What bothered me the most was the way she spoke to an elderly patient it came across as disrespectful, impatient, and unprofessional. I also asked if they could hold off on filling my son's other cavity because I wanted time to decide whether I wanted that procedure done that day which only took 2 minutes I told her we can proceed with the other cavity. Instead of responding professionally, Cecilia immediately said, "Nope, the room is cleaned up," in a rude, dismissive tone, with a smirk on her face. As a parent, I should be able to ask questions and make decisions about my child's treatment without being made to feel rushed or dismissed. The front desk and patient care staff should treat every patient and family with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Based on my experience, Cecilia's attitude was completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, they don't deserve even one star. If I could, I'd give a negative star. Trust this team I've always found this office to be professional and conservative with treatment, if they say you need it, listen before you do more damage with time and decay like me. No scams and it never feels like a car dealership. So in December 2025, they gave me the bad news and coordinated a plan: an extraced tooth, a deep cleaning and a bridge... but of course a month later I had a major life emergency because Murphy's Law...I communicated my situation and we adapted the timeline and got done what i could so I could minimize the decay/need more expensive implants. Many months later just had my first post work done cleaning with my superflossin' hygenist Lourdes...and noone on the street or that I've kissed can tell what I was missing a tooth a couple months back... btw, nothing about my procedures hurt a lot.... except having to use my Care Credit...which they accept and is great if you need 0% financing (just pay it off in time).

Nothing about my other teeth, gum health, jaw problems that I mentioned during intake. When I contacted them about fixing the billing, I never received a response. I was also promised a follow up on my insurance, didn't receive one. Also I booked my appointment with Dr Laura, but received an exam from Dr Katelyn instead. Would have been fine, however I didn't find the bedside manner to be great. For example when I mentioned that I wanted braces she simply asked "Why?" I found this odd since previous dentists had observed issues with my jaw alignment, bite, and teeth crowding.. but this time the dentist seemed confused as to why I'd even want braces. If a comprehensive exam was truly given in the first place, I don't think it would have been a question. Another example: after examining my cracked tooth she said matter-of-factly "I think we both know that it needs to go". Actually no I didn't know, that's why I wanted to get it examined in the first place rather than asking for an extraction. Weird vibes the whole time, just seemed annoyed like I was wasting her time. The place wasn't busy when I went, but wait times were very long. In total I spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes there. The actual exam was less than 10 minutes. I added one star because the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

I came here for an wisdom tooth extraction and I was forced to starve for the operation and they told me to come early at a certain time and I did , came to find out they tried to charge me by force 700$ for the wisdom tooth extraction after they set me an appointment by saying my insurance is covering my operation and at the last minute some uneducated individual name Ian told me I need to pay for a bone graph and I was told by other numerous dentist that isn't a mandatory and he told me " go get it done somewhere else the " wow what crazy response from "professional dentist" I recommend staying away from this place. read more

I so recommend this office. I am very afraid of dental offices, my blood pressure rises and my hands sweat. This was my first visit and it was an emergency, my crown fell out over the weekend and I needed it replaced. Dr. Nima and Veronica were awesome.
