As soon as I walked in, I noticed the cleanliness of the waiting room. The receptionist greeted me and had me fill out new patient forms. Shortly after, I was taken to the back by one of their hygienist who was very friendly. She explained procedures and after I had an extensive exam and photos. Before, ending the exam the Doctor came in to speak with me, she was also very friendly. A few days later I went back for a cleaning. I am so bad with names but the girl that cleaned my teeth was really nice. I felt very comfortable with her and she did a great cleaning job. This was definitely one of my better experiences at a dental office! I highly recommend this dental office.

Professional dentist, but unacceptable and disrespectful staff behavior…read more I had a fractured tooth from clenching while exercising and had a crown placed, which unfortunately fell out after only a week. When I returned to have it fixed, the dentist was highly professional and apologetic. However, the behavior of the dental assistant/nurse/ staff member was completely unacceptable. While waiting with numbing agent in my mouth, I needed assistance and raised my hand twice. The the dental assistant/nurse/ staff member did not respond. When I later brought it up, her response felt dismissive and disrespectful. When I expressed my discomfort to the dentist and asked for a different assistant, he went to the front desk. Instead of resolving the issue, the same dental assistant/nurse/ staff member returned to the room, which made the situation feel worse instead of resolved. This lack of basic empathy and professionalism led me to go directly to the front desk to ask for accountability. Ultimately, the owner had to step in to complete the procedure. While he was kind, understood my frustration, and tried to defuse the situation, the fact remains that patients should never feel ignored, dismissed, or disrespected during dental care, especially when they are already in pain and vulnerable. I stood up for my self-respect, but I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism from the dental assistant/nurse/staff member here.

I felt like my dental assistant was especially concerned with making sure that everything was as sterile as possible and she wasn't touching her own hair or face during my cleaning. She did a great job with my cleaning, totally pain free and didn't push for me to have other services and the dentist relied on my somewhat recent ex-rays. The dentist was friendly and gave me a quick check over. No wait and finished quickly. Very happy with their service.

Dr. Roeder is a second-generation dentist, and the whole family (Meg is his sister) is dentally oriented! Fluoride-free toothpaste, with low/no sugar, and no dye, for cleanings. X-rays are low radiation, so low, hygienist stays in room with you. Apparently just wearing the lead jacket is worse for you than these x-rays! They also examine your plaque for spirochetes anaerobic and/or bacteria under a microscope, and show you the projection of it. Luckily I've always checked out okay, but they will be right on top of it if your mouth culture isn't healthy. Conservative about doing work, want to always keep as much natural tooth structure as possible. Excellent, caring, friendly practice that is natural all the way, and will do all they can to prevent unnecessary dental work. I cannot rave enough about Dental Health Associates.

This worked out despite the fact that I had tried CPAP and returned it within the trial period which complicates Medicare filing - several other providers refused to take my case. The Invisaligns not only helped with the over crowding of my teeth, but it also helped train me in good dental habits. You need to brush everytime you take the trays out after all. Not only that, but their office has always been especially understanding. Early on, when I was just starting to work with Dr. Mittal's office, my wife was going through cancer treatment. I was a bit of a mess and had been late to more than one appointment. However, Dr. Mittal's office never charged me a late fee or made me feel any shame for the inconvenience. That alone has made me a loyal patient here. My wife is now in remission and I have been cavity free for about a year now.
