $20 since its late. I am pretty pleased with my experience here at The Foot Spa. These reflexology places are a bit misleading, because it's not just reflexology, or actual reflexology at all. I promise you no one here is a licensed Reflexologist. However, Nate did an excellent job of a hybrid, Thai style of massage, with some deep tissue work on my neck, legs and back.
