Our family is so happy with the service and the attention that Drum gave to my father. It's an old house, so it was a challenge. We received three quotes with different options within 48 hours. I spend a lot of time and money at the big three hardware stores (Lowe's, Home Depot, and Ace) in Colorado. we stoppéd by GUI's Ace hardware on Grand Island and asked if they had a restroom I could use before I picked up the items I needed (2 to 3 hundred dollars). The person I spoke with (I refuse to call him a gentleman) very rudely told me it was strictly for employees use and I could go across the street and walked away. We left the store without purchasing what we needed and drove to the local Home Depot. I will never enter another Ace Hardware anywhere in the country and will dissuade anyone else from doing the same. I was publicly embarrassed and humiliated, something Home Depot or Lowe's would never do. Please let your local Ace hardware know your disabled veterans deserve better.
