Within the last few months, I feel like I've seen a different side of her and her office. And it's not positive. I'm a self-pay patient and have been since the beginning of my time with Doctor Olafson. I've stated it in every visit I've had with her. Recently, she keeps telling me that my prescription isn't "covered" and neglected to do her research when ordering blood tests, making sure I could afford them. Although I made a following appointment with her last year for this current year, her office asked me whether or not I had made an annual appointment for a follow up and I had to tell them, that yes, I did. So, somewhere, someone isn't doing their job and I am falling through the cracks. I no longer feel heard or that I matter to Doctor Olafson and her staff. I will be looking elsewhere for care.

This is an urgent care in the parking lot and we have two cars in it I walked in at the receptionist who was extremely friendly and hopeful Share me complete the necessary paperwork they did the necessary verification for Insurance Insurance, and in less than 20 minutes I was seen by a doctor 10 minutes later, I was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions All I can say, as I was shocked and in a good way I thought Urgent Care would be packed kind of like a zoo and would take forever kinda like when you go to Tri City Hospital Not the case again, both the receptionist and the doctor were extremely friendly and helpful Unbelievable, less than 40 minutes walking in and out. Mine was also a routine annual visit for the first time with them and they used CPT 99203 code, From my understanding, is typically used for a problem-focused new patient visit involving low-complexity medical decision-making. However, my appointment was scheduled and conducted as a preventive annual check-up, and I did not seek care for any specific medical concerns. I am following up with them lets see how it goes. Update- I called the billing department, waited 30 min to get connected, finally chose the option to call back. Its been 3 days to hear back from them. Update - still awaiting for their review. I am not going to continue with Scripts. Terrible experience. I never had to deal with these type of issues with my previous providers. Cancelled my labs as I got to know Dr. Veronica has added some tests (not sure why??) which are not covered my insurance not needed.
