It was very difficult to find a dentist with good reviews and trust that they would not overkill on filling her cavities. This is a new dentist office. We also found the reviews to be really good, we saw that it was not too far, and it was covered by her insurance. We called and they make a quick appointment. The receptionist on the phone the spent time talking through the options and made me feel very comfortable to have her care there. The day of the appointment we came in and were greeted kindly by the receptionist. He again just went through the steps and the plan of what my daughter needed. We also met with the dentist and he took a lot of time as well to make sure my daughter was comfortable and confident with his plan. I felt like we were in good hands. We only needed two visits to repair the teeth and my daughter hasn't had complaints about the fillings. We are staying with this practice and would recommend it to others. The office was also very clean and comfortable.

Delta Dental is ok with this bait and switch tactic. Sansone's office said read the fine print! How about you be more upfront/honest with your patients. I showed up early for the appointment and was told to take a seat. 20 mins later I asked the 2 receptionists that I had a 10am appointment and it's now 10:20 and I still haven't even been greeted. I said I guess you can cancel my appointment. The dark hair lady just said see ya! Wow. Although the white guy who showed up after me was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello and waited about 30 seconds prior to being shown in. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the cleanliness of the waiting room. The receptionist greeted me and had me fill out new patient forms. Shortly after, I was taken to the back by one of their hygienist who was very friendly. She explained procedures and after I had an extensive exam and photos. Before, ending the exam the Doctor came in to speak with me, she was also very friendly. A few days later I went back for a cleaning. I am so bad with names but the girl that cleaned my teeth was really nice. I felt very comfortable with her and she did a great cleaning job. This was definitely one of my better experiences at a dental office! I highly recommend this dental office.
