Don't bother coming here! Misleading advertising, extremely invasive entrance protocol (that immediately put us off - we felt like we were at an airport security checkpoint!), poor service, products were priced higher than other dispensaries that have way better customer loyalty programs. The store was very small and poorly laid out. Also poorly lit. Their in-store selection was small. There was no customer service once inside the store so we waited with our purchase for three minutes before being directed to the "checkout line". There were no cashiers on the floor. It wasn't up until recently where I've had a horrible experience at a dispensary in San Diego. The bud tender who helped me was nice and we had a great conversation but the security guard that day was not so nice. In fact, he was rather rude. I had asked a simple question and he answered me as if I took a shit on his car or something. He responded to my question with sarcasm and attitude. The daily and online specials are what keeps me coming back! They have a greater selection on my fave carts, Jetty solventless and Kurvana. I order online, save 15% and pick up so it's quick and easy. I purchased a jetty cart and received another full gram for only $1. Score! Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only gripe is it can get really crowded in here and the location isn't my favorite but besides that, I like coming here and will continue. Hopefully they can open up another storefront in a roomier, less active location soon :) read more

Come here all the time but Giselle doesn't like her job and you can tell . She don't smile or even speak to you,makes it a weird and awkward interaction . Ive never had a good experience with her . The last time I went there she handed me my stuff after I paid and I just stood there for about 30 seconds silent waiting before I had to ask her for my change which she hands to me and just stares doesn't apologize or say anything for almost shorting me over $20 in change .. I have been going to Dr Greenthumb for almost a year. I have a nothing but good experience until a couple days ago. I had purchased a container of Prerolls. I smoke because I have very painful arthritis. Can't get any pain killers. I am 73 years old and on Social Security. That means I don't have a lot of $$. So when I got home and lit up a joint and maybe got two hits when all the flower fell out. This happened several times on several joints. Took pictures of the flower all over my porch. I believe the cost was 63. I took a couple of saved joints that I had a couple of hits off of to show what happened. I went back to Dr Greenthumb for a refund and they offered me 10.00. I told them that isn't right. So they called a supervisor and she acted like she was going to give me a full credit but instead gave me a twenty dollar credit. To say I was pissed off was an understatement. Supervisor said unless the product was defective there were no refunds. Now my hands r so bad with arthritis I can't roll a joint...hence the pre rolls. Now if I buy professionally rolled joints and they fall apart isn't that a defect? Just saying. Just so you know the product was Buzz Nug. The distributor should do refunds. Not according to Dr Greenthumb. I was very disappointed. I understand the place is owned by a rap star who clearly has cash. Again I didn't ask for a refund but a credit. I did a little research and found that other dispensaries give full credit. DON'T LOOK FOR THAT SERVICE AT DR. GREENTHUMB! But they can't afford to give me a credit for the full amount. BTW there were several joints left in the container. They ended up giving me a 20.00 credit. The cashier told me"I always tell my customers to be careful of loose rolled joints"! They denied me business because one of there bud tenders cussed me and my girl out about who's card we were using to pay they then kicked me out and refused service to me today after letting me in 2 times more after the incident prices are high and they charge you tax for using your debit card either way you walk out this place getting scammed for over priced bad weed in a bad location with terrible parking. read more

The service is alright depending on when you go. Busy times are always a very long time, I would definitely not recommend delivery. I placed my order at 3:30 for 2 8th priced at $40 plus. My order wasn't on its way until 4:10 at 5:00 I call the store to get an eta the person tells me 6:30. His excuse is they have one driver why would it take 3 hours to process a delivery that's ridiculous. Not to mention I live less than 10 mins away from the store literally around the corner. Initially, I gave this company a visit after getting a great recommendation from a friend. He told me to expect cool people, great prices, and quick service. The truth is that was a lie. I went to buy simply 4 items and the price rounded up to $26. Apparently their credit card system was down. And the person at the front desk recommended me to order online instead but what they don't tell you is they use a third-party company to do their online transactions and force you to give your banking and plenty of more private information. After signing up, I was hoping for the transaction to be over so I can get my goodies. NOPE. Their bogus app will take your information, but act as though it hasn't received any. So I'm standing there for 20 minutes straight waiting for the guy on the computer to come back. Long story short, he apologizes to me and stares at me confused. just go to Wellgreens guys. read more

I saw a sign on the road 58 percent off three visits unlike on here it did not say total so I was surprised when I got there and it was 18 percent the first day and 20 percent the second and third... that's all fine ok cool still a discount right ? Lol no not really ... the 20 percent discount doesn't even cover their taxes which is strange because in other dispensary a 20 percent discount covers the 18 percent Cali tax plus a little so u pay less than the product price ... not here .. the price is still a few dollars higher after discount lol ok so that's a crappy system but then to top it off their prices are HIGHHHH I'm talking higher than cookies high ... cookies has the same brands for lower thb plus more selection . Most the weed they are selling in this place are at top shelf prices but it's mid at best !!! I am out 60.00 because of this first guy I dealt with denied telling me to by something then on top of that tries to resolve it again thought wants to give me credit and still pay more money out of pocket.
