Justin provides me with an estimate to replace the pump motor on the spot. He had everything needed on his truck with the exception of a new impeller. We actually had to incur the expense of filing a suit in small claims court! This company is highly unprofessional. There are literally pages of pool services to choose from and took us 10 minutes to find another. Use these guys at your own risk--but I'd take the time to interview a few and avoid this dishonest and low-quality pool service company.
