They have one restroom for patients to use in the waiting room, and another one inside. They are only open on the weekdays. I ended up going to a different hospital affiliate and they immediately said that my condition, which is severe disc degeration, needed a different type of procedure that actually targets the source of the pain. That procedure at the other hospital immensely helped my pain, and this bothered me because I spent so much time putting my faith in Dr. Zhao who just kept doing the same stuff over and over and just wants me to magically get better.
