A week before my appointment, I realized I had overbooked myself with another Dr appointment and needed to reschedule. I called the office and the woman at the front desk argued with me stating I had already rescheduled this and she needed to know why I was doing so again. I explained I had not rescheduled, this was my first time calling the office but she did not believe me. I'm not sure why she was so argumentative or why this mattered. I ended up cancelling the appointment as this is no way to treat a new patient. There are plenty of other optometrists in the area that will have better customer service.

I just got new insurance and tried to go to Costco and they seriously have the worst customer service which is sad because I worked there for more than 9 years. I looked up different eye places and saw that this office wasn't far from me and they looked really clean and professional. I gave them a call and asked them if I could just get my glasses there since I had already seen an optometrist and had my prescription. They said it was no problem at all and gave me their hours. I came in and it was a little busy which was expected since I didn't make an appt or anything since I was just getting glasses. They have such a huge selection!!! I was in glasses heaven! I tried on clear lenses and also sunglasses as well. I found my perfect pair. Looked at the price tag and ouch it was a $500 pair of sunglasses. Hahaha. I said to myself, dang it why do I have to have expensive taste? But knowing that my insurance would cover some of it I tried them on with the assistant that helped me and I fell in love. I never heard of Tom Fords but apparently they are a really good brand. They do have many other brands here that are higher end and mid end and lower end also. But they were overall very nice and professional. I will be coming here from now on and brining my kids here as well. Thank you guys for my amazing sunglasses!!!

They were booked out for new patients pretty far. The visit was great. The optomotrist took her time to explain issues with my dry eyes and what I can do to minimize the issue. She is single handedly ruining your clients experiences. I listened to the other ladies at the front, they were all very nice to everyone and all smiles. Kim left a horrible taste in our mouths and is the reason I personally will not be coming back for my eye exams after the way she treated my boyfriend. He was nervous to come in as he has never had his eyes checked and she spoke to him like her was stupid and kept sighing like he was an idiot. Berated him for being 5 minutes late when we were actually 15 minutes early but no one was there to help him so we left and came back and she acted like we were idiot children (in our 30s by the way). Also, don't make appointments for 8am then not have the door unlocked for 8am appointments that's asinine. If she were my front desk and a clients first impression I would be incredibly embarrassed.
