This dentist office is the best from the arrival, to the conclusion. They have been the dentist my special needs grandson has gone to since he was 3 years old he is now 20 years old. I began going to them about 4 years ago and have had nothing but the best experience. They tell me when I need something taken care of, clean my teeth regularly twice, when I'm in crisis and something's wrong in my mouth they are there for me. And recently when I needed a tooth extracted unfortunately due to a in the root of the, which had a horrific infection. It was an emergency appointment I requested Dr Lee who has worked on my teeth before and knows me so right now my mouth hurts it is being prepared for replacement in a few weeks. Dr Lee is one of the best dentists I've ever had. Excellent care always. read more

I always feel like they are happy to see me each time I walk in. They are a fantastic group of people. And as a dentist office they really know their stuff. My review is only for the phone call while trying to set an appointment. Vinnie was the lady who answered my call and all my questions. She was very sweet and polite, very attentive and friendly. Everything was actually going great until she hit me with a $65 fee per child in order to set up an appointment. I have a PPO which could be verified way before the visit, I have never had to pay any visit payment with any other dentist. I was told it would be refunded after the insurance pays out the bill. I don't know about anyone but $130 out of pocket for a visit which shouldn't cost anything is a bit pain in the wallet. Other than that, I wish I could have actually reviewed their practice but unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere. read more

My sons and I have been coming here for years and the service, even during the pandemic, has been tops. I wouldn't trust my family to just anyone. They go above and beyond when taking precautions to Covid-19. I saw how great their job was with kids that I inquired if I could switch to them and to my surprise they said yes. I can't say everybody likes going to the dentist but I love going to mine. They take regular care of me they follow up to remind me of my appointments. And they're hygienists really clean my teeth beautifully. And they warned me if they're any problems I need to take care of in the near future. I recommend them many times over. read more

Nothing but great experience with both dentists/hygienists/assistants and front desk personnel. Easy to book an appointment and get all your insurance checkout before coming in. And the dentists explain things very very well. Started going there 1st for my toddler son...the pediatric dentist made him feel so comfortable and is so great with kids. I always feel better after I visit Dr. Ross and his staff. Believe me, I have had more than my share of dental problems since I was a teen.Natalie was my hygienist and she did a great job cleaning my teeth and checking for problems. Gisella has also cleaned my teeth and was very conscientious and always making sure I was comfortable. I usually see Dr Ross or Dr Lee after the cleaning and they check my teeth and gums and any X-rays I have had. The staff is always welcoming, especially Vinnie. read more

My son had been coming here since he was a baby. He was a micro-preemie with lots of medica issues and Fear and behavior issues. This team never judged, never became upset. They were saints... he had many needs at a young age. They came through. Fast forward he is now 16 and walks in on his own(he is amazingly special with needs) . Manages amazingly! I love being greeted by Vinnie's contagious smile, she is always a very big help and she answers all my questions with such detail. The other rockstar that makes my visits that much special is Fey! I found this office when I searched for dentists for kids with special needs, as the dentist I was taking my son to was unable to meet his needs. I have been bringing my son here for the past 3 years and have been very pleased with the way he is treated by staff. They are always sensitive to his feelings and do their best to make sure his experience is as calm as possible (my son has anxiety issues related to his autism). Vinnie is such a sweetheart and actually hugged my son as he was crying this past time we were there because he was very anxious. He usually sees Dr Tera and kandyce but today he had Alba and Dr. Gandhi. Alba was very good with him and talked him through the x-rays and polishing, however he became very anxious when he was getting his teeth cleaning by Dr. Gandhi and she just continued with the procedure, trying to get it over with in my opinion. He started to breath heavy and was visibly scared to the point he was tensing up and she was pulling hard on his bottom lip. I let her know that my son had sensory issues and that I thought she was putting too much pressure on his lip. She got a little snappy and told me we were there for a cleaning and that is what she was doing and if I wanted her to stop to say so. I asked her to stop after she was done with that tooth. My son left pretty upset, he had a meltdown once we got in our car. Next time we go I will definitely be sure to request Dr. Tera for my son. read more

Just took my children yesterday for their first appointment with this dentist and what a great experienc! My children 4 and 2 1/2 were eager to go back when their names were called nd have the x-rays taken and never once felt scared as they did at the other provider. The staff was friendly and courteous and the nurse and dentist's bedside manner was of the best I have ever seen. My kids are already looking forward to their next visit! The other provider was not child friendly even though they were called a pediatric dentist and the dentist was not of the friendliest sort. read more
