After I mentioned that I was moving out of my parents' home, much of the session was spent with Dr. Tregoob looking for apartments on his phone. From my perspective, this did not feel like a therapeutic exercise. Instead, he periodically pointed out available apartments in good areas and encouraged me to act quickly if I found one I liked. My recollection is that he also arrived late and ended the appointment early, and there were long periods of silence during the session. The reason this is not a 1-star review is that I had seen Dr. Tregoob several years earlier and found him knowledgeable about anxiety management. While I had noticed some similar time-management issues during those earlier visits, I felt he demonstrated genuine expertise in treating anxiety. Dr. Silverman had the best reviews so I gave him a call. He answered the phone and I was able to get an appointment that same week. After a discussion with Dr Silverman and Rebecca, they asked if I wanted to go ahead with the testing. It's not typically covered by insurance and they went over the costs with me. First I went through a computer assessment and then brain mapping via EKG. As I suspected, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I purchased a treatment package of neurofeedback sessions and have been going twice a week. I feel really grounded after each session and feel like I'm making good progress. This office treats both children and adults. They even offer Saturday hours, which are very convenient.

I called 3 more times the week of my appointment to confirm and still didn't hear back. The morning of she called me saying she was late cuz of her new puppy. When she arrived I was trying to openly communicate about what had happened. She then said "YOU'RE CLEARLY UNHAPPY" and I left.. GREAT SESSION. I was looking forward to meeting with her.
