We love Dr Silverberg and his team! I actually transferred to TFC after being with another…read morefertility clinic in town and feeling like they weren't getting to the root cause of my fertility issues. Transferring to TFC was the best decision we ever made. Dr Silverberg not only helped us conceive our baby boy through IVF, but he also discovered I was diabetic. Dr Silverberg is there for his patients, and he also got to the root cause of my miscarriages and after two procedures and the removal of all the polyps, I was finally able to have a successful pregnancy. I honestly wasn't sure we'd be able to have a baby until I met Dr. Silverberg. We will always be grateful to Dr. Silverberg and his team for helping us make our dream a reality. Our baby boy was born this fall! I can't tell you the amount of times I've emailed and called Dr. S's team with a billion questions, and they always met me with patience and compassion. Be sure to ask questions and voice any symptoms or concerns that you have at your appointments, because sometimes visits can go fast. If you forget, simply leave a message for the nurse line, and they will get back to you. After sharing with Dr S's team where I was mentally and physically with the IVF process, the team worked with me to find an IVF transfer protocol that met me where I was. IVF in general can be very mentally and physically draining, so be sure to let the team know how you're feeling if it becomes too much. IMO these doctors are definitely worth the wait time. That's how you know they spend time with their patients and THEY CARE. Any great doctor's office typically has a wait time. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone struggling with infertility. The one learning curve I did have transferring from another clinic was figuring out how contacting the nurse team and doctor worked. At the last clinic, I was able to message them directly in a portal. At this clinic, you have to call and pick the correct extension depending on the day and time. So when you meet with your nurse on the first day, make sure you ask them the proper procedure for that and make sure you understand it. Once you've figured that out, it's pretty straightforward. Dr S's nurse team is stellar, and they are really on top of things. If only every doctor's office had a team like that! They have spoiled me with how good they are! Another thing is to stay on top of is the billing with the billing dept since appointments and procedures happen frequently. That's the one thing I wish I was more on top of and kept better track of, especially in the beginning of the journey.

From our very first consultation, he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answer all our questions (no matter how many or how small), and make us feel completely supported. His staff is equally amazing - they're responsive, professional, and caring. If you're beginning your fertility journey and Dr. Silverberg is your doctor, rest assured you're in the best possible hands. He combines medical expertise with a warm, understanding approach that makes such a difference during what can often be an anxious process. Thank you, Dr. Silverberg, for everything you've done for our family. You've made an immeasurable impact on our lives.

I have never had such a quick pelvic exam in all the years I have been seeing a gyno (since I was 17 and am now 46) so I know what an exam is supposed to be. You blink and it's over. He asked me zero questions about what I was there for and I had to ask the nurse to send him back in so I could ask a question about my irregular periods since I am starting perimenopause. During my first appointment I appreciated that he asked me about my other health issues, but during this appointment he literally gave me medical advice about it - suggesting I try GLP1s for my heart failure! Even my cardiologist (who focuses on the "plumbing" won't give me medical advice on the "electrical" side because it isn't what he is trained in. Upon some basic online research, GLP1s can be very harmful for someone with my condition and EF number Every time I go in he is also pushing that I get other things done there like my mammogram. They frame it as convenience, but after the GLP1 suggestion it all feels like a money grab with very little concern for women's health. My mother died of ovarian cancer so I cannot continue seeing someone whom I feel is not thorough. Not for me.

The doctor in question I've been seeing, Dr. Sandra Ordonez really helped me put my health back on track for the last half year or so since I started seeing her. When I came into Austin Primary Care a few months ago I was suffering from an uncontrolled case of Type 2 Diabetes and going through a rough patch, and over the last few months she helped give me the tools and most of all encouragement to get my levels back to completely normal (As of today!). I couldn't be happier with the care that I got, the healthier lifestyle I'm embracing and I really appreciated the online portal that APCC uses to keep in touch with your doctor free of charge if you have any questions. I sincerely got the feeling that the doctors here actually cared about my well being, which is unfortunately a rare thing to find as of late. Highly recommended, and I'm very grateful for her ongoing effort to steer my health in the right direction.

Sadly I did not have a good experience with this clinic. I made an appointment based on a word of…read moremouth referral. I went and was charged $300 as a "deposit" but I never saw claims filed to insurance nor did I get a refund from said deposit. Let's not forget to mention almost daily ultrasounds. Maybe that's where the $300 went to? in addition to the hour long waits for a 5 minute visit. All this while trying to keep my job and explain why I needed to see the dr almost daily. I went with the intention of getting lab work run and starting with pills (clomid or femara) as my obgyn didnt do this part. I was never allowed to do this as I was told It wouldnt work. (how do we know that?) Was sent to get an hsg without a negative pregnancy test in hand. (couldnt possibly be the first time they've sent someone to the ARA but they wouldnt help me so that was a waste of PTO, time and getting stuck in 5 oclock traffic unnecessarily. I had to drive bk to their clinic, get a blood draw so I could try again on yet another day. ) Not only was I not able to get a script for pills, I was told i should start with IVF. I absolutely refused and somehow this compromise was an IUI. What I should have done was walk out. But i let this dr talk me into an iui. $3300 later and who knows how many trips to the specialty pharmacy 30 miles away, I had a failed iui and a data breach bc someone left a laptop in their car. The final straw was being told my next step would be ivf or ovarian drilling. nope. nope. nope. I'm out. I ended up putting a pin in all this and ended up getting pregnant naturally about a year after I stopped going to this office but I still get chills everytime I see the exit off mopac. In summation, i will say he was super aggressive and seemed like he wanted everyone to get pregnant... but at what cost? I also want to mention I got a shot of vitamins (allegedly) that was above my hip that really aggravated my sciatic nerve... just be cautious. I thought I had a blood clot at first, but being that I am a runner I had it checked out to rule out any bigger problems. I ended up going to a different infertility dr who has now since retired but I wish I had gone to him first. If you do go here, I hope you are treated better than I was.

I'm sharing this because I wish someone had warned me…read more I left this practice earlier than planned because I lost trust in both the physician's medical judgment and the overall management of my care. Over multiple encounters during IVF and early pregnancy bleeding, I experienced: Mocking and dismissive responses to legitimate medical questions, ultimatums regarding procedures rather than collaborative discussions, refusal for HCG labs after bleeding episodes after multiple miscarriages, being left physically exposed during an exam while the hallway door was open, and financial comments made while I was visibly sobbing I left multiple conversations with this physician sobbing, developed anxiety before interactions, and felt afraid to ask questions openly. A staff member privately acknowledged that similar concerns had occurred before, which influenced my decision to transfer care early. After switching to my OB, routine early pregnancy testing immediately identified and treated a UTI that had not been addressed by AFI. In the context of IVF and prior losses, discovering that something so basic required attention during a sensitive time was deeply concerning. I also experienced troubling issues with lab billing an explanations were inconsistent and unclear. Given the already significant cost of fertility treatment, this lack of transparency further damaged my confidence. The cumulative experience felt emotionally abusive to me. I did not feel safe, respected, medically secure, or financially protected under this physician's care. Fertility treatment is one of the most vulnerable experiences a woman can go through. Women deserve better, and I would not recommend AFI based on my experience.

I was told to get initial lab work done which I did. I communicated via the app that Euphora uses the date of the labs, but they still asked me to complete the labs even after I got them done. I found that a little weird, but no big deal. When it was time for the first appointment, I showed up a few minutes early and a sign on the door told me to please knock or call. I did both multiple times, and no one came to the door. Eventually another patient just walked into the waiting room, so I followed. I had waited 13 mins and no one was at the front desk. The other patient yelled "hello?" and someone finally came to the desk to help. I found it odd there was a waiting room yet we were told to wait outside the office--there weren't even any chairs or anything to sit in. The person who took my vitals didn't introduce themselves. Dr. C came in promptly, and while she was great, she provided a very, very rushed physical. The appointment literally took maybe 4 or 5 mins. As the appointment was ending, I asked what ever happened to my bloodwork and she said they still didn't have it but she would check (I had the labs done 2 weeks prior!). As I was leaving and getting into my car, Dr. C called and said they did, in fact, have the bloodwork and went over everything with me. While I liked Dr. C overall, between no one being at the front desk at the time of appointments and a super rushed first visit, it was a kinda crummy first impression, enough to make me cancel. I hope that Euphora Health can have attentive staff and remember how important first impressions are to patients! I will be looking into other DPC options in the area moving forward.
