Oh boy. Where do I start?…read more I broke my ankle 7/2/22 and went to the ER 7/3. Since 7/3 (Currently 7/12) I have been fucked around by this Medical Center. I've been told by one person to walk in for an appointment, having a nurse that day do her absolute best to kick me out. Telling the other nurse that it "takes too much paperwork" to do walk-ins and mentioned her fancy lunch she brought... must be why she didn't want to help anyone so she can worry more about her lunch. Didn't get her name, Had to convince her to let me wait inside & sit down w/ a broken ankle. Persistently said I won't be seen/should just leave. Kicked everyone out/told them to come back after 2pm when her lunch was over. I had Jason call and tell me they needed the x-rays and waited DAYS when it should have been there the 3rd after getting off the phone with the ER. I've been told how it's the insurance's fault; even though I have called both of my insurance numbers and both told me my doctor has filed the referral wrong-- causing a longer wait to get anyone to look at my broken ankle! It's been 9 days and no one has psychically looked at my ankle, the televisit with Robert Krochalis-Soliani was a joke, he didn't even have my x-rays that they needed so bad to make the appointment??? Which made me wonder if I could have gotten this done much faster the day I walked in!!! This still isn't taken care of, it's absolutely absurd that if anyone needs real medical attention it will just be thrown aside! If you want real medical help-- go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This place will tell you what you want to hear and takes fucking FOREVER to actually do what they are supposed to.

I got in at the time my appointment was scheduled, His staff did the preliminary work, ie Temperature, Blood pressure, and oodles of questions. I was having a lot more symptoms like being dizzy, blurred vision, slurring my speech and a few other things. In triage my BP was very high in the 190s and over another high number I believe in the 130s. My heart rate was extremely high too, so the triage nurse who was just the sweetest lady called out a stroke emergency. 2 amazing doctors and at least 5 nurses surrounded me on the gurney like a Nascar pit crew. They immediately put in an IV, injected me medication and took my blood several times; as well as an EKG. I was given 3 different MRI's and chest X-rays almost as soon as I came in. Everyone was so kind in MRI room. The lady who operated the MRI machine even prayed with me twice. I'd like to add that we had first gone to Inland Valley Hospital and they were horrible to us this morning. I told them I was have chest pains and stroke like symptoms. They did not even pull me up for triage hearing that and I had to wait at least 5 minutes. They did not call a stroke code and just pushed me back into some weird ER patient only waiting room for a little over an hour. There were at minimum 20 patients in weird little room complaining they'd been waiting over 3 hours after also being triage and saying there were only 2-3 nurses on duty. That's when I decided speak up and be my own advocate. I just got up and exited; telling the triage nurse on my way out that I was going to another hospital. Thank God that I did! Last thing I have to add is that my doctors are extremely competent and seen well educated on cardiac and stroke events, but they have the best bedside manner! They were so great at Rancho Springs that 1 of my doctors walked my husband over to get a coffee! Now that's great service!

Once we got checked in we were in a packed waiting room with children throwing up in bags. About 30 minutes later they called him back to the triage room and did an EKG. Then they took him for Xrays & C-scan. Then back to the waiting room and called him back for blood work and admin registration. . Then back to the waiting room. Over 2 hours and no one told us anything. I went to ask the status and the check in desk said he needed to do a urine sample. So he did and back the waiting room. Almost 5 hours total and I ask if they had any results. She said well nothings broke but the doctor likes to talk to the patient after all the labs and test results are in. I ask if we could just go home and somebody can call us. That was yesterday afternoon about 4:00pm today at 3pm still waiting. I just called the ER and they said sometimes urine test take a couple days. I ask so would we still be sitting in the waiting room waiting for the doctor to tell us something. I am so ticked about how they treated my 83 year old husband and how they handle sick people who are mixed in the injured patients. It's no wonder the flu and Covid are so bad. This is unbelievable and needs attention. After 5 hours we decided to go home but they did absolutely nothing to help my husband's pain no meds, no wrap or sling. They said I could do that myself if he thinks it'll help.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them. I am not one to write a review but this place seems unorganized and a huge SCAM! for your money…read more It's disappointing because coming into the office the staff were so friendly. Jun 11 - i came in for my concerns and annual wellness check/blood draw. went to check out, i asked the receptionist lady if there was a copay and she said no. Jun 18 - follow up to review my test results, one test was missing so they drew my blood again. Went to check out and i asked the guy receptionist if i had a copay he said no. It didn't seem right so I double checked with him and the lady next to him said i do have a $30 copay (so i paid). After a week i called to check on my results cuz i didn't see anything posted on my online account and i was informed my doctor was out and that a doctor needed to review my results with me. They tried to schedule me in office but i asked if it can be a call cuz i didn't want to drive down again. June 27 - got the call from the doctor to review my results (still didn't get why i couldn't just get a copy of my results online, my old Sharp doctor would usually just have the results on my app.) About two weeks later (July 7) i receive a bill for $50(or so) so i called them and they advised that my insurance didn't cover my initial appointment and told me i'd have to reach out to my insurance in regards to my confusion so i did. it looks like the insurance and medical office settled something because the app showed i only owed $30 after a few weeks (July 28) so i paid for it. Aug. 8 i see another bill for 2 different dates for a total of $60 so i called again and the lady on the phone said it was for my first appointment (which i recently just paid for) and my video call (video call that shouldn't have even happened if they didn't mess up on one of my test results). They're literally charging me for everything even if it's a mistake on their end.

They were attentive, compassionate, and made sure he was closely monitored throughout his stay. Because his condition wasn't typical, they took every precaution to ensure he received the right treatment and was safe before being discharged. One thing that really stood out was how thorough the team was. They reached out to his endocrinologist, kept them informed, and worked together to make sure the proper steps were taken for his care. Knowing they were collaborating with his specialist gave me so much confidence that my son was receiving the best possible treatment. Although we were there for over 10 hours, I understood that the time was necessary to carefully monitor his condition. Throughout our visit, the doctors, nurses, and staff communicated clearly, explaining his condition, the tests they were performing, and what they were watching for. They never made us feel forgotten and always kept us informed. The staff also made sure my son was comfortable throughout the day by providing snacks, drinks, lunch, and even diapers and wipes so he had everything he needed while they continued to monitor him. Those thoughtful touches meant so much and showed how much they genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. The room and overall environment helped cheer him up during what could have been a very stressful experience, and everyone treated him with such kindness, patience, and compassion. They cared not only for my son but also for me, making sure we were both comfortable throughout our stay. We left knowing my son had been thoroughly evaluated, treated appropriately, and discharged safely. He's doing so much better now, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my son and for making a difficult day so much easier for our family. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

They had us sitting and waiting for a few hours. This last time I came by ambulance with my kid after a motor vehicle accident. I kept refusing treatment and said multiple times that I didn't need medical attention. I was never brought back, did not have any tests done, was not seen by anyone, yet I magically received a $2k bill from the attending doctor that evening. All I did was sit in the waiting room waiting for my kid for 5 hours, yet they "discharged" me with bogus brochures on what to do after a car accident. They didn't even submit it through my insurance and do you know why? Because I was never a patient on that day and did not fill out any paperwork nor get checked in with my info. Guess who else got a $2k bill? My kid. The one who was seen by the doctor, received scans and treatment. I'm going to let my attorney take care of it which they are advising to contest the bill, there are a bunch of crooks here! Don't come here if you can avoid it less you want to be saddled with a bill for services supposedly rendered that you didn't even receive!
